Our family has previously owned giant breed dogs and have other medium to large dog family members (sister’s and mom’s dogs). Looking for some family companionship until we’re ready to own again.

This was Reg’s second stay with Nichole and Andrew - to say he loved it is an understatement. Before we even got to their house, reg was excited and eager in the car because he knew where he was going. He ran right up the stairs and didn’t even bother to look back. I received unprompted updates and pics which lets me know they truly care about him. He’ll be back, that’s for sure!
Riley was very well taken care of by Nichole and Andrew and their kids. They gave daily updates, pictures, very communicative. Lots of walks and playtime. We would love for them to watch our dog again in the future.
Nichole and Andrew hosted Reg for the long weekend and I'm so happy he got to stay with them. Nichole and Andrew were great communicators, sending pics throughout the stay keeping me updated. When I picked up Reg, it was like he didn't want to leave! Reg will definitely be back to stay with Nichole and Andrew and their family!
Nichole is an excellent caretaker of my dog, Luna. She gets taken for walks, gets playtime, and lots of attention. Luna is always excited to see her and the family, her children are dog lovers too!

Schedule
We’re a family of four with one parent working from home. We have a 6 year old boy and 8 year old girl who both love dogs. We walk to and from school everyday so it’s easy to bring a furry friend along for up to 2 walks a day. As a family we like to spend time on the front and back porches to soak up the sun, socialize with friends, or just relax and enjoy the view.

Safety, trust & environment
Generally there is an adult in the house throughout the day and kids will not be left home alone with pets. An adult will always walk the dog but there may be a kid (6-8 yo) tagging along. We have a fenced in yard (4ft tall) and live on a pedestrian friendly street so there are lots of walkers/runners/and dogs going by. We are also comfortable administering medication if needed.
A typical day
I love walking the neighborhood and would commit to at least 2-4 miles of walks per day. Please let me know if your dog does not like socializing with other dogs.
