She also bought Betty eye drops and cleaning solution when she ran out. Betty also had a yard to play in which was a huge plus. I will definitely book with her again.”

“Dylan was amazing! This was our first time using Rover for boarding, nervous about the process and leaving our pet for a week. Koa is a 110lb Bernese Mountain Dog who loves a lot of belly rubs, playtime and walks. Dylan was responsive, asked great questions during our meet and greet. He has a big backyard and is in an area great for walks. He was easy to communicate with, sent us updates and pictures daily. Koa had playtime and walks daily, smiling and happy in every picture! Dylan truly cares about the pets he is caring for and treated Koa like he was his own. We did not worry one bit while we were away for the week. When we picked Koa up, he was his usual happy self. We appreciate Dylan for a great boarding experience and will definitely book again!”

They had another little dog staying with them too and were so thoughtful about introducing them to one another and went to great lengths to make sure our dog (and we) would be comfortable with the arrangements. They sent pictures and kept us updates regularly which I always appreciate. They clearly love looking after dogs! I wouldn’t hesitate to book with them again.”

“The overall experience of boarding with Jack exceeded our expectations. To be honest I was worried our dog wouldn't want to come home. ;) The home and surrounding environment were very clean and there was plenty of space to roam and play. Jack took our dog on walks and even visited several dog parks. He also sent us messages and pics giving us updates on how things were going which eased our minds.
