Jennifer was very proactive about contacting me to let me know what was going on and sending pictures. My sister in-law ended up picking up my dog to take her to the vet and was able to work with Jennifer to arrange a pick up time. “I'm hesitant to say too many nice things about Maria as I fear it will make her too popular and harder to book with her. :-) We couldn't have found a better place for our pup to stay than at Maria's Little Dog Senior Center. We appreciated that she focuses on smaller, older pups who might need a bit more attention and want a slower pace. We received plenty of texts, photos and videos to assure us that all was well. “Laila, fit us in at the last minute and was absolutely wonderful! My chihuahua is a bit much for a lot of people and he has a very strong bond to me. He liked Laila right away and I was able to leave him with a peaceful heart. She sent me so many pictures and videos that I never had to wonder if he was being cared for and happy. She showed me without me ever having to ask. I have never picked him up from a sitter when he did not run to me and jump in the car ready to go home. But, when Laila brought him outside to go home he wanted to go on their usual walk and was genuinely sad to leave. 11 out of ten! They treated my girl so wonderfully and sent the most delightful photos of her enjoying her vacation! Highly recommend.
Nancy is GREAT! Trot had only been away once before, and we were worried that he'd be nervous. But Nancy greeted him with such enthusiasm and affection that he just ran right in and made himself at home. She sent lots of pics, responded right away, and kept him to his routine. Far from being nervous, Trot had a wonderful day!!
Erica is absolutely wonderful! She took amazing care of my 16.5 year old Havanese, Bugatti! Bu tends to go on a hunger strike the first few days I’m away and Erica kept me updated and did absolutely everything to get Bugatti settled in and find something healthy she was willing to eat. Bu even came home freshly bathed and smelling great! I will definitely use Erica the next time I leave town and cannot recommend her enough!!
We were visiting Seattle from out of town and needed someone to care for our dog, Daisy, while we were on an Alaska cruise. We couldn’t have been happier with the care she received. Allanah was fantastic - not only did our two dogs come home happy and healthy (and tired) but Allanah was fantastic at communicating. Allanah also went above and beyond without hesitation to help accommodate after delayed flights threw our plans for a loop. Colleen was absolutely wonderful! As a first-time Rover user, I was pretty nervous about leaving my pup with someone new, but she immediately put my mind at ease.
