“After the first Rover boarding with someone else didn’t go so well, we weren’t sure how things will turn out this time around. However, Kimiko exceeded our expectation and we are convinced by now that she is a dog whisperer. She is loving, caring, patient, fun, understanding, reliable, responsive, knowledgable, and everything you’d look for in a carer for your pup(s). The way she communicates with us dog parents is truly professional, and our pups had an amazing stay with her and her fur babies based on pictures/videos/updates she would send us through out the stay. I feel like we found someone who not only we can trust but also our pups feel comfortable and safe being around. Thank you, Kimiko!♥️”

“Ryley and Juyeon were absolutely amazing. We typically get a little stressed when we leave the dogs but not this time! We received updates with photos multiple times per day. Moose can be a handful sometimes but Eric made sure he was properly socialized and entertained! “An absolutely perfect first experience with Rover. Martha took Mattie, treated her to a great time (lots of exercise, dogs to play with), and dropped her off per our instructions right on time. Mattie seems to have had a fine time. All the while Martha was keeping me apprised of what was going on with Mattie, and responded to my emails immediately whenever I had a question. There is no doubt I'll be asking Martha to dogsit Mattie in the future.”

“We had to find a place last minute to board our black lab. Chandler saved the day. She was flexible, communicative and all around wonderful to our pup. She and her partner really spent time engaging him - playing with him, throwing the ball for him, and taking him in walks and to the dog Park. They really did treat him as their own. Can’t recommend Chandler enough!”

“This was Murphy's 4th or 5th stay with Kelly and her family and the longest stay yet. I'm always worried he won't want to come home because they take such good care of him! I like that he has a yard to lounge in, her kids and occasionally other dogs to play with, and he gets walks too.”
