Nancy is GREAT! Trot had only been away once before, and we were worried that he'd be nervous. But Nancy greeted him with such enthusiasm and affection that he just ran right in and made himself at home. She sent lots of pics, responded right away, and kept him to his routine. Far from being nervous, Trot had a wonderful day!!
Erica is absolutely wonderful! She took amazing care of my 16.5 year old Havanese, Bugatti! Bu tends to go on a hunger strike the first few days I’m away and Erica kept me updated and did absolutely everything to get Bugatti settled in and find something healthy she was willing to eat. Bu even came home freshly bathed and smelling great! I will definitely use Erica the next time I leave town and cannot recommend her enough!!
We were visiting Seattle from out of town and needed someone to care for our dog, Daisy, while we were on an Alaska cruise. We couldn’t have been happier with the care she received. From the beginning, communication was excellent, and we felt completely comfortable leaving Daisy in his care. He was attentive, reliable, and clearly loves dogs. We received updates and photos, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. When we picked Daisy up, she was happy, healthy, and well cared for. Allanah was fantastic - not only did our two dogs come home happy and healthy (and tired) but Allanah was fantastic at communicating. Allanah also went above and beyond without hesitation to help accommodate after delayed flights threw our plans for a loop. Colleen was absolutely wonderful! As a first-time Rover user, I was pretty nervous about leaving my pup with someone new, but she immediately put my mind at ease. She was so kind and caring with my baby and kept me updated throughout the stay with the cutest photos and videos of their playtime.
