Very caring bright and attentive
I have entrusted Spring to watch my dog Lenny for the past few years. She has always been professional, polite, and has helped me out in a pinch more than a few times. Lenny is always well taken care of and runs into her building with his tail wagging at drop off. She sends me pictures and videos of him during his stay which I love! Highly recommend Spring if you are looking for a sitter for your dog— they will be in good hands!
First off, it’s a real sketchy neighborhood. I drive in and immediately see a bunch of homeless people huddled up on the side of the street. Upon arriving I’m greeted by a woman who looks nothing like what is shown on the profile so I was very confused and skeptical. She eventually showed me her rover account proving that it really was her. After 2 red flags, I figured I’d give her the benefit of the doubt but I was still skeptical so I asked to see the inside of her apartment where Luka will be. She was hesitant and said it’s better to just say bye to my dog before he goes in the house… another red flag. She eventually lets me see the apartment and it was an absolute mess, trash everywhere, bad odor, and extremely tiny. Mind you I currently live in a studio apartment and it was smaller than MY apartment. Also she was taking care of her huge dog as well as 2 other dogs and 2 cats. The size of the dog didn’t bother me, it’s how big the dog was compared to how tiny the apartment was, and then to add 3 more dogs in that space was a big no go for me. I was just so confused cause she has over 90+ 5 star reviews so I thought I wouldn’t have anything to worry about. I’m sure she’s a nice lady but I would proceed with much caution if you do decide to book with her.

Spring took such great care of our dog, Jinjin! Responsive, warm, and clearly great with dogs. I loved the regular video updates, and Jinjin came home happy and relaxed. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Schedule
I am a stay at home Mum, my son is now in school. I have Star(a small dog) and Keyat(very friendly cat). I have a lot of time and love to give and I can’t wait to meet your furry family member.

Safety, trust & environment
I generally allow them to explore and decide where they feel most comfortable. My home is set up for them to go where they please and choose thier preferred sleeping arrangements, toys, play, walks etc. I do my best to follow family rules and routines. I love having them sleep on my bed with me if they like.
Pets
A typical day
I’m usually up by 5am to begin morning walks and breakfast not too long after. I don’t leave them unattended except school drop off/pick up and an occasional trip to the store. Activities always depend on the group I have, some prefer pack naps, long walks, some dog tv, toy play, etc. cuddles are available on demand. 😁💕 I am flexible if there are particular activities you would prefer.
