“Laila has made my first experience with Rover the absolute best! Very communicative &sweet person! She will take really good care of your pup! Definitely will be booking again!”

“Thank you for taking excellent care of Plum!! It was a big help knowing she was in great hands with people who care about her. She’s looking forward to returning! Thank you!”

“This was our second time leaving Momo with Malvika & her family! Momo was anxious this time & they were so understanding and helpful with her. Once again, highly recommend Malvika!”

“Leah and Leio (and their kids) were so loving towards Luca and went out of their way to treat him like family during his stay :) We received updates and photos often, which we loved! When I mentioned that Luca likes to look out windows during the day, they made efforts to ensure that he could do just that at their house :) Another thing I appreciated was how much info they asked upfront in our meet and greet in order to meet all of Luca’s needs and understand the manners/rules he follows when he’s at home (e.g. no table food, sitting & waiting before taking his food). This was very considerate and showed a lot of respect for Luca’s norms :) Luca got lots of love, lots of walks, and lots of space to roam during his stay! We would bring Luca back to stay with them in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a family that will love your dog like their own and do everything they can to make your pup at home while you’re away, Leah and Leio will be the right fit for you.”

“Tu helped me with a last minute boarding request, thank you for accommodating and being flexible The communication during the stay could have been more prompt, I was expecting updates from their side as they posted in their profile but I had to ask for an update every time and during the first day of boarding I received a reply 4-5 hours after leaving me extremely worried.”

“Sarah is the absolute best! She and her son treat our pup like family. She’s great about checking in, super accommodating and communicative, obviously experienced and a natural with annimals, and just a wonderful human. We feel so lucky to have found her!”

“This was first boarding experience at sitters home for my pet and Kenny took real good care and made sure to provide updates almost everyday and also provided good insight into my dogs behavior especially with another dog. Kenny also made sure to go one step above and made sure to accommodate my last minute pickup and drop off changes. I definitely recommend Kenny !!”

“Another great stay with Maria and Kalyan! Their reliable care, 10/10 communication, and the TLC they give our Rhodesian Ridgeback sets the bar high among the rest. They are our “go to” sitter and we appreciate them so much. Highly recommend!”

“A little late but wanted to share that Vivian was a 5 Star dog sitter. She has a clear affection for dogs and Oscar came home happy, healthy, and clean. What more can you ask for? I loved the pictures during his stay as well as the take home polaroid with treats. How thoughtful!”

“Elise and James have boarded our girls twice now and we’ve booked them again for an upcoming trip. They take great care of them, send daily updates, and clearly love dogs. Couldn’t ask for better sitters!”

About: I have cared for my own pug for over 13 years, so I understand the daily needs of dogs at different stages of life, including senior care. Our home environment is calm and comfortable, which works well for dogs that enjoy a relaxed setting. Both my husband and I work from home most days, so dogs staying with us receive plenty of attention, regular potty breaks, and walks throughout the day. We also have a private rooftop area that can be used for quick potty breaks if needed. Because we have a gentle senior pug at home, we typically do best with dogs that are friendly and not extremely high energy. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable place where dogs can relax and feel cared for while their owners are away. Both my husband and I work from home most days, so we are around throughout the day to give dogs attention, regular potty breaks, and walks. This also means dogs are rarely left alone for long periods of time. Our schedule is generally flexible, and we are able to accommodate regular potty breaks, feeding schedules, and walks throughout the day. “Mckenna was fantastic! She gave us constant updates and we felt very safe leaving our little guy with her. Upon pickup, Diego seemed relaxed and refreshed...he said he had a great time! ;-)”

“Maureen is wonderful! She provided frequent updates and pictures and our pup was really excited to see her after doing a meet and greet a few days before.”

“Jennifer and family took great care of Mac and Ragu for the 10 days we were gone out of the country. It was their first time staying with her but I wasn’t worried about them at all. She sent photo updates of them getting lots of cuddles, walks, and time in the backyard. She even brought their dog bed to our house after we forgot it, which was much appreciated! Would definitely have them stay with her again.”

“Martha and her family are just the best. Charlie had the best time spending the week with them. Martha sent pictures of Charlie and he settled in nicely there. Charlie got really attached to Martha’s daughter and it brought us comfort knowing he was truly treated like their own. Martha first watched my previous schnauzer 9 years ago! We’ll definitely use them again and highly recommend them!”

“She was amazing! She was so sweet to clean the litter box and litter genie. She also was very responsive and timely with photos of my Frubbles 🥰. My cat was so calm around her.”

“Chris and his dog family are so sweet. His house isn’t far from where our dog goes on walks sometimes. If we’re in the area our dog now gets excited and wants to go back to that house. Safe to say, he had a great time.”

“Joshua has cared for my dog several times now, and every experience has been fantastic. From day one, he has been super easy to coordinate with — always quick to respond and so friendly. He took the time to get to know my dog during the meet & greet, and didn’t rush through the process. My dog has some separation anxiety and can sometimes take a while to warm up to unfamiliar people, but he got used to Joshua right away and it feels like my dog has known Joshua for a long time now. Joshua embraces my dog’s unique quirks and reads his behavior so well, which makes a huge difference. We get photo/video updates each stay, and my dog always looks comfortable and so happy. We honestly can’t recommend Joshua enough. He’s reliable, caring, and just genuinely great with dogs. We’re so happy and grateful to have connected with Joshua, and our dog clearly feels the same way!”

“We're so happy Mimi has a comfortable place to stay with people who enjoy her company. She's a shy dog, so it's great that she was able to settle in cuddle with new people. Many thanks!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Beacon Hill
Malvika and her family were absolutely amazing. This was without a doubt the best rover experience myself and my dog have had. She was very accommodating, responsive, and sent many pictures. My dog is very clearly missing her and her family. Could not recommend highly enough!!!

Nam provided excellent service. He was attentive and responsible. He followed all the instructions and showed genuine care for my dog. He sent lots of pictures and videos and my dog seemed happy to be there. Will definitely pick him first if I need to board my dog again!

Nichole and Andrew hosted Reg for the long weekend and I'm so happy he got to stay with them. Nichole and Andrew were great communicators, sending pics throughout the stay keeping me updated. When I picked up Reg, it was like he didn't want to leave! Reg will definitely be back to stay with Nichole and Andrew and their family!

Miya & Basil had a lovely time with Elise & James! With both of them being senior girls now, they can be a little stubborn and slow but Elise & James cared for them wonderfully nonetheless. I received kind updates and photos of the girls while gone and couldn’t have asked for better support caring for them 😊 thank you!!!

Leio and Leah and their family were amazing! They poured so much attention and affection to our dog and it's clear he loved every minute of it. They were communicative and provided great photos during our trip which we really loved as well. Would definitely return to for future sittings!

Stephanie was so so great!! We had to leave out of state last minute for a funeral and were caught in a tricky situation trying to find someone to care for our dog for an extended period of time. Stephanie was responsive, sent pictures every day, and just felt warm and caring overall. I very much appreciated her wanting our dogs to meet first to make sure it would be an okay match for everyone. Would absolutely, without a doubt, rebook with Stephanie again!! ❤️

Anna was amazing! She took great care of our dog and we'll definitely book with her again. She was very flexible and communicative, clearly knows a lot about dogs and also followed our care instructions in regards to routine, etc. She asked great questions about our dog's harness and how high he can jump. She administered his medication with ease. Our dog was so happy (and tired!) when we picked him up, he'd been on many adventures and clearly received all the pets.

Emily did a meet and greet with my nervous dog the day before boarding and he could not have immediately loved her more. The next day he whined and pulled to get to her when we arrived. Emily sent pics and updates during his stay and even made him a jaunty new fashion accessory. 10/10!
