I am a loving and attentive pet sitter. I work from home during the week, go on multiple walks a day, and would love to care for your furry companion! I live in a small home with a fully fenced backyard. I have experience with senior dogs, deaf dogs, and administering oral medication to dogs. We also have some mobility aids if needed (small stairs to get on couch/bed, ramp to get down to backyard). I would love to meetup to see if I'm a good fit for you and your pets. I only accept one dog at a time or dogs from the same household for boarding which ensures your pet(s) receive plenty of individualized attention. There are no other pets in the home, making this a great fit for dogs who do better as an only pet. *I cannot accept dogs who are aggressive or don't do well around children.*

This is the second time Mia stayed with Kristi and she warmed up right away to the family and fit right in. The entire week was great, Mia had a great time, and I felt so comfortable leaving Mia in Kristi's care - that means the world to us. We've already booked Kristi for our next trip. Our dog is very nervous leaving us and she immediately warmed up to Kristi. We felt very comfortable leaving Mia with her, which means everything to us. Kristi sent us daily updates and pictures, and quickly responded to texts. We have already booked Mia's next stay with Kristi. Highly recommend!

Kristi and her family were so warm and welcoming, and clearly loved my dogs and understood my older dog’s various needs with diet and medication. They were terrific with the different temperaments, understanding that my young guy loves to play and my older guy loves to just snuggle in and sleep. I will definitely be booking with Kristi again!
Kristi and her family did a wonderful job taking care of our pup. We had lots of updates and pictures throughout his stay. They even went the extra mile to include him in a Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas stocking present. Such an amazing family, we are so thankful for you all!! Schedule
I work from home during the week and have a fairly flexible schedule. I can let your dog out frequently during the day into our fenced backyard. I take several walks in the neighborhood every day (rain or shine) so your pet can get lots of exercise as needed. I also like to travel to nearby trails for hikes on weekends.

Safety, trust & environment
I live in a small home with a fully fenced backyard. There are no other pets in the home (our dog recently passed away). I have a 7-year-old daughter who loves animals and is pretty calm and gentle as far as kids go (was raised with a 10lb Yorkie).
A typical day
I go on multiple walks every day and do some hiking on weekends so we can get in lots of exercise. I also have a fenced backyard and can throw the ball for your dog or play tug. Lots of snuggle time!
