I work mostly from home and have a flexible schedule to give your pet the dedicated time they need. I work from 8am to 4pm but am able to care for your dog during the day if you live near by. About: Hello! I have been dog and cat sitting for at least 20 years and have several active clients in Seattle currently. I have previously worked for a dog walking and sitting business in Maryland. I have cared for puppies from 6 months through to senior, special needs pups. While no one enjoys it, I am comfortable giving pills, injections, and other medications to both cats and dogs. In my dog walking business I have walked up to four pups at the same time. I love to go on long walks, even in the rain and wind, and can throw a ball for hours! I will take care of your home and your pup with the utmost respect and love. I am a home owner with two kitties and a toddler. We are working on getting them all comfortable with dogs but for the time being we can only subject them to guests for 4 days in a row max (or they may never forgive us). While I haven't found the perfect pup for my life yet, I am very excited to be able to share my house with dogs of all ages for short stints while I'm searching. I work from home and can let pups out to go to the bathroom as needed. I love a lunch walk to get me ready for the afternoon. I have a fenced yard and a patch of grass for regular bathroom breaks. I've raised two dogs through basic obedience to adulthood, one with a class, and one largely on my own. I am personally a big believer in the methods described in The Art of Raising a Puppy, because I have had excellent results with their techniques, but will of course prioritize whatever approach is preferred by owners. I am happy to help reinforce any basic obedience your dog may be working on, as well as senior dogs. I am comfortable with a wide range of dog breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Highly reactive dogs are not my favorite, but "highly reactive" can be subjective, so I will consider such dogs on a case by case basis. I am happy to work with dogs of varying activity levels, but extremely high-activity dogs will also be considered on a case-by-case basis. I am currently working from home and am available for dropoff in-home daycare most weekdays and dog boarding (including weekends). My schedule for my dog was three walks a day (morning, afternoon/dinnertime, bedtime) so that is what I'm used to, but I am happy to work with clients to discuss their routine and work with them to agree on an experience that fits their and their dog's needs. I currently have no other animals in my home, so your dog will get my full attention as needed. I don't have a fenced yard, but I am in a residential neighborhood with a good-sized park a block away. I am reasonably close to Seward Park and the Genesee dog park as well.

About: Hello! My speciality is taking your dog(s) for a good run/jog, and returning them happy and hungry, ready to conk out! At a pace tailored to their needs/abilities, I can handle any age/size and any energy level! I find that most dogs respond well to an energetic/playful pace, with minimal leash pressure/guidance, they want to GO. I always stay aware of where their attention is at, if they need a bathroom/scent marking break or a chance to investigate a good smell, or a panting breather (or if I do), I will of course cater to that! I Prefer 60 min sessions, 2.5-5 mile jogs depending on the dog's capability and neighborhood terrain. Comfortable with 1-3 dogs per run, it's easier if they are of similar pace, but I'm okay managing being pulled by the leader, don't worry, it won't transfer to dragging the slowpoke! 11 Years of experience, just new to this platform, curious how much it will help grow my customer base, what with a more open schedule this fall/winter. I know there are some Huskys, some Sheepherders,Mountain dogs and some Malinois that are dying to join me! I find these guys endurance carries further than the pure speed of the sprinter dogs, but of course all are welcome in hand! Prices are set with the jogging+ pace in mind, if just looking for a true Walking pace(usually for the elderly canines), I'm open to offering a lower walking rate. My schedule is fairly open at the current point in time, only a few credits worth of classes and recreational sports, otherwise if within a reasonable distance I should be available most days/evenings I do not offer boarding, my lease is a no pet lease, but in terms of dropping in to a client's home, I have pride in upkeeping the utmost integrity, and basically act as if under constant surveilance at all times, mainly by my own conscience, but likely by home security as well. I have nothing to hide in my behavior.

I spent a lot of time with my cousin being a breeder taking her dogs to shows, I have learned how to take care of dogs and how to approach the ones that can be a handful at times. I work a full time Monday- friday job but on my lunches I can stop by for check ins and walks and after work as well. Weekends are always open too. If doing check ins I can clean up any accidents and make sure they are fed and have water(depending on feeding schedules) and I always have local parks and routes pre planned for a good walk

About: We’ve had dogs as small as a Maltese to as large as a Rottweiler. We’ve had dogs from puppies and have rescued dogs. I also used to volunteer at the local dog shelter as a dog walker. We recently said goodbye to our family dog of 10 years. We love being around pets, but are not ready to have our own yet. We have watched many of our friends dogs and treat them as our own! One of us is home with 2 children every day of the week. If we are pet sitting, we mostly hang around home. We would fit in walks and outside time. “Ashley took awesome care of and provided a calm, happy environment for my animal-reactive senior pittie while also rolling with my dog's developing medical/prescription needs in the leadup to her stay. Lots of updates and snuggle photos let me know my girl was well loved while I was gone for the week. “Mahlan was a great sitter for my dog, Raya. Consistently sent photos and videos of her, and also keeping me updated with her daily activities. Raya can be a little challenging at times, but I definitely felt comfortable that Mahlan would be able to handle her. She also looked like she had a blast with Nunu, especially since we were able to set up a meet and greet beforehand. Would book again in the future👍🏽”

“Alora gave me a scare and stole chicken bones from the trash right before we were going to drop her off with Kirsten! We double and triple checked Alora wasnt going to need a vet visit, and Kirsten kindly accommodated a slightly later dropoff & some fasting + bland food requests the next day from the vet. That's thankfully as complicated as it got and Alora's stay was uneventful, but Kirsten kept this pet parent happy that Alora was in good hands and I was across the country for a few days 🙂 can't thank her enough.”
