“Meagan was fantastic! She shared daily updates about our senior cat, Pinot, along with pictures and videos. She also took excellent care of our house while we were away.”

“Savannah accommodated a last minute request and was exceptional with my dogs. She sent great updates and was extremely communicative throughout the booking and stay. I felt very comfortable knowing she was caring for my pups.”

“Victoria was lovely to work with! We came back to a clean house with healthy and happy fur children. She gave us updates during the sitting and was flexible with any changes.”

“Allie was fantastic, stepping up huge to watch our two 3 month old puppies just a week after they arrived! She was attentive, kept us in the loop over the course of the weekend, and even managed them through the tail end of house training. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Jason came over for a meet and greet ahead of time. He was early, took notes and was very confident and positive. Most importantly, I got plenty of messages and pictures to know my sweet 60lb pit/mix rescues weren’t wasting away pining for me while I was away one night. I’m only being slightly sarcastic bc I am quite the helicopter dog mama. Jason made me feel like my girls were in good hands.”
“Kathleen really is the best! I’d give her 6/5 stars if I could. She was not only timely with the girls’ schedule, she sent us updates everyday along with pictures of them. We could tell how much she cared for the girls and we can’t thank her enough. Our cat was dealing with some vomiting issues, but Kathleen was on top of keeping us updated and making sure she was doing ok. We can’t recommend her enough!”

“Lindsey did a week-long homestay and took great care of our elderly dog and of our home. We got regular updates and returned home to happy dog and a clean home, just as we left it. We would definitely book Lindsey again.”

“Raquel was amazing and very friendly, the dogs really warmed up to her quickly. Quick in responding and and highly communicative. Would recommend her and would book again.”

About: I started working with animals in high school, accruing hundreds of volunteer hours at my local animal shelter, where I honed in on my passion for pet care. As I transitioned to university life, I started walking dogs on the weekends, and really enjoy getting to hang out and provide for other people's pets. I have open availability through most of the week, and for late-evening drop ins over the weekends. This allows me a lot of time and flexibility to devote to caring for your pets. Communication is key, and I strive to ensure all preferences are met during my visit/walk with your pet! I will frequently send updates, such as photos from during my visit/walk, and a little blurb about what your pet and I got up!
“We recently had Avonlea watch our two dogs and house for almost two weeks. This was our first time working with Avonlea and we will gladly do so again in the future. She was prompt, attentive to details, easy to work with, and quickly understood a few complicated details about our house that other sitters had kind of struggled with in the past. But most importantly, she took great care of our dogs and our home.”

“Melissa is amazing! My dog has never been so excited to see a sitter, and he was so well taken care of while we were away. She is responsive and dependable. We feel so lucky to have found her!”

“Beau took care of my dog Bronski and did an exceptional job. Bronski was happy and responded well to Beau, who provided updates and photos throughout the day. I trust Beau and will use their services again in the future. I highly recommend Beau to anyone in need of a reliable and caring dogsitter.”

“Billy and Monica are a fantastic team. They are our first choice for pet and house sitting. They communicate frequently and go the extra mile to make sure our house and pup are well cared for. We highly recommend them.”

“Judy was fantastic to have in our home caring for our cat - she took excellent care of him and his medical needs as well as various tasks around the house. Excellent communicator. We would highly recommend!”

“We’ve had Adrian housesit for our 2 cats and new puppy twice over the past few months and both times Adrian was communicative throughout the stay, let us know about any potential issues proactively (pet not eating much, etc.), and just overall made us feel super safe leaving our pets—who don’t quite get along with each other yet—in someone else’s hands. We were especially grateful to Adrian for watching our puppy and keeping up with her house training and training in general, and we’ll definitely be repeat customers for as long as possible.”

“Connie took care of our Aussie over the Christmas Holiday. She was great. As this was a longer stay, she came out and interviewed us and Jack. She was super professional, covering all the points for both dog sitting and house sitting. We knew we were getting someone reliable. She has take care of a lot of pets over the years and totally gets them and their little idiosyncrasies. She took notes all the important stuff and confirmed everything back to us. Throughout the stay, she sent us updates and pictures and checked in when there was something to ask about. More than anything else, she was just really in tune with our little guy and made sure he had a great time. We totally recommend her.”

About: Hi, I’m Angie (they/she)! I’m a dog parent and PhD student with 4+ years of walking and caring for my own reactive dog, and 17 years of petsitting dogs, cats, small mammals, and lizards. My goal in pet care of any kind is making sure your pets feel as safe, loved, and happy as possible while you’re away. I’m very comfortable working with reactivity in dogs and will ask all dog owners what their dog’s limits and preferences are regarding common triggers during walks. I also have experience with senior dog and cat care and medication administration. I’m a PhD student with a flexible work schedule during the school year and full daytime availability during the summer. This allows me to accommodate most care requests. The safety and comfort of your pets is my most important priority. I commit to following the “leave no trace” rule when visiting in client’s homes.

Allie was wonderful with all three pups and made sure to send lots of updates and pics! She sat over the July 4th weekend and did great managing the firework anxiety, as well as making sure that two of them got all their meds for surgery recovery. Allie was also kindly flexible with her schedule and made it possible for me to extend my trip one more night. Will absolutely be hiring Allie again - she did an amazing job!!

Quinn is an excellent house-sitter! They were very communicative and took terrific care of our 13-year-old dog (who is reactive to other animals) and two chickens. Our house was also well cared for over the long holiday weekend. I highly recommend Quinn for any of your petcare needs! Will definitely book again.

Sebastian was wonderful with our two dogs over the July 4th weekend! He took great care of them, kept us updated, and it was clear they were happy and well loved while we were away. We also came home to a clean, well-kept house, which we really appreciated. We’d absolutely trust Sebastian with our boys again and highly recommend him!

Jasmine is a complete dream. She is caring, intuitive about pets and helped ours feel so calm and safe, even on the 4th of July when fireworks were going off. She's completely responsible, reliable, and has great communications, often sending us pictures of our pets, but beyond that, just has a beautiful way about her and a true love and affection for the pets in her care. Our dog, Ollie, can sometimes be a little shy at first but right away, from the photos she sent with his eyes shining and happy, I could tell she'd made him feel completely at ease. Anyone's pets would be lucky to be in her care.

Emma was amazing and took great care of my 60Ibs pittie mix (with some dog reactivity considerations, meds, and enrichment needs) for two weeks! Great to coordinate in advance with, very communicative and on time. While I was away, Emma offered updates and was responsive when I checked in. I came home to a healthy and happy pup and my home in good condition! Also mindful of building / security rules of my building. Emma went above and beyond staying later with my dog over Fourth of July evening. I had peace of mind while Emma was here. Kiska misses Emma already…

Hillary was wonderful! Leaving my dog in a strangers hands last minute is always nerve racking…but Hillary showed kindness, intuitiveness, and an ease that made me feel confident leaving my space and Nova in good hands. When I returned the space was clean, Nova was calm and happy, and Hillary asked great questions / was commutative throughout the stay. So grateful and would absolutely book again!

Ben was a phenomenal sitter & we could not recommend him more highly. We were nervous leaving our 4 month old pup overnight for the first time, but it was obvious that he was in great hands. Ben handled the puppy antics like a pro + made sure our adult shep was also incredibly well cared for. He was so accommodating with a late modification request, sent awesome pics & updates, took great of the house, and really went above and beyond all expectations. We are really grateful for Ben's dog care/sitter services and know any pup/fam would be lucky to receive his care & attention

Beau went so far past above and beyond that they’ll need to find a new phrase. They felt the full brunt of Murphy’s law and handled it with incredible professionalism, compassion, and good humor. Our huge puppy took every chance to play the rebellious teenager while we were out of town, and I can’t believe this is a sentence I’m writing, but Beau was carpenter as well as animal caregiver as they repaired a surprise gap in our fence after going on a wild dog chase around the neighborhood. It’s obvious that Beau loves animals and takes their job very seriously. I don’t know how they had time to tidy the house, do laundry, and empty the dishwasher while chasing our monster around during his various joy rides, but they did. 100/10, would insist you hire them.
