To be honest I was worried our dog wouldn't want to come home. ;) The home and surrounding environment were very clean and there was plenty of space to roam and play. Dylan had experience with reactive dogs in the past and understood our needs to keep Koopa away from triggers on walks. He also sent us frequent updates with amazing photos of Koopa and was super easy to communicate with during drop off and pick up. We definitely trust Dylan to take care of Koopa again in the future!”
