We'll play with toys and have treats if mommy and/or daddy allow treats. I love taking dogs to dog friendly beaches that are close. We can play fetch if there's a yard. If it's a kitty kat, we might make biscuits and chase an electric mouse that I'll bring.

My family has what I call the "pet gene," and they call me the "cat whisperer." I've been a compassionate animal caretaker for most of my life. When I was about ten years old, I raised two puppies that had been abandoned at a fire station where my uncle worked. We fed them with a toy baby bottle until we could get to a vet (this was a rural area before 24-hour clinics). I named them Laverne and Shirley. In my graduate work, I focused on human and animal studies, particularly representations of human and animal communication in literature. It was a fascinating rabbit hole. With a lifetime of taking care of pets and previous pet sitting experience in the Seattle area, you can depend on me to give your pets the kind and compassionate care they deserve.

Dana was an absolutely phenomenal sitter for my four cats! Leaving a multi-cat household can be stressful, but she provided complete peace of mind from day one. Dana was incredibly attentive and communicative, sending me a ton of wonderful photos and detailed updates so I never had to wonder how my cats were doing while I was away. It’s clear she genuinely cares about the animals she watches and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy and comfortable. I couldn't recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and loving pet sitter!
Dana was fantastic! She was very communicative and my cats were very happy and relaxed when I got home. I will definitely be reaching out to her in the future.
Dana was so good with my kitties! Pistachio is a shy, nervous cat and doesn't usually get comfortable around people easily - and she was so comfortable around Dana that she got on her lap on the second day of sitting! She also was very communicative and sent me photos as I had requested. When I got home, it was clear that both the kitties and my apartment had been well cared for. 10/10 would book again!
Dana was so thoughtful and caring in watching our cats! I appreciate her attentiveness and felt she goes the extra mile in the care she provides! It's always stressful leaving the cats behind for a trip, and Dana's care and updates helped put so much of that at ease.
