Cozy home with big fenced yard
I’ve been a mom to small dogs most my adult life. I currently have a chill 7 lb shih tzu mix that would love company on our two daily walks. I work part-time and am never away for more than 5 hours. (Often my college age son is home when I’m out) I’ve taken care of very young pups as well as older dogs requiring medications and special diets. I’m responsible and loving, doing my best to keep pups content while their people are away. I’m communicative and responsive and provide daily pupdates.

Great with communication and always reliable
Jennifer was great at taking care of our dog. We had a meet and greet to find fit. She was gentle and kind to our dog.
Jennifer took wonderful care of my two rescue Chi mixes who can be a little nervous and reactive. She took them for a walk and sent pictures of them cozied up during their stay. Our first overnight was a success! I also appreciated the care and attention she showed during our initial meet and greet. She is kind and patient and I feel comfortable leaving my beloved pups with her. They were happy to come home when she graciously brought them out to my car.

Having your pup stay with Jennifer is amazing. I really appreciated the meet and greet prior to setting up time with her. Then we booked a practice day before leaving her overnight for a long weekend. We have never left our dog with anyone before and we felt really comfortable she was in a cozy spot. There were little dog beds all over the living room and Jennifer said it was okay for her to sleep in her bed too. She sent some cute photos while we were gone. And the second time we came, our little one was happy to go in. Now we feel more flexibility to leave our dog while we take a trip in future!

I work three days a week for no more than 5 hours, so I’m home a lot. I have a 5 year-old shih tzu mix that I walk twice a day so I have a good routine established. My college age son lives with me and is super helpful and responsible. Generally if I’m out, he’s home to give extra potty breaks and belly rubs.

My back yard is quite big and securely fenced-lots of room for sniffing! My house is cozy and comfortable-I’m happy to have pups on my lap on the couch and in my bed for the night.

Mornings are leisurely at my house. After breakfast we have our morning walk around the neighborhood. There’s lots of time for play in the yard, snuggles and belly rubs until I may head out to work at 1:00. Home by 5:30, dogs get a potty break and after dinner another walk around the neighborhood. Evenings are generally for snuggling on the sofa and and watching a little tv. Dogs are welcome to sleep wherever they’re most comfortable.
