“Timothy was great! We found him communicative, punctual, and polite. We appreciated the pictures of our pets while we were away and his flexibility made our trip more relaxed. Thanks!”

“Joyce & Ilah have house sat & cared for our two dogs several times now and is always wonderful. She's so nice to communicate with, is very tidy and gives us great peace of mind while traveling. We highly recommend her!”

“Ellie helped me out tremendously when I contacted her just a half a week before I had to leave town for a work trip. She managed my 12 year old dog and 6mo. old large breed pup with grace and ease. I appreciated her daily check ins and pictures, and it was a relief to find someone trustworthy to stay in my home. Will definitely reach back out to Ellie with future booking requests!”

“Grant was absolutely wonderful with our high maintenance, reactive Frenchie Fudge, who has medical and behavioral needs. He was super patient, detail oriented, and loving with Fudge. It was such a relief having him in such good hands. And he left our home spotless! I recommend Grant without hesitation and we'd love to have him sit again.”

“Jenae stayed with Iris while we were out of town and we had a great experience! She was super responsive and communicative and flexible when Iris last minute needed to be give some medications while we were gone. Would book again!”

“Madison is a gem! Professional, trustworthy, and a true protector for our dogs. She communicated beautifully throughout the week and handled everything with grace. Chacha and Khai were so well-cared for—we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!”

“Christina did a great job watching my Charley for a few weeks! My cat needs someone around a lot, and it's clear from her mood when I returned that Christina spent a lot of time playing and cuddling with her. Christina also made sure the house was tidy when I returned and communicated with me regularly about how Charley was doing.”

“Cessily is amazing! Our dog can be challenging but we were actually able to relax while we were away because it was so obvious that she was in good hands. Cessily was excellent at communicating with us during the trip and her patience with our dog’s quirks was really appreciated. We can’t wait to have another reason to ask her to stay with our dog!”

“Law was great and we really appreciated him staying with our dog. Our pup is very reactive around other animals and can be a challenge, so when we look for someone to watch him, it can be a little stressful. Law gave consistent updates and feedback, so that made us more relaxed when we were gone. We will be booking him again.”

“Yasiel was prompt and responsive when booking. We set up a meet and greet and he also stopped by again one more time before I left to make sure the pets were comfortable with him. My dog Oakley loved him and I think had a good time. He did great with the pets and left the place clean. I also received multiple pictures a day which was great.”

“Madeline is great! Our dog loves her. She provides us with lots of updates and sends us plenty of photos. It put us at ease. She took excellent care of our home and our dog. They went on lots of walks. This was our first time using a Rover house sitter, so we were a little nervous and not quite sure what to expect. All went smoothly, and we will definitely use her again. I appreciate her great communication with me throughout the stay. Thanks, Madeline!”

“Tim was incredible with our dog Pepper! I completely recommend him either no reservations at all. He took such great care of her—she was safe and healthy and also got a lot of exercise and had so much fun. He gave thorough updates everyday with beautiful pictures. This was our first rover experience, and Tim’s care set our minds at ease. Thank you!”

“Sarah is absolutely amazing! Great communication, so sweet and caring with Charlie, and left our home spotless. She kept us updated with lots of pics throughout the weekend. Would recommend her in a heartbeat! Thanks again, Sarah!!”

“Thank you so much! Rachael spent three nights with our terrier and was so sweet taking care of him and chilling with him (he’s 12). Definitely would love to work together again!”

“Hunter saved us from a great deal of stress when we had to extend our trip due to flight cancellations. He helped us fill in the days he couldn’t cover and sent us photos daily of our pups. They were well cared for and loved. We are very grateful! He also left our house very clean.”

“Lucas was an amazing housesitter/dog sitter! This was our first foray into house-sitting, and Lucas has sold us on this for sure! Our dogs (who can be a handful) loved him, and we got daily updates. I can't recommend him enough!!”

“Gillian has been a wonderful pet sitter for my pup and kitty. She graciously dealt with a bout of stomach woes from my dog which required a vet visit and intensive clean- up. I appreciated her keeping me informed and her competence allowed me to relax and continue to enjoy my vacation. Thanks Gillian!”

“Alexa was absolutely wonderful with our two rescue dogs, Lacey and Joyce! Our dogs can be a bit reactive and skittish, but Alexa was amazing with them and they warmed up to her so quickly! Now they love her :) Alexa was very accommodating, communicative, and attentive.”

Roxhill pet parents share their Rover experiences
Melissa was fantastic with my boys and I really appreciated her communication. Charles is diabetic and she handled his BG testing and insulin shots wonderfully. Mancy demands a lot of TLC, and Melissa delivered. I came back to a clean home and healthy kitties — I already have another visit booked!

If we could leave a higher review we would - Nikolaj has house sat for us twice. Each time he was stellar with communication and pet sitting. What’s even more impressive is that our oldest dog, doesn’t give kisses to just anyone -the exception being Nikolaj, which means he has the “seal” of approval. Our house is always well looked after and we are confident in Nikolaj ability to watch our dogs!

Katie is highly communicative, friendly and we felt so good on our vacation knowing our pets were in good hands. This was our first time leaving our puppy behind, and Katie provided lots of updates and continued his training while we were gone! Our cat also fell in love with her, and we could tell he was feeling so relaxed in our absence.

Brendan has quickly become our go-to dog sitter for our three pups. We travel frequently and had difficulty finding someone to take on our large group. Wrangling three dogs is no easy task and Brendan does it all with true care and attention to our requested detail. We have used him for long and short trips. On all occasions, we have returned to a relaxed trio - not anxious, well fed and perfectly tired from all the engagement (walks, ball throws, cuddles). The cherry on top is Brendan’s care for our home when he stays. He tidies the common areas, runs the dishwasher and washes our bedding before we come home. He even helped fix our espresso machine! Truly a thoughtful caretaker. Whiskey, Brisket and Tacho appreciate you!
