“Our Australian Shepard had several health issues as an older dog. Lauren was always so kind and gentle. Cataracts, weak legs, medications, and special diets would deter most pet sitters, but Lauren was always compassionate, loving, and attentive to all his special needs. Our little guy got lots of walks, belly rubs, playtime, and kisses. We never had a worry about our pet and she kept us informed on his daily progress. For overnight stays, she was a great companion for our fur baby and was a very responsible house sitter as well. (Watered indoor/outdoor plants, brought in mail/packages, and so much more) She has such a big heart for all canines, and it shows in her pet ownership journey of fostering and adoptions. Lauren has our full support and highest recommendation for pet caregiving.”

About: I have cared for several cats and dogs from kittens and puppies to seniors. I attended obedience training years ago with our dog and learned many skills. I am retired and have a lot of time to devote towards your pets, be it on walks, potty breaks or playing with toys in the house. I really enjoy dogs & cats as they are great company. Our 2 cats are indoor only and get plenty of attention through play daily. Play is an important part in owning a pet as is attention. Our pets are part of our family. I will make sure to secure your home and keep your pets safe.

“Elizabeth and I have been friends for a long time, and for most of our friendship she had a lovely senior dog named Lady. Lady unfortunately passed almost 2 years ago, but I saw them together for many years. She prioritized Lady above all else, making sure to be home on time every day to feed and walk her. Lady was also a dog-aggressive dog and had a few different homes before she came to Elizabeth, but she was committed to giving her the best life she could and end the streak of rehoming. Elizabeth was always very sweet and empathetic towards Lady, and even in her last year of life started going to the gym just so that she could help pick Lady up when her legs would give out. She is a wonderful person and an animal lover, I think she would do a phenomenal job with any dogs she had in her care.”

“Chris and Marcia came through in a pinch for us when our previous dog sitter was suddenly hospitalized while we were away for 2 weeks. It was SUCH a relief to have them staying with our dog Maisey. We got regular updates and could rest easy knowing she was getting walks and food and company, but most of they were so helpful in giving her medication and keeping us posted about associated side effects and behavior changes so we could address them with her vet. They were also very kind and left our house super clean! Cannot thank you two enough!”
