I'm an experienced animal caregiver who has worked with many dogs, cats, and other pets over the years in a home setting and a veterinary setting before moving to Seattle. My experience, personal attention to detail, calm personality and love for animals creates a balanced combination of skills when it comes to caring for your four legged family members. Working at home also allows for quality care time for your pets. During my life I've had a petsitting service for 16 years caring for dogs, cats, and other pets of many different breeds, personalities, ages and size. I've also worked in canine training and understand animal behavior. There's value in the years of experience I have caring for animals. Each pet has their own personality and preferences, like we do. Keeping their life as normal as possible, providing comfortable surroundings, personal attention, and sincere, tender, loving care are all important and always my first priority!

Your home is your pets' sanctuary. It is their place of comfort and safety. I understand how important security and maintaining a safe, calm environment is to their and your sense of well being. I am safety conscious and think ahead when caring for animals. Keeping their personalities in mind when moving throughout the house and handling them allows me to adjust to serve their needs and help them feel secure.

Michelle was hands down one of the best sitters we’ve had! We were incredibly blessed that she was available for a month long at-home sit after another sitter cancelled on us last minute. Michelle was very thorough in terms of understanding our pet care requirements and had clear concise communication that we appreciated. This was very important for us given our diabetic kitty Mijo requires insulin injections and blood glucose testing. Michelle was able to pick this up in no time and smoothly administered all Mijo’s medical needs for a month. She sent us super thoughtful updates with the cutest kitty pics and kept our home spotless. Our shyest kitty Juniper took to Michelle right away, which is very rare. She was able to cater to the individual different needs of our 3 cats very well. We could tell how happy and well-cared they were upon our return and we were able to enjoy a wonderful trip knowing our kitties were in Michelle’s capable hands! Would highly recommend her to anyone lucky enough to have her 🫶🏽
As always, we can go away knowing that Max is in good hands. Michelle has been a godsend to us and we can’t thank her enough for the loving care that she provides for our dog Max.

Schedule
I schedule my time conscientiously so that I am available to spend time playing and properly caring for your pets. That is the whole point to in-home care. Keeping an animal's life as close to their usual daily routine as possible is important and my goal.

- It's essential to hear the details about your pets' health and personalities in order to provide them with the best experience and comfort. Knowing their preferences like favorite toys, games, walking areas, food routines and treats is part of making them feel cared for and safe. Many pets are creatures of habit, like us. Keeping things routine for them is important to helping them feel comfortable. Understanding their medical information is another important part of care.
