“Leah and Leio (and their kids) were so loving towards Luca and went out of their way to treat him like family during his stay :) We received updates and photos often, which we loved! When I mentioned that Luca likes to look out windows during the day, they made efforts to ensure that he could do just that at their house :) Another thing I appreciated was how much info they asked upfront in our meet and greet in order to meet all of Luca’s needs and understand the manners/rules he follows when he’s at home (e.g. no table food, sitting & waiting before taking his food). This was very considerate and showed a lot of respect for Luca’s norms :) Luca got lots of love, lots of walks, and lots of space to roam during his stay! We would bring Luca back to stay with them in a heartbeat! Tiffany was the absolute best! She gave me timely, detailed updates for every day Maya was with her. When I got stuck out of the country for two additional days, Tiffany stepped up and was able to accommodate the last-minute change. I highly recommend her for any and all pet care, and will definitely be hiring her again.
Mahlan was great! We are so glad we found him! My dog came home happy and we received pictures and videos every day. Nunu is a sweetheart and got along with my grumpy ild lady. Most importantly, I was impressed and relieved that Mahlan was able to get her to eat her gross medication! We'll definitely book again and recommend highly!
We have hired Carolyn several times now, for long and short trips, and she has been wonderful every time. This last time was over two weeks, during which our dog had a minor medical issue. Carolyn informed us of the issue, kept us updated while she took our pup to the vet to get checked out, and actually managed to get her to take her medication. Doing great now! We are so grateful for the great care and attentiveness. 10/10 definitely recommend!
We enthusiastically recommend Cheuk Wing! It was such a relief to leave our little dog with a kind and patient person who clearly loves dogs and has experience with a range of dog personalities. Her experience with rescue dogs was especially helpful. We will definitely ask her to watch our dog again.
Karina was such a thoughtful & sweet sitter! She made time for a meet & greet on short notice, sent a list of suggested items to bring, and was flexible! She sent the cutest photos of Chump and he looked so happy & well taken care of. Karina also lives in a walkable neighborhood near a small grassy area which was perfect for my pup. She was so friendly and considerate, and I would highly recommend her as a sitter for your furry ones! 💓
Zhongni was a great sitter. She had plenty toys for Scooby to enjoy. She sent me great photos of my pup having the best time of his life. She took him on a few walks and he slept like a baby during the night. She was very responsive. I'd definitely plan to book with her in the future.
My dog could not be happier, I got so many updates via photos and texts; in every picture you could tell how much attention Pilot was getting, how happy all of the dogs were to play together and they literally posed for the photos like they were in Best in Show. The dogs played tag through a giant sunflower garden, waded in a kiddie pool and bunked together on a big leather couch at night. I’m definitely going back to this Rover and would recommend him without hesitation.
Chelsea was amazing and so flexible as our travel plans changed and we had to cancel our stay. She talked to rover support and made it right for us. My puppy is an anxious girl and she warmed up quickly to hear. We are seeing this as a trial run and will definitely be using her again!!
This was Buffy's second stay but first overnight and Elise took such wonderful care of her. Buffer adores her and I can tell that she feels very comfortable with her with how excited she was to see her again. Elise takes the extra time to be with her, giving her affection and snuggles and it makes a big difference. Appreciate the updates as well!
Isabella was truly wonderful! She was so kind, flexible, and made me feel completely at ease while I was away. She sent thoughtful updates and lots of photos of my dog, which meant so much to me. Yerim was awesome and helped me out in a pinch when I needed it most. She was also super flexible when I had a medical emergency and needed to leave my dogs with her for an extra day. Most importantly, my dogs loved every minute with her and I could tell because they were very irritated to return home lol. She was an incredible sitter and I’d use her again anytime!
