“I went out of town for 6 days and Craig was able to walk, feed, and provide companionship for my dog. He was well liked by Obi and when I arrived back he was happy to show me Craig with his tail wagging. Craig provided exactly what Obi needed.”

“Justin was an incredibly reliable walker for our sweet Milli girl. He made sure to meet her beforehand, was very communicative throughout the duration of our booking, and never went even slightly under the 30 minutes we booked (often going a bit over). We will definitely book Justin again, and recommend him highly to others looking for dog walking services.”

“Melissa took great care of Ricky, who can be a challenge to walk. She thought ahead to bring extra potty bags, was right on time, and walked him extra long. Thanks!”

About: I have had dogs since I was a kid, I can navigate puppy-hood to senior care. I have experience with big and small, separation anxiety, on and off leash behavior issues. As for cats, I didn't find my feline affinity until a bit later in life. I had my own cat (miss him so!) and I have volunteered at PAWS Cat City for more than a decade where I assist with adoptions, cleaning, cat socialization and care. I even volunteer and help out with the care of local mini horses. Can you believe there are mini horses in the city?!? I have finite bandwidth but I will communicate clearly to be sure that I am a right fit for your pet. I am eager to help pet parents and provide quality care to their furkids. I live in Madison Valley and have a single family home with a completely fenced in back yard with lots of terrain and territory to explore.

About: Hi! I'm Aubrey. A cat-mom to Georgia and an animal person :) I've had and have lots of pets and animals in my life. Currently, I care for/walk/watch a black lab Roxy, and grey tuxedo cat, Lucky when their parents are out of town. Over the years, I've pet-sat and walked various dog and cat breeds. I'm very comfortable with animals, from house-pets to barn animals. I'm originally from the Snoqualmie Valley and still head out there frequently to see my family or go hiking. I'd love to watch your pet for you! I work part-time as a pet caretaker and part-time as a freelance illustrator and designer. My main job is done working from home, so it gives me the flexibility to work locally for Rover. I do walks, drop-ins, and feeding for people's pets. I live locally in the area and keep my client radius under 5 miles, so I can stay local and available for pets that need multiple visits per day.
About: I love animals! I grew up with cats and dogs and have pet sat for many families and friends over the last couple decades. I’m active and patient and will give your dog lots of love. I’m currently a student at UW and I’m usually only away from my house for a couple of hours each day. I walk daily and love to be in my yard. I live in a small, single family home in a quiet neighborhood. My yard is fully fenced and theres room to run and play. I am tidy and keep my home clean and free of clutter. I like to be as natural as possible and don’t use harsh chemicals or fragrances. All cleaning supplies and the like are stored away safely in the basement. I love to get outside for walks and swims in the lake. I am fully capable of giving medications and baths.
“Aleksandr was reliable and patient with our large, barky, anxious doggie. After the first day our dog was so excited to see him, and he had a really calming, positive effect. Highly recommended!”

“Joash has been amazing with Murphy. He’s reliable, communicative, and very patient, especially while getting to know Murphy’s personality and routine. Kind, easy to work with, and I always feel comfortable knowing Murphy is in good hands.”

About: We live next to the Arboretum in Madison Valley and love dogs and warmly welcome them as our guests, while their primary care peeps are away. Each pooch is unique and we try to accommodate their individuality. Old, young, small, big, dogs are great and just super-fun! Jim works from home and he keeps weekday hours. Jim usually walks dog guests every morning before 7:30 am in the Arboretum. We then feed dog guests with breakfast and a treat, while we make coffee for the household and have a bit of breakfast for myself. Jim also gives dog guests a mid-day mini walk and then feed them once more around 6pm. Thereafter we enjoy each other's company for the rest of the evening, before we walk our dog guests once more before bedtime. We frequently have other dogs from around the Puget Sound stay with us when their primary caregivers are away, so its easy for us to accommodate another dog or two. We care for dog visitors with kindness, care and a lot of fun. See what I wrote regarding the schedule for other details. We just love our dog friends!
“Morgan was communicative, friendly, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about dogs. She took my senior Golden out for a walk and I had no worries entrusting Beaux to her. I'd hire her again and can't recommend enough!”

“Roman is the definition of reliable. We had him walk our terrier two times a week for a few months and he was on time every single booking. He was communicative and flexible with our schedules, working around days off and other unexpected shifts in need and availability. Would definitely use him again when we need walks in the future.”

“Lisa treats my dog like her own! My pup LOVES to halt in the middle of grass and roll around, and Lisa engages with that and frequently stops and smells the roses together. I love how many pictures I get and how attentive and caring Lisa is.”

About: I have hands-on experience caring for a wide range of animals, from energetic, high-maintenance breeds like huskies to senior cats who need a gentler, more attentive approach. I understand that every pet has a unique personality, routine, and comfort level, and I adapt my care to meet those individual needs. Whether it’s keeping up with a high-energy dog’s exercise needs or providing calm, patient companionship to older pets, I focus on creating a safe, stress-free, and loving environment while you’re away. I work part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to provide attentive, loving care for pets throughout the day. Whether it’s walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, or sticking to your pet’s routine, I’m able to give them lots of attention and companionship. I also offer boarding, so your pet can feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in a home environment while you’re away! Creating a safe, trusting, and comfortable environment for pets is very important to me. I take the time to learn each pet’s personality, routine, and needs so they feel secure and cared for while you’re away. My home is clean, calm, and pet-friendly, and I always prioritize supervision, patience, and positive interactions. I also provide regular updates and communication so pet parents can feel confident knowing their furry family member is in good hands.
Madison Valley dog parents share their Rover experiences
Dale was punctual, professional and very loving toward Rumi. They took her for a walk and we had a meet and greet, and they were extremely thorough with their questions. I could tell they cared a lot about making sure Rumi would be happy and comfortable with them.

Rebekah was great with Murphy! She kept me updated after every walk and always left thoughtful notes. I could tell she genuinely cared about him, and Murphy seemed to have a great time. I really appreciated her reliability and communication. I'd definitely book with her again!

Responded to a last-minute request and really helped me out. Levi was great with my dog, Argos, and made the whole experience stress-free. Communication was excellent; I felt confident that Argos was in good hands and would definitely book with them again. Highly recommend!

Kyla is the best walker I’ve ever had. I trust her fully with my puppy. She is attentive, communicative and flexible. She personally assessed my dog’s pain level in the days following an injury and adjusted his activity level to match, carrying him to the park for training games one day and taking him on a bus trip the next (which is great socialization). To top it off, she takes adorable photos during every walk which never cease to brighten my day.
