“This was the first time they watched our girl Kira and they made the whole experience positive. They sent multiple updates and videos each day, took her on so many walks, and even brushed her and took her to get a new toy. You can tell how much they love animals. Will definitely be booking again!”

“Carl is an amazing sitter! Very communicative, sent lots of pictures, and I could tell our boy was very comfortable and having a great time while we were gone. Carl’s space is fantastic for any pets, our dog loved being there. I will absolutely reach out to Carl first in the future for any sitting needs.”

“She took care of Zeus like it was her's,and during a travel trip going through bad weather we were delayed on picking up Zeus so he had to stay a few more days, which Tu didn't have any problems with, she can keep Zeus anytime if we need her assistance again, Thanks Tu.”

“Molly was great! We got plenty of updates and pictures throughout the day. One of our boys is slow to warm up and can be grumbly/barky with new people and she was very patient with him and both dogs seemed to have a great time!”

“Jennifer was wonderful with our pup once again! She was especially kind and patient with our senior dog, Cooper, and made sure he was comfortable and cared for the whole time. We felt completely at ease knowing Coops was in such good hands. We’ve already booked with her again and will happily continue to do so! Thank you, Jennifer!”

“Laila’s love for pups shows. She was extremely caring with our pup and kept us informed with photos. We were so nervous, as we’ve never left our pup with anyone but she really put us at ease. We highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for someone trustworthy, caring and professional to watch their pup!”

“Martha is amazing. She is easy to communicate with and very prompt. She is also very kind and you can tell she loves dogs. As does her family. She sends pic and videos of my pup to ease my mind being away from him. He has fallen in love with her daughter and seems very comfortable. I highly recommend her a will use her again if needed.”

“Maria was outstanding. We appreciate her so much. Rumi had a wonderful stay. We highly recommend Maria for those with small dogs; she knows how to care for them, and her place is so clean and perfect.”

“Daisha and Tam did a fantastic job caring for Arthur. We received daily updates and photos, which we loved seeing during our travels. Daisha was always available if we had questions, which gave us extra peace of mind. It was clear from the start that Arthur was in very capable hands, and we look forward to booking with her again for future traveling. Arthur had the best time, a true home away from home!”

“Kirsten was wonderful! She was calm, experienced, and reassuring from introduction to pickup—everything an anxious dog mom needs. I could tell my girl had a great time meeting new friends and was well cared for! She’s a social pup, so it was comforting to know she had a whole pack (dog and human) to be with. Thank you!”

“Tamar took great care of my dog. She sent me photos pretty much every day and he looked like he was always having a blast. She and Amy gave my dog a special birthday meal for his birthday while I was out of town, and they even gave him a bath before I picked him up! Can’t recommend highly enough; I’ll absolutely be checking in with Tamar next time I go out of town and can’t bring my lil bud.”

“Pippi was so happy to get to your place and see you guys! I can’t tell you how easy that makes us for us to go out of town! We appreciate all the photos and updates you send us and also your flexibility with our last minute plans. You are the best!!!! Thank you!”

“Sarah is an excellent sitter! We got daily and frequent updates on our pup and our pup got so cozy with Sarah that she felt at home and was happy to see us when we picked her up.”

“Elise and James were wonderful! We started with a lovely meet and greet so my anxious dog could get to know them and sniff their house before staying there for a few days. And while my dog was there they gave me plenty of photos and updates as to how she was doing. Will absolutely let my pup have another vacation with Elise and James!”

“Once again, another wonderful vacation for my love with Kimiko. She takes such loving care of my girl, this time cleaning her waxy ears daily. Until next time. Thank you so much!”

“Leio and Leah and their family were amazing! They poured so much attention and affection to our dog and it's clear he loved every minute of it. They were communicative and provided great photos during our trip which we really loved as well. Would definitely return to for future sittings!”

About: I've loved and cared for dogs for 20+ years — and it's the senior and high-needs ones that have shaped me most as a caretaker. I've worked professionally as a dog walker and sitter, volunteered on a farm tending to sheep, pigs, and cows, and have logged years of animal care across a wide variety of contexts. My focus and true passion is senior and high-needs dogs. I currently care for Momo, my 11-year-old mini poodle rescue, who requires daily medication, mobility support, and consistent patience with separation anxiety rooted in past trauma. I'm fully comfortable managing medication schedules, specialized diets, and the kind of attentive, adaptive care that older or more complex dogs require. I also guided my previous dog, an Old English Sheepdog, through her full senior journey — including dementia-informed reactivity, significant mobility challenges, and all the nuanced day-to-day care that came with loving a big dog through her final chapter. I share my home with two poodles: Momo, and Stormy — a big, friendly 7-year-old standard who loves meeting new dogs and is equally happy to give them space if that's what they need. Stormy splits his time between my home and family nearby, so his presence varies by stay. I now work from home in a different field, and pet care is my way of staying connected to the animals I love. Your dog gets calm, present, unhurried attention from someone who is genuinely home — and genuinely invested. Senior dogs, anxious dogs, and dogs who need a little extra are especially welcome here! I work from home the majority of the week, so I'm present and available throughout most days. I'm typically in office one to two days a week — usually Wednesdays and/or Thursdays — for roughly 8 hours. Outside of those days, I'm home and attentive during business hours and fully available on evenings and weekends. I have a fully fenced yard, a one-story layout with no stairs to navigate — especially important for senior or mobility-limited dogs — and gate separation available so visiting dogs can be in the mix while still having their own space. Crates are available if needed. I keep pet cameras throughout the home so I can monitor remotely on the rare occasion I'm out. All dogs have dedicated feeding stations and I'm happy to accommodate varying meal times and dietary needs. Animal CPR documentation is posted in the home, an emergency vet is less than a mile away, and I have reliable transportation should anything come up.

“Brenda is awesome. She gave our two pups the BEST weekend while we were gone. Brenda goes above and beyond, and we will 1,000% be calling her again. I cannot recommend her enough. Thank you, Brenda!!”

“Bryan was wonderful to Mochi and sent photos & updates along the way. I also really appreciate that Mochi comes back smelling nice and feeling clean when she goes to Morris & Bryans (not the case with other Rovers!)”

She took care of Zeus like it was her's,and during a travel trip going through bad weather we were delayed on picking up Zeus so he had to stay a few more days, which Tu didn't have any problems with, she can keep Zeus anytime if we need her assistance again, Thanks Tu.

Malvika and her family were absolutely amazing. This was without a doubt the best rover experience myself and my dog have had. She was very accommodating, responsive, and sent many pictures. My dog is very clearly missing her and her family. Could not recommend highly enough!!!

Nam provided excellent service. He was attentive and responsible. He followed all the instructions and showed genuine care for my dog. He sent lots of pictures and videos and my dog seemed happy to be there. Will definitely pick him first if I need to board my dog again!

Nora is my go to Rover sitter! She is so good with Clover and I have complete peace of mind when she is sitting for me. She consistently sends updates with pictures and is a great communicator. Clover is genuinely and authentically happy and excited when I drop her off with Nora.

Adejia took such good care of my dog while I was away on vacation - Rumi is a high energy dog and not the best on the leash and she was kind enough to take her to the off leash park a bunch. Her and Kona got along great and made great playmates! I got pictures everyday and was confident my dog was in good hands :) Thanks again!

Jennifer was awesome from start to finish with Ginkgo!!! We were a little nervous leaving Ginkgo for two weeks as she had some separation anxiety in the past. But Jennifer made sure this didn’t happen as she had her dog and a few other visitors keep Ginkgo occupied during that time. Jennifer was so nice to send us pictures almost every day showing how happy Ginkgo was. We were so fortunate to have Jennifer take care of Ginkgo and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants the very best care for their dog.
Jonathan is a fantastic sitter who took such good care of our old special needs pup, Newton. Newton poses challenges and Jonathan was polite and courteous even after some soiling occurred. I really couldn't ask more of a sitter and Newton was relaxed and joyful when he came home. H8s boarding space for pups is lovely. Highly highly recommended!

Leio and Leah and their family were amazing! They poured so much attention and affection to our dog and it's clear he loved every minute of it. They were communicative and provided great photos during our trip which we really loved as well. Would definitely return to for future sittings!

Alexis is truly the best dog sitter on Rover!!! She took the best care of our boy Huey, sent us 10+ photos a day of him living his best life at dog parks, long walks, hanging at their place, and everywhere else they went together. I can't reccommend her enough, truly the best dog sitter around. Feel like our dog was genuinely sad to leave.

We couldn't have asked for a better sitter than Miriam and her sweet pup, Betty! Her communication was prompt and clear, her demeanor calm and caring, and she clearly loves animals. From the moment Rocky met her, he felt comfortable and safe (and he is an anxious boy)! Miriam sent pictures and ensured we knew Rocky and Betty were having a good time together.

Stephanie was so so great!! We had to leave out of state last minute for a funeral and were caught in a tricky situation trying to find someone to care for our dog for an extended period of time. Stephanie was responsive, sent pictures every day, and just felt warm and caring overall. I very much appreciated her wanting our dogs to meet first to make sure it would be an okay match for everyone. Would absolutely, without a doubt, rebook with Stephanie again!! ❤️
