“Leah and Leio (and their kids) were so loving towards Luca and went out of their way to treat him like family during his stay :) We received updates and photos often, which we loved! When I mentioned that Luca likes to look out windows during the day, they made efforts to ensure that he could do just that at their house :) Another thing I appreciated was how much info they asked upfront in our meet and greet in order to meet all of Luca’s needs and understand the manners/rules he follows when he’s at home (e.g. no table food, sitting & waiting before taking his food). This was very considerate and showed a lot of respect for Luca’s norms :) Luca got lots of love, lots of walks, and lots of space to roam during his stay! We would bring Luca back to stay with them in a heartbeat! Erica is absolutely wonderful! She took amazing care of my 16.5 year old Havanese, Bugatti! Bu tends to go on a hunger strike the first few days I’m away and Erica kept me updated and did absolutely everything to get Bugatti settled in and find something healthy she was willing to eat. Bu even came home freshly bathed and smelling great! I will definitely use Erica the next time I leave town and cannot recommend her enough!!
We were visiting Seattle from out of town and needed someone to care for our dog, Daisy, while we were on an Alaska cruise. We couldn’t have been happier with the care she received. From the beginning, communication was excellent, and we felt completely comfortable leaving Daisy in his care. He was attentive, reliable, and clearly loves dogs. We received updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. When we picked Daisy up, she was happy, healthy, and well cared for. Finding someone you can trust with your pet is priceless, especially when you’re traveling far from home. We loved having Jinhee and Ryan watch Teddy! They have the sweetest family. They were very accommodating and followed our feeding schedule and made Teddy feel at home right away. They were communicative and provided us with updates which gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. We 100% recommend them and will definitely book with them again!
Allanah was fantastic - not only did our two dogs come home happy and healthy (and tired) but Allanah was fantastic at communicating. Allanah also went above and beyond without hesitation to help accommodate after delayed flights threw our plans for a loop.
