Andy did such a great job of sending pictures daily. He sent multiple photos and videos each day, as well as a small write up of the day's activities and how my dog was feeling. It was obvious from the photos that my dog was clearly happy and well cared for. Overall, it was an excellent pet sitting experience.
We had a great experience with Ramon. He took wonderful care of our two dogs, Toffee and Rainbow. He was communicative throughout the stay, kept us updated, and was also flexible with our schedule when we needed to adjust our drop-off time. Both dogs came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. I can’t say enough good things about Junoa!! She was willing to take both my high-energy dog and kitten for eleven days! Her household gave them so much love and attention and there was never a doubt that they were well taken care of. Junoa would send frequent updates and pictures, which was so appreciated during my time away from them. She took my dog on walks, to dog parks, and even gave her a little goody basket of toys to replace a few others that were very well loved. Her dog, Diablo, is a gentle giant and was so sweet to both of my busy animals. So very grateful for the love that was given by Junoa and crew!
Brandon was so wonderful with our 4 month old dachshund puppy over the Fourth of July weekend! Since this was our very first time leaving him, we were understandably nervous knowing that our puppy is full of energy, loves to play, and is still working on potty training, so we know he can be a handful. Brandon took such great care of him and Kevin came back a very happy and tired pup! Brandon sent us lots of photos, videos, and updates throughout the stay, which gave us so much peace of mind. He was also incredibly responsive whenever we reached out. It was clear our puppy was well cared for and getting plenty of attention while we were away.
