They welcomed the guidance I gave them on how to handle Zoie and followed them diligently. When I picked her up, she actually wanted to go back to their house lol. Zoie is such a happy camper when she’s with Daisha and Tam as she gets lots of playtime and tender loving care. I have booked another onboarding with them for a week next month! “Laila, fit us in at the last minute and was absolutely wonderful! My chihuahua is a bit much for a lot of people and he has a very strong bond to me. He liked Laila right away and I was able to leave him with a peaceful heart. She sent me so many pictures and videos that I never had to wonder if he was being cared for and happy. She showed me without me ever having to ask. I have never picked him up from a sitter when he did not run to me and jump in the car ready to go home. But, when Laila brought him outside to go home he wanted to go on their usual walk and was genuinely sad to leave. 11 out of ten! He is so calm and happy I’m so glad Laila was able to watch him for me this weekend!”

“Leah and Leio (and their kids) were so loving towards Luca and went out of their way to treat him like family during his stay :) We received updates and photos often, which we loved! When I mentioned that Luca likes to look out windows during the day, they made efforts to ensure that he could do just that at their house :) Another thing I appreciated was how much info they asked upfront in our meet and greet in order to meet all of Luca’s needs and understand the manners/rules he follows when he’s at home (e.g. no table food, sitting & waiting before taking his food). This was very considerate and showed a lot of respect for Luca’s norms :) Luca got lots of love, lots of walks, and lots of space to roam during his stay! We would bring Luca back to stay with them in a heartbeat! If you’re looking for a family that will love your dog like their own and do everything they can to make your pup at home while you’re away, Leah and Leio will be the right fit for you.”

“While this 5 star review may read as alarming, we were in fact very pleased with Christopher and his response. We had a good meet and greet with Christopher and his dogs, our dogs played together and our dog Demi explored his yard area which we examined. Unfortunately when boarding her we learned something critical about Demi, the discovery process for which was very stressful for everyone involved. Our dog turns out to be able to jump to the top of a 6 foot wooden fence and walk along the top. We know this because Christopher was supervising and saw it happen. After she jumped down to the other side, he sprung into action. He was then able to corral her into another neighbor's front yard and called us as Demi was avoiding his attempts to recapture. We drove over and quickly located Christopher and the neighbors he had recruited and collected Demi who was happy and healthy. While Demi temporarily escaping to the neighborhood was shocking, Christopher's actions leading up to that were in line with our expectations and his actions in response were commendable.”

We double and triple checked Alora wasnt going to need a vet visit, and Kirsten kindly accommodated a slightly later dropoff & some fasting + bland food requests the next day from the vet. That's thankfully as complicated as it got and Alora's stay was uneventful, but Kirsten kept this pet parent happy that Alora was in good hands and I was across the country for a few days 🙂 can't thank her enough.”

Jennifer was very proactive about contacting me to let me know what was going on and sending pictures. My sister in-law ended up picking up my dog to take her to the vet and was able to work with Jennifer to arrange a pick up time. Since our time was cut short Jennifer was also proactive about helping me get a refund for the partial stay. Jennifer went above and beyond what I expected and I am very grateful!
