“Rachael is the absolute best! Quick to respond and keep me updated on my doggo with pics. It’s my first time using Rover and she made the experience a great one. She came in as a lifesaver when i needed a super last min sitter. She took care of my Luna like it was her own. Super recommend ❤️”

“Absolutely loved our experience! Matt took such great care of my dog and kept me updated with tons of sweet photos throughout the day. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. Highly recommend!”

“Tomas took very good care of Evie, he gave her a lot of attention and really spoiled her. Evie had a great time , got along well with Karma and both respected each others space. Tomas made sure Evie had lots of playtime, treats and snuggles. Evie can’t wait to see Tomas & Karma again!”

“Maria was wonderful with my senior dog! She was great at communicating and was so thoughtful with how to make my dog as comfortable as possible in her home. Will definitely work with Maria again!”

“This is my second 5-star review after several bookings with Jana. After Summer's first stay, I wrote about how patiently Jana and her family earned the trust of my very apprehensive little dog. Many stays later, I can say they gave her something even more wonderful: confidence and a genuine second family. Summer became completely at home with Jana, Tim and their children—hanging out in their rooms, playing outside, and even walking all the way around the block with Tim. By our last pickup, she seemed more interested in what their son was up to than leaving with me! What began as an urgent need for a safe place during work on our house became such a special connection for both Summer and me. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found this wonderful family.”

About: I have been a dog parent for 3 years now and am trying to spend more time taking care of dogs and cats in my spare time. I'm currently working part time and since I work from home, I have plenty of flexibility with my schedule to walk dogs, do home visits and board your beloved pet. I live in an apartment complex that is right next to Hiawatha Playfield and if your dog loves walking in the parks, this is an amazing park that my dog Oliver loves visiting every day.
“Ollie always has the best time with Beau and Mellow! We feel so comfortable sending our boy to Beau's and he comes back happy, healthy and tired from playing, every time!”

“Mimi is an incredible pup sitter! She treats each pup with so much love and affection and is also super knowledgeable about dog training and behavior. I love that she takes the time to meet and get to know each dog prior to daycare to ensure pup compatibility and comfort, and her focus on small/medium/shy dogs made me feel so comfortable entrusting her with my 8 lb pup who can sometimes get overwhelmed with larger dogs. She sent tons of updates throughout the stay, and Coco had an amazing time hanging out and playing with Tribble and the other pups that were there!”
“Niko loves going here and they take such good care of him! He pulls to the door in excitement and that’s the best sign that there can be to show how good they are to him ! They send me his pictures and keep me updated on what he’s doing throughout the day. Pick up and drop off has been extremely smooth- even at times that I need to drop him off extremely early. Both Lorrie and Andrew were extremely accommodating!”

“We were grateful for Kelly’s flexibility and willingness to watch our dog on New Year’s Day while my husband and I worked 12hr shifts. Buster was one tired, happy puppy after playing all day with his new pup friends. Thank you again, Kelly!”

About: After losing my beautiful 11 year old Bernese, Indie, caring for other dogs is my way of honoring the love that I lost. I provide a quiet home with a fenced yard, daily walks, playtime, and lots of love. You get peace of mind. Your dog gets comfort, stability, fun and attention. You can travel worry-free, knowing your dog will be in great hands. I work from home Monday through Friday so I’m always available to keep your dog company and to go for walks. I typically walk each dog 2-3x daily. I have a fenced yard and live a block from the beach near Alki point. I can only accept dog non-aggressive dogs without major separation anxiety issues.

“Clarissa and Yasiel took great care of Pickles! He's had some separation anxiety lately but he settled in just fine. They kept me updated throughout the day and sent cute photos. We will rebook!”

About: I offer a highly attentive, adaptive, and active environment for your dog, backed by over nine years of dedicated, hands-on experience. Raising my own dog, Toby, gave me a deep understanding of complex canine needs. He was reactive, which taught me how to read body language, advocate for a dog's space, and safely manage environments so he could still enjoy a life full of hiking and cross-country adventures. As he aged, I gained extensive experience in senior care, navigating his slowed pace and confidently managing canine epilepsy, including precise medication administration. In addition to caring for my own dog, I have a long history of pet sitting for family and friends. Whether your dog is an active adventurer who wants to hit the trails or a senior who prefers a quiet day on the couch, I tailor my care to their specific pace and personality. What Sets Me Apart: - Proximity to Alki Beach & Trails: We love taking dogs on outings to nearby Alki Beach or local hikes, making us a great fit for high-energy dogs who thrive outdoors. - Deep Respect for Boundaries: Because of my experience with a reactive dog, I never force interactions. If your dog is anxious, selective, or uncomfortable in crowded spaces, I strictly respect their boundaries and keep them in environments where they feel safe. Full-Time, Double-Coverage Remote Care: Both my husband and I work from home full-time. Your dog will never be left alone for long stretches, and our schedule allows for flexible potty breaks, frequent walks, and constant companionship. We are a true dog-loving family with a safe, secure home environment designed to give you complete peace of mind while you are away. We no longer have a dog at home so your best friend will be the sole animal in the home. We live in a townhome with a small, unfenced patio area.

“Marni was great! Easy communication, friendly, knowledgeable, a great listener. I was comfortable leaving my dog with her and my trust was well placed. When I picked up my dog he was happy, silly, and his usual self. Just like I left him. Thank you Marni!”

About: I’ve lived alongside animals almost my entire life...from cats and dogs to ferrets and chickens. Having cared for animals at all stages of life, I will strictly respect any accommodations your pet needs. I also know how hard it is to leave them! So whether your pet has endless zoomies or is a total couch potato... they’ll be safe, understood, and cared for exactly as they are. 💛 I work a balanced schedule of WFH and in-office hours. My availability reflects days that I am either off-work or can be flexible and WFH. You have a guarantee that I will be able to provide plenty of attention, potty breaks, and playtime throughout listed days. I have a non-fenced 800 sq-ft townhouse on a pet-friendly shared lot. Care in home (both in my home and your's) is negotiable and based on your preferences! In my home, your pet will be allowed on furniture and will be supervised during potty breaks outside. Please specify any crating preferences. (You will need to bring their crate and supplies with you.) I have a small, 13 y-o chihuahua mix who does well with other pups and may be in the home at the same time, if not with his spare humans! Potty breaks throughout the day. Walks usually occur in the afternoon unless otherwise specified.
“I've recently relocated to Seattle for work, and while waiting for my residence to become available, I needed assistance with watching my dog, Fat Boi, during business hours. I connected with Keith, and he's been such a great help! Fat Boi is shy and very attached to me, he's prone to getting a little depressed when we aren't together, but Keith helps to enrich his days and gives him some extra socialization. Fat Boi gets to people watch out from the balcony, and go on walks to see the water, and enjoys some great snacks while hanging out with Keith! I'm grateful that he's been there to look after Fat Boi and give him attention while I'm at work. I'm a long way from home, and so is Fat Boi, and it's one less source of stress in this huge transition to have the peace of mind that my little fuzzy guy is being thoughtfully taken care of until we are reunited at the end of the day.”

“Erika was amazing with our girls! As a helicopter puppy parent, she was fabulous about sending lots of pictures and videos while I was at work to get me through the day. We will definitely see Erika again soon, they had so much fun!”

About: Going to give them all the love and care ❤️ like I do for my own pup, I have a frenchie as well who gets along with other dogs so there is a play buddy. Can handle 2 dogs, and they are welcome to be couch potatoes with my dog.😊 Due to us staying in an apartment I cannot accept big dogs at the moment. In my daily routine as a Rover sitter with a hybrid work schedule, I prioritize the well-being of the pets under my care at all times. Mornings typically involve feeding, walks, and playtime to ensure the pets start their day on a positive note. During my hybrid work hours, I make arrangements to guarantee the pets' needs are met, whether it's through midday check-ins, the presence of a trusted individual, or independence if they're comfortable being alone. Post work, I dedicate quality time for additional walks, feeding, and companionship. On days when I work from home, I seamlessly integrate pet care into my work schedule, providing them the attention they deserve throughout the day. Weekends are dedicated to extended and leisurely activities with the pets, ensuring they receive ample love and care. I am committed to maintaining a flexible schedule, accommodating last-minute bookings, and addressing any specific requirements or considerations for the well-being of the pets in my care. I live in an apartment so it's very safe. The area we live in is also extremely safe and makes for very pleasant walks. 😊 I have left our dog in daycares before only for him to come back with one problem or the other, so I understand the concern pet parents can have. I will love your pup as my own.

Samuel is a border collie fan and that is why I booked him on Rover. He definitely knows dogs and how to make them feel comfortable. Kona did not want to leave the car for doggy care.......but afterwards, she was happy and contented according to the pictures that Samuel sent me. I would contact Samuel again if I had another opportunity to go to Seattle and sight see. Thanks, Samuel.
Joline took wonderful care of Oogie over July 27–29 and made it possible for me to fully focus on what I needed to do during those long days. I’m so glad Oogie and Filson get along and were able to spend time together. Joline is thoughtful, caring, friendly, and incredibly attentive. When I picked Oogie up on the third day, she even sent him home with a couple of toys he had taken a liking to, which was such a sweet gesture. I’m genuinely grateful to have met her and deeply appreciate the care she gives Oogie.

Ro has been great with Widget - he can take awhile to warm up to people, but after just the first daycare with her, he ran directly to her and has been reluctant to leave! He's tired and happy after playing with her pups and going for walks. Highly recommend Ro!

Andy was great! He met us beaucoup early in the AM on a weekend to come and pick our puppy up from a hotel where we were catching a tour bus. He then sent copious videos for our perusal throughout the day, so we could see our puppers having as much fun as we were having on tour. Andy was very accommodating and communicative about both pickup and drop-off times too — highly recommend!

Matt was a very wonderful dog sitter. We needed doggy daycare while on vacation, and Matt was able to accommodate us and enjoyed having sick and sick. Enjoyed his day at Matts. He was very convenient to where we are staying and we will definitely use him again in the future. Thank you, Matt.

Having Annie watch my new puppy Enzo could not have gone any better. She is so sweet to Enzo, extremely responsive and professional and simply a joy to interact with. She was quick to reply to my somewhat last minute to have her watch Enzo. Annie was the first new human for Enzo to meet since getting him and it was clear by the many, many photos she sent me that he felt happy and relaxed and she could not have made me feel more comfortable knowing he was well taken care of
