“Thank you for taking excellent care of Plum!! It was a big help knowing she was in great hands with people who care about her. She’s looking forward to returning! Thank you!”

“This was my first time having my pup stay with strangers and I’m so pleased that I chose Maria & Kalyan to watch her for the day! They were quick to respond and set up a meet & greet the day before I wanted to book. I appreciate the opportunity to see if my dog got along with theirs. Throughout the day, Maria & Kalyan sent plenty of updates, pictures, and videos to let me know how Luna was settling in. Thank you for treating her like your own and Luna opened up because of how patient, gentle, and kind they were to her. Thank you and I will definitely reach out again in the near future! ☺️”

“Molly was great! We got plenty of updates and pictures throughout the day. One of our boys is slow to warm up and can be grumbly/barky with new people and she was very patient with him and both dogs seemed to have a great time!”

“Jennifer was wonderful with our pup once again! She was especially kind and patient with our senior dog, Cooper, and made sure he was comfortable and cared for the whole time. We felt completely at ease knowing Coops was in such good hands. We’ve already booked with her again and will happily continue to do so! Thank you, Jennifer!”

“Martha took great care of Farrah! She sent pictures, videos, and updates throughout the stay which is so appreciated for an anxious dog mom like myself. Will definitely bring her back to Martha next time we travel.”
“Maria took exceptional care of my beloved Cairn Terrier companion Stella, providing a warm environment full of affection and attention. The prowess of her demeanor and skill reflected clearly in Stella's state of mind and body; full of life, and happy to the core. Maria is tactful and responsible, the absolute best choice for trusting someone with your pet and I'm delighted to say that my pet enjoyed a wonderful stay in a place in tune with nature and light, allowing me the peace of mind I needed while I was away. She is particularly aware of communication and timely updates, sharing photos and videos and being naturally friendly and really easy to talk to, offering an impeccable working dynamic and ensuring a successful experience. I am particularly grateful for having been able to see Stella play with such enthusiasm and energy, making me reflect on the importance of a positive surrounding and how essential it is for the enlightenment and protection of the human and canine spirits.”

“Laila was responsive, sent videos and pictures, and was super kind and friendly to our pup Miyagi. She was also very accommodating when our flight back was canceled and our dog had to stay with her longer than we originally planned. She was great with him and we would absolutely reach out to her again to watch our dog.”

“Meredith is super sweet! Her and her dog Edgar made sure my dog Scrappy was comfortable. My baby had a blast playing with Edgar and cuddling with Meredith! She is a great communicator and would send me pictures! I will definitely be leaving scrappy with them again!”

“Colleen and her husband were perfect. It’s clear they understand dogs and know how to make them feel comfortable. Odin enjoyed our initial visit, and when we came back two months later for the drop off it was clear he was excited and happy to be there. We will absolutely ask them to watch Odin again.”

“It’s Zoie’s first time to sleep over for 2 nights and Daisha and Tam did a fantastic job of taking good care of my pup. They welcomed the guidance I gave them on how to handle Zoie and followed them diligently. When I picked her up, she actually wanted to go back to their house lol. Zoie didn’t miss me at all which is a good thing, that means that she had a great time with them. Zoie is such a happy camper when she’s with Daisha and Tam as she gets lots of playtime and tender loving care. I have booked another onboarding with them for a week next month! Thanks Daisha and Tam for treating Zoie like your own dog.”

“Malvika and her family were absolutely amazing. This was without a doubt the best rover experience myself and my dog have had. She was very accommodating, responsive, and sent many pictures. My dog is very clearly missing her and her family. Could not recommend highly enough!!!”

“It was our first time ever boarding our dog. Kirsten and her family were spectacular! From the first time we met her and Bear (her dog) we knew we had made the perfect choice. She sent pictures and updates throughout our vacation and our dog was so happy and made lots of new friends. Leaving Bodhi with them gave us such peace of mind. We are using them again at the end of July.”

“I would recommend L&L to anyone looking to get care for their beloved! Excellent communicators! So great with my doggo! Super accommodating and easy to work with! Can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“I cannot recommend Rachael highly enough! It's clear she has a genuine love for dogs. She took the time to get to know my dog, Bruno, and made sure to follow my routines and preferences for care. Rachael provided plenty of playtime, walks, and cuddles, all while ensuring Bruno felt comfortable and happy. I returned to a happy, well-cared-for dog. If you're looking for a trustworthy, caring, and fun dog sitter, look no further! I’m so grateful for her services and will definitely be using her again in the future!"”

“Sarah did a great job with Hazel! She sent daily photos to let me know what they were up to and how Hazel was doing. Hazel had a great time, and I felt at ease knowing she was being well cared for. I would definitely work with Sarah again!”

“We gotta say, we’ve had rover sitters before (some good, some not so good) but Gregg by far has exceeded all of our expectations. We asked him beforehand if he was okay with one of our reactive and pulley dogs, and he said he was. We set up a meet and greet before booking and both our dogs took to Gregg immediately. He just had such a kind, warm demeanor to him, and although we had other meet and greets scheduled throughout the week, no one even came close to Gregg. The booking itself was exactly what we thought it would be — amazing. Gregg was very communicative, with constant updates/photos/videos throughout the day, was very attentive towards both of our dogs needs, kept them engaged throughout their stay, followed all instructions on feeding/walking times, and even kept a close eye on one of our dogs paw chewing. When we came to pick them up, it was very clear they had a blast with Gregg, and even bonded with him as well!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and because of that, we are just so grateful to have found him!!! He is going to be our go-to sitter going forward, and we know our dogs can’t wait for their next adventure with Gregg!!!”

“We're so happy Mimi has a comfortable place to stay with people who enjoy her company. She's a shy dog, so it's great that she was able to settle in cuddle with new people. Many thanks!”

“Anhelina is the best cat sitter! She’s watched my cat, Simon, three times now, and every experience has been amazing. She sends me daily photo updates, is always quick to respond, and truly cares about Simon’s well-being. I always feel completely at ease knowing he’s in her care. I can’t recommend her enough!”

About: Hi! I am Ro! I take my pet's care very seriously and that is how I will be providing care for yours. I have experience taking care of litter of puppies, brachiocephalic breeds, special needs dogs and high energy breeds. My spouse and I have 3 dogs and 3 cats. Our french bulldog has a megasophagus and my GSD have had surgeries, so we have experience taking care of pets intensively for a while. My cats have been raised with dogs around and are calm towards dogs. I have a German Shepherd, a Brittany and a French Bulldog, all very friendly and playful. We have a big and a small fenced yard and plenty of toys. A day for your dog in my house would consist of plenty of potty breaks, supervised yard time/play time, time alone with me relaxing, lick mats, puzzles, a daily walk, and play time with my dogs (if the owner allows interaction and they get along). I run a tight ship, so my dogs and your dogs will be just fine coexisting together or I can also provide care without my pets around. We are long time Rover users, so we will definitely treat your dogs as we would like our pets to be taken care of. Please let me know any food allergies. *At this time, I am only boarding 1 (2 if they are family) pet at a time to provide everyone a quality care and alone time. I work from home and I am able to take several breaks for potty breaks, feeding the dogs or supervised play time with my dogs or separated. All of my dogs are crate trained. I have a big and a small yard which would work to keep your pets and my pets seperate at all times, if needed. I can provide good care for dogs who don't do well with other dogs around as well.
“Tamar has quickly become our go-to sitter! Lily obviously had a blast (as I saw by the pix Tamar sent during the evening) and came back the next day a happily tired out pooch! My schedule isn't always the most predictable but Tamar goes out of her way to make things work in terms of dropoff, pickup, etc - and Amy was wonderful with Lily as well.”

“Maura was fantastic! She was very communicative and I really appreciated her flexibility when my travel plans changed last minute. My cat can get lonely and anxious when I'm gone and she was in such good spirits when I returned. Maura's visits made Juniper feel comfortable and cared for and it was wonderful to know she was in good hands while I was gone. I would definitely recommend Maura!”

“Eric’s been checking on my trio of kitties for many months now, and they continue to warm up to him more than any other human who visits! I love the peace of mind he gives whenever I travel, and when I return home the cats are in great spirits.”

“I trusted Sarah totally to make sure my cats were safe, well fed, and happy. Takes the worry out of leaving home. Her daily contact and pictures always reassured me.”

“Jasmine went above and beyond! Short notice, late at night, multiple medications for my cat. She's amazing. I can only hope she'll come back. She was so good to our pets and it was such a relief to know our pets were safe in good hands. Best pet sitter in the South Seattle/Renton area! Look at all her repeat clients (soon to be me too!) Jasmine we are so grateful for you, thank you so much.”

“Florence has established a great connection with our shy/quiet boy. Love to know he is in good hands with her calming presence. He looks forward to snuggles with her. Definitely recommend!”

“Tim has been fantastic with Sofie! He’s great at communicating and sending updates during his drop‑ins. The photos he sends of her looking calm and happy show how much she enjoys spending time with him.”

“Francheska was proacative to set up a meet and greet. She was punctual on the day of service and took lots of photos while caring for my pet. I would recommend her in the future and will reach out next time I need help!”

About: I've loved and cared for dogs for 20+ years — and it's the senior and high-needs ones that have shaped me most as a caretaker. I've worked professionally as a dog walker and sitter, volunteered on a farm tending to sheep, pigs, and cows, and have logged years of animal care across a wide variety of contexts. My focus and true passion is senior and high-needs dogs. I currently care for Momo, my 11-year-old mini poodle rescue, who requires daily medication, mobility support, and consistent patience with separation anxiety rooted in past trauma. I'm fully comfortable managing medication schedules, specialized diets, and the kind of attentive, adaptive care that older or more complex dogs require. I also guided my previous dog, an Old English Sheepdog, through her full senior journey — including dementia-informed reactivity, significant mobility challenges, and all the nuanced day-to-day care that came with loving a big dog through her final chapter. I share my home with two poodles: Momo, and Stormy — a big, friendly 7-year-old standard who loves meeting new dogs and is equally happy to give them space if that's what they need. Stormy splits his time between my home and family nearby, so his presence varies by stay. I now work from home in a different field, and pet care is my way of staying connected to the animals I love. Your dog gets calm, present, unhurried attention from someone who is genuinely home — and genuinely invested. Senior dogs, anxious dogs, and dogs who need a little extra are especially welcome here! I work from home the majority of the week, so I'm present and available throughout most days. I'm typically in office one to two days a week — usually Wednesdays and/or Thursdays — for roughly 8 hours. Outside of those days, I'm home and attentive during business hours and fully available on evenings and weekends. I have a fully fenced yard, a one-story layout with no stairs to navigate — especially important for senior or mobility-limited dogs — and gate separation available so visiting dogs can be in the mix while still having their own space. Crates are available if needed. I keep pet cameras throughout the home so I can monitor remotely on the rare occasion I'm out. All dogs have dedicated feeding stations and I'm happy to accommodate varying meal times and dietary needs. Animal CPR documentation is posted in the home, an emergency vet is less than a mile away, and I have reliable transportation should anything come up.
“Lisa was absolutely fantastic with my cat! She was kind enough to clean up after him when he got sick and was very communicative with me while I was away! I would highly recommend Lisa!”

“This is my second time booking Deanna to do twice daily drop in visits for my cat, Nala. She is WONDERFUL. Deanna is attentive and communicative, and she is so extremely kind and gentle with my girl. 10/10 recommend booking with Deanna!!”

“Chris did a wonderful job with our senior kitties, particularly our very scared one who warmed up to them almost immediately! We had a really negative past pet sitter experience years ago and haven't traveled since then, and they set our minds at ease with the meet and greet and were warm and communicative throughout the time we were gone. We'll absolutely book with them again in the future!”

“Alexis is a fantastic cat sitter! She was even able to get our super shy cat out of hiding a few times which most cat sitters are unable to do, especially the first time they watch him. She clearly has a passion for animals so I knew our cat was in great hands while we were gone. We will definitely book Alexis again - she was an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you, Alexis! 😸”

About: We recently said goodbye to our senior, special needs dog, and while we are not quite ready to welcome a new dog of our own, we would love to care for and spoil yours in the meantime. Dog walking and drop-in visits feel like a meaningful way for us to share the love, patience, and experience we gained from caring for an older pup with unique needs. We live in a townhouse without a yard, but we make up for it with lots of attentive care, regular potty breaks, and daily walks. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays, which allows me to be especially present, flexible, and responsive to your dog’s needs. We are also located near several walking trails, perfect for dogs who enjoy getting outside for sniffing, exploring, and gentle exercise. Our home is calm, safe, and best suited for dogs who are comfortable living with cats, as we do have feline companions. We are happy to follow your routines closely, including feeding schedules, medication, mobility support, or any special instructions that help your dog feel secure and at home. We understand how important trust is when leaving your dog with someone else, especially if they need extra care or reassurance. Our goal is to provide a loving, low stress environment where your dog is treated like family while you are away. For your awareness: our profile still says we have a dog at home. Unfortunately, we do not. He passed away recently and I haven't been able to remove his profile yet 😪 I am available during the work week for walking and drop-ins until 8/24/26. Weekends are on a case-by-case basis. Please contact me and we might be able to work something out for weekend services. I will be attentive to your pet's needs and follow your instructions thoroughly. If any issues arise, I will communicate with you promptly or as directed by your instructions.

“This is my second time having my Luna stay at Maria & Kalyan’s place and under their care. I am so appreciative of how communicative they are leading up to the visit, during the visit, and after. I always know that Luna is in good hands. Thank you for being gentle and caring towards her and I look forward to having her become more & more confident staying in your home!”

“Fast and great communication. This was the first time I ever dropped my dog off at a whole day doggy care. My dog is very much attached to me, so I was worried how he’d act. Eric did a great job keeping me informed throughout the day with pictures and quick updates. I will definitely be using his service on a regular basis!”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8, from newborn puppies to senior dogs with special needs. I love playing fetch, cuddling on the couch for quiet time as well as running around together in the terraced backyard. If you’re looking for a mini summer camp for your pup, no matter their size or age, you’ve found the right place! I work from home as an artist with 2 small dogs that love meeting new friends! I’m home Monday- Friday and several weekends each month. I also have a separate living room for your cat where it will have the run of the place without other pets. I don’t have children, I have dogs. They sleep in the bedroom and I take them everywhere; camping, roadtrips, and I’ve even taken them abroad with me for vacation!

“Elle is an amazing doggy day care provider! I am so happy to have found her. Elle provides a very happy place for my dog to play and hang out with doggy friends. She observant about each dog's personality and needs. After only keeping Arlo twice, she noticed things about his personality and expressions that even my family members have never noticed (but I had). I know she will take good care of my dog because she really cares about him.”

“Tu was absolutely fantastic with my girl Reggie. After drop off she sent me an update to let me know how she was adjusting to a new place and throughout the day I got pics of my bestie having her new adventure. Would 100% book again!!”

“We dropped Eddie with Tamar for a few hours on Saturday and again on Sunday, while my daughter played in a soccer tournament at Starfire. It was so convenient! I knew that Eddie was having fun, while I could focus on watching her games without having to wrangle him or leave him at home alone. As always, Tamar (& Amy) were caring, gracious and communicative. Eddie was happy and calm when we picked him up! Win-Win!”

“They were excellent hosts, clearly our lil guy had such a nice time with them, I’ll definitely reach out to them if I were in town again, and need someone to take care of Olaf! The entire family engaged with Olaf and kept him company, can’t recommend them enough!”

“Rachael was great! Sadie can be a little shy and nervous at first but she warmed up quickly to Rachael. We loved that she got a trip to the dog park too! Rachael had great communication and sent us some videos of Sadie playing.”

“From the very first day, Maria has been so attentive and enthusiastic. Pickles is always ecstatic to see here. We also appreciate the framed photo of Pickles while he is still a puppy. Thank you Maria!”

“Chris has been absolutely amazing. I just moved from across the country with one of my three dogs, and he has been having a hard time adjusting to apartment life (aka screaming his head off). After I got an email from my property manager after my first day of work I was frantically looking for a sitter for the next day. Chris was not only able to accommodate Casper the following day after my request, but also last minute on a weekend for an event I was hosting. I cannot thank Chris enough for his help and for putting up with some of Casper’s antics.”

“Such a wonderful feeling when you finally found a great sitter for your pup! Zoie has never been this happy being away from me! It only goes to show that Daisha and Tam did a fabulous job of caring for and treating my pup like their own. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommended.”

“Tim has been really great with my dogs. They get so excited to see him when he arrives. Its been a great help as I recover from an injury to know they are in good hands with their afternoon walk. He has also been very flexible with the schedule and adjusted a walk time as my schedule changed. My dogs are 90 and 70 lbs and he has had no issues with them.”

About: I’ve been a mom to small dogs most my adult life. I currently have a chill 7 lb shih tzu mix that would love company on our two daily walks. I work part-time and am never away for more than 5 hours. (Often my college age son is home when I’m out) I’ve taken care of very young pups as well as older dogs requiring medications and special diets. I’m responsible and loving, doing my best to keep pups content while their people are away. I’m communicative and responsive and provide daily pupdates. I work three days a week for no more than 5 hours, so I’m home a lot. I have a 5 year-old shih tzu mix that I walk twice a day so I have a good routine established. My college age son lives with me and is super helpful and responsible. Generally if I’m out, he’s home to give extra potty breaks and belly rubs. My back yard is quite big and securely fenced-lots of room for sniffing! My house is cozy and comfortable-I’m happy to have pups on my lap on the couch and in my bed for the night.
“Amy was so accommodating about not having updated my address and being so flexible about going to the correct one same day notice! It’s also tricky to get into my building but she was able to do so flawlessly! Thank you Amy!”

“Carrianne was amazing! Very accommodating to an address mix up which I greatly appreciated and overall I think Aspen enjoyed himself very much. He came back with most of his energy out and he was ready for bed. I will definitely be booking her again in the future.”

“Mac is nothing short of amazing! My pup is nice and tired after their walks. He communicates with me fast. He is also really adaptable and picks up the dog when I am in meetings at home, quick and quiet, so I am not disturbed. Mac is the go-to reliable, steady dog walker.”

“Hannah was so friendly and went above and beyond for our pups. She was adaptable and great with our pups. Communication from her was detailed and direct. I would hire her again to take of our pups.”

About: **Pet Care Experience** I deeply care for dogs, cats, farm animals, reptiles, and amphibians, especially those who struggle with fear, anxiety, or past traumas. With 25 years of personal caregiving experience and 15 years of dedicated training in animal husbandry, I have devoted my life to understanding and nurturing all kinds of animals, whether they are beloved pets or cherished farm companions. My approach is rooted in modern, scientifically-proven training methods that prioritize positive reinforcement, gentle redirection, and fear-free handling. I am committed to building trust, confidence, and safety in every interaction, and I truly believe in meeting each animal where they are emotionally, honoring their unique pace and individual needs. Above all, my goal is to create a nurturing environment where every interaction is restorative, joyful, and filled with unconditional love and patience. I understand the journey of coming out of your shell, and I strive to provide a calm, safe space where animals can heal, trust, and ultimately thrive. I also have experience caring for senior pets, administering medications, and adapting my care to meet special needs. Whether your animal needs gentle reassurance or playful companionship, I am here to offer compassionate, personalized care that respects and supports their unique journey. Pet care is a significant part of my life, and I have set aside time in my schedule to provide attentive and compassionate care on weekends, Mondays, and Tuesdays. I am available Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. For an additional fee, I am also available to work on Wednesdays through Fridays starting after 9:00 a.m. I offer flexibility on weekends if extra care is needed, as well as overnight stays and holiday care upon request. By focusing my care on these specific days, I can give each animal my full attention, patience, and love, ensuring a positive and supportive experience every time we are together. Every pet deserves to feel safe, respected, and comfortable in their environment. Whether I'm caring for pets in my own home or in a client's home, I prioritize creating a calm, structured, and positive space tailored to each animal’s needs. In my home, pets enjoy enrichment activities such as lick mats, playtime, and plenty of cuddles throughout the day. I have a fully fenced backyard with 6+ foot tall fences for safe outdoor play and private areas where dogs can rest undisturbed if they need a break from other animals. Every animal is welcome on the couch for snuggles and is encouraged to feel at home. I utilize gentle, positive reinforcement and maintain clear, consistent routines to help pets feel secure. For animals with fear, anxiety, or a history of trauma, I prioritize slow introductions, patience, and fear-free handling to build trust at their own pace. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect their space and routines, ensuring that pets' surroundings remain familiar and stress-free. I follow instructions regarding feeding, medication, exercise, and behavior protocols closely, maintaining consistency and safety. I am also attentive to environmental safety—checking gates, securing leashes, and removing hazards—and I communicate regularly with pet parents to provide peace of mind. My goal is always to provide gentle, reliable care that fosters trust and confidence in both pets and their humans.
“We highly recommend Lexy. She is reliable, conscientious, and excellent at communication. She took the time to let our nervous dog become familiar with her. On the days he was too uptight to walk well, she read his cues and gave him other outlets for his energy like training sessions and playtime in our yard (we really appreciate this tailored care).”

“Meredith is super sweet! Her and her dog Edgar made sure my dog Scrappy was comfortable. My baby had a blast playing with Edgar and cuddling with Meredith! She is a great communicator and would send me pictures! I will definitely be leaving scrappy with them again!”

About: Hi!

“Alexis is a wonderful dog sitter!! She truly loves dogs and my dog Cooper immediately gravitated to her caring natures. She went above and beyond to make sure he was exceptionally well cared for. She sent regular updates with cute pictures and thoughtful observations that made me know she's was giving him lots of love and attention for the entire stay. I'll absolutely send Cooper to see her again soon!”

“Elise and James have boarded our girls twice now and we’ve booked them again for an upcoming trip. They take great care of them, send daily updates, and clearly love dogs. Couldn’t ask for better sitters!”

“Mahlan was great with Lucky! He kept me updated with Lucky throughout my whole trip with pics and vids. He made sure Lucky’s stay was comfortable and Lucky was fed! Lucky also had a great time with Nunu. He definitely will be back again!”

“I have worked with many dog sitters and in house boarding services and this has been so far the best experience. Vivian sent me many pictures of my boys relaxing and having a great time. My flight was delayed and the pick up time was delayed by an hour. She was very understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend her!!”

“Eric was fantastic! He was able to accommodate me last minute after our previous plans fell through, and then was able to keep my pup for a few extra days after our return flights were canceled multiple times. He provided daily updates and pictures and took great care of my pup. I will definitely be using him again in the future!”

“This was first boarding experience at sitters home for my pet and Kenny took real good care and made sure to provide updates almost everyday and also provided good insight into my dogs behavior especially with another dog. Kenny also made sure to go one step above and made sure to accommodate my last minute pickup and drop off changes. I definitely recommend Kenny !!”

“I am extremely happy with Jeremy's care of my dog Obee. Jeremy sent pictures every day and I could easily see Obee was having a great time, she was well cared for, and happy! Obee clearly enjoys being with Jeremy and I am definitely booking with Jeremy again.”

“She took care of Zeus like it was her's,and during a travel trip going through bad weather we were delayed on picking up Zeus so he had to stay a few more days, which Tu didn't have any problems with, she can keep Zeus anytime if we need her assistance again, Thanks Tu.”
