I'm about to start my masters degree at UW, where i'll be studying music performance. This means there will probably be times everyday where I will need to be out & about. I will have a better idea about schedule flexibility once we get closer to semester start! Once I have the info I need I will edit this section accordingly :)

I have worked with animals of many behavioral styles and daily routines, and happy to provide whatever specific care your pet needs. I always keep a positive & engaging attitude - treats are present but definitely kept at a minimum ;) It can be an unsettling time for your pet when their people(s) need to leave for a bit, so it's important that they know that someones there for them until you return!

A typical day
Typical days for me will vary depending on who i'm watching –Every pet has a different routine. If your pet loves spending time outside then I'm all in! I love spending time outside rain/shine and enjoying nature, whether we're playing fetch, or exploring and sniffing all the smells. On the other hand, if your pet enjoys their space I'm happy leaving them to their window watching & naps.

I grew up with dogs my entire childhood, and learned to care for many different types of dogs early on in life. While completing my undergrad I spent 3 years as a live-in caretaker for someone with a dog, 2 cats, and a parrot (cockatoo). I have also spent 3 months caring for a service dog, however other than those 3 months I lack much experience in that field.

We loved having Tyler watch our dogs! Came home to 2 happy pups and a clean space, looking forward to booking with him again.
We are first time Rover users and were happy working with Tyler. Our two Deerhounds received plenty of walks and seem comfortable and relaxed with him. He stayed at our place and left it in great shape, too! He also went out of his way to do little extras for us, like feeding my fish and misting my son’s orchid. We really appreciated our dogs being able to remain at home in Tyler’s care.
Tyler took great care of our pups while we were away on a 10-day vacation! He sent regular updates and pictures, which gave us peace of mind given we were halfway around the world. We've never come home from a trip to such relaxed, happy, and healthy dogs, and the house was just as we left it. We would not hesitate to book with Tyler again.
