About: Hi, I'm Stella! My legal name (which Rover requires me to display) is Leigh, but in day-to-day interactions I prefer to go by Stella. :) Although I've been a cat person all my life, I've also always loved dogs. Recently my family members have been adopting dogs into their various collections of pets, including a Manchester terrier who has decided I'm his second favorite person (besides my mom, and I can't blame him there!). I've absolutely loved the opportunity to care for him when my parents travel a few times a year, and will absolutely bring that same level of enthusiasm to caring for your pup! I'm primarily self employed, as well as doing gig work, so I have a lot of flexibility to give your pet the care they need on a schedule that works for you! I'm most often available on weekdays, as the gigs I do usually fall on weekends. I'm very interested in learning your pet's personality, and taking the time needed to get them comfortable with me. I'm particularly good at "cat language", but am dedicated to learning "dog language" as well. I'd also love to hear from you about your pet's likes, dislikes, preferences, and anything else I should know to give them the best experience possible!

We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter! Nadiia took amazing care of our 10-month-old puppy and our cat while we were away. She was incredibly patient with our puppy, who can definitely be a handful at this age, and gave him so much attention, enrichment, and care. She sent us wonderful, detailed updates and photos that made us feel completely at ease while traveling. She also took fantastic care of our home and left everything incredibly clean and tidy. It was clear how comfortable and happy our pets were with her. We would absolutely trust her with them again and hope to book her for our future trips. Highly recommend!
We have and old dog Tako who needs medication with his morning and evening feedings and three other medications throughout the day. He needs to go in a stroller when he goes for a walk with our other dog. Jenae was great at accommodating these special needs for our precious boy Tako. She texted us and sent us pictures while we were on bus trip going from city-to-city so it was a relief to know our boys were doing well. She was able to come early on the day we left to take care of their morning feeding and stay for their evening feeding before we got home. Our house was left in great shape when we got home.
Lupita was absolutely wonderful as we booked her last-minute before our 4-night stay away from home. She housesat for us, looking over our newly adopted puppy. We really appreciated her flexibility and her willingness to adjuster her schedule to fit ours. Since our puppy is still settling in with us, we had a few specific routines we wanted to stick to, and Lupita listened very well to everything we asked for. She followed all of our care instructions and was respectful of our space, leaving our home very clean when we returned! Most importantly, our puppy absolutely LOVED her and continued to gain his own confidence in his new space while we were away. It gave us a lot of peace knowing he was in great hands. We highly recommend Lupita!
Emily did a great job bonding with my sometimes shy kitty Charley. They were playing and cuddling together pretty quickly! Emily also looked after my very anxious foster kittens and kept everyone safe. She sent me regular updates with photos and took care of the house management tasks too.
Cynthia did a wonderful job watching my two senior kitties while I was away visiting family. She was attentive to their food and medication requirements and sent regular updates with pictures. I couldn’t ask for a better pet sitter! I was able to enjoy my time with family knowing my boys were in good hands.
Darcy did an excellent job of taking care of my 2 dogs, cat, and house while I was gone for 7 days. My pets were happy and healthy when I got home. Darcy had no problem managing my senior dog who takes several medications. She took the dogs for walks and provided cute photos of all of them in her daily report that she provided me. Her communication is quick and clear which increased by confidence and trust in her. She did a great job! My dogs and cat are excited to see her again next time!
