About: I’ve been helping care for my sister’s dog for years, and I regularly pet-sit for friends whenever they’re away. From daily walks and feeding to giving lots of love and attention, I treat every pet like they’re part of the family. I have experience with both playful puppies and chill senior dogs, and I’m always happy to follow your pet’s routine to keep them comfy and happy while you’re gone. 🐾 I work remotely during the day, so I’m home most of the time to keep your pet company and give them lots of love and attention! I only work a short part-time shift on Monday and Tuesday nights (about 3 hours), and I’m unavailable Sundays (around 8 hours shift), but the rest of the week, I’m very flexible and available for boarding, walks, or check-ins during the day and evening. I live in a pet-friendly apartment in a quiet, green neighborhood with lots of trees and walking paths. I love taking pets to the park nearby for fresh air and fun! The environment is calm and cozy — perfect for pets who enjoy snuggling indoors or relaxing on peaceful walks. I’m also happy to follow your pet’s home routine to help them feel comfortable and safe while you’re away.

“Alex is very professional and communicates wonderfully about any scheduling conflicts etc. He does a great job with Rhino who always comes back Happy and excited to see Alex the next time! I can highly recommend Alex as a dog walker.”

“Angela is an amazing walker! She is so great with my dog and is so thoughtful about caring for her and updating me.”

About: I grew up with large breed dogs & can’t wait to have my own again when my work/living situation allows for it. I love pet sitting for friends, sharing space with cats (especially the cuddly ones!) and adventuring with their dogs. I’m a natural nurturer and love being playful! I have experience with puppies & kittens as well as older animals. I also have experience giving oral medications and eye drops. I’d love to love on and help care for your pet! I’m taking some time off work, so have lots of availability! Highly interested in walking dogs on weekdays during the day for folks whose work requires them to be away. Very respectful of other’s spaces. Worked in early learning for a decade & highly trusted by families both inside & outside of the school environment (babysitting/nannying). Open to boarding in my apartment (no pets of my own), but also enjoy keeping animals company in their own home where they’re the most comfortable and familiar.

“We are grateful to Jenny for being able to fill in for several walks on short notice when one of our scheduled walkers had an emergency and wasn’t able to do so. Jenny is very professional, punctual and would send delightful updates about her walks with our little guy. Thank you so much, Jenny!”

About: UW PhD Student in Biology interested in helping with your pet care! - I co-parent a 10 year old diabetic cat so I am familiar with administering insulin. - I have experience with in-home pet care and house-sitting. I lived with a family in NY for a year as backup care for their pack of dogs (1 large muzzled boy, 1 medium sized anxious boy, 1 elderly girly). Each had unique food sensitivities. - Currently care for some friends pets when they are away, notably, a 1 cat 2 dogs (1 large and energetic, 1 blind) home in West Seattle. I miss my cat (he's with my sister) and I have a flexible schedule fit for pet needs. I will be working from home a lot as a do some thesis writing. I typically work from home Monday thru Friday 9am to 5pm so I can have daytime availability for pet care. I am available some weekends. When I work in office, it is parttime 4-5 hours per day. I find success sticking to the animal's pre-existing routines. Fortunately I have a flexible job that allows me to adjust as needed for earlier/later feedings/walks.

About: I have been a trusted dogsitter for over a decade, from tiny 5 pound dogs to 60 pound Weimaraners. I do not have a car but I am very well-versed in the Seattle public transit system. I love walks and parks and cuddles with dogs. I am very precise about food and maintenance rules. I always follow through on the things I commit to and am consistently happy to help in ways I already know how and am willing to learn new ways when I'm in new territory. At this point I’m interested in care for animals close to my own home or to my work so that I can more easily accommodate care. I cannot have dogs in my building, so I cannot board at my home. When I care for dogs in their own homes, I always double check that they are in spaces they are supposed to be, there is nothing they can reach that they should not be eating, etc.

“Nikki was great with my reactive dog.”

About: Hi there! I am an experienced dog walker and pet caregiver, having always grown up with animals in my life. I am currently a dog walker off of rover and regularly pet sit for the people in my life. Having a cat myself is one of my greatest joys and I love getting to take care of her every day. I have experience administering medication, grooming long hair, and know lots of ways to get a cat interested in play! I am available all day! I can work with scheduling far in advance, reoccurring care, or sporadic day of requests. Just let me know what your needs are and I’m happy to help! Safety is my highest priority. When out walking dogs, I remain alert of our surroundings, watching for cars, bikes, or potentially harmful food your dog may go after. In the home, I am careful to diligently follow all care instructions to the letter and will always double check the status of food, water and meds. After that, we are free to play, chill, or adventure to our hearts content

20. Brianne C.
“Annie has taken amazing care of our rats over the past three years (two different groups, six in total) and we couldn’t be happier with her help. Some of our rats had ongoing medical needs (a couple even required two medicines at a time), and Annie handled their medications patiently and consistently. She also made sure they had plenty of enrichment, always taking time to follow the specific care instructions we provided. As our rats got older and their needs changed, Annie was great at adapting to new routines and was always attentive to any adjustments. She was quick to respond to messages and kept us updated throughout, making us feel at ease whenever we were away. We highly recommend her and completely trust her with our pets.”
