“Erica was amazing! She was so kind and attentive to my puppy, Druid, and she was also very understanding and flexible with my somewhat fluid schedule. Druid came home happy and exhausted each night. I would absolutely book with her again!”

“Needed a sitter for an afternoon for my curmudgeonly senior pup. Devan was fantastic- warm, welcoming, responsive, and responsible. Fang had a good time, and we will definitely request Devan’s pup-sitting services again!”

“10/10!! Ponyo exhibited such a caring household with walks and playtime and love! I loved all of the many pictures and updates throughout the day. Chewie had the best day.”
About: I grew up with pets, from large to small. My sibling and friends always rely on me fostering their dogs and cats. I work from home and won’t leave your pets alone. My husband and I work full time from home, so your pets will always be attended to. They will pretty much hang out with us while we go about our day. My husband starts walking all of the dogs at around 8am. I will open my fenced yard at midday for a midday pee break. My husband will come back at around 6:30pm to give all of the dogs another walk. We usually feed the dogs their morning and evening meals after they come back from their walks. We will open the yard again before bed for a late night pee break.

“Pablo and Patricia were amazing! They were able to watch Bear on very short notice, were super kind and communicative, and took great care of him. I really appreciate them helping out last minute. Thank you both!”

“Teresa was awesome, very friendly and great commentator. She was very flexible with her time in order to make our first visit work. Tycho settled in great. Looking forward to his next visit.”

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since a was young and love being around them! I’ve also trained a few of my family’s puppies. My older dog recently crossed the rainbow bridge, so I have extra snuggles to give your dog! I am used to potty accidents or dribbles in the house after having an older dog. I currently work 12 hr shifts at UWMC so I have blocks of days off depending on my schedule. My husband works from home and was previously taking care of our chihuahua when I was at work, I love playing fetch at the dog park and going on walks. If your dog wants to stay the night, no problem! I have extra dog beds and toys to make your dog comfortable, except for rawhide or other bones. Dogs are allowed on the couch and can sleep at the end of the my bed. I’m also able to give your dog any medication or special diet if necessary.
“Jade was amazing! We got lots of pics throughout the day and she went above and beyond to try and get our picky puppy to eat! We would love to have Bodie stay with her again!”

About: I may be new to Rover, but I’m far from new to caring for dogs. I’ve spent years looking after my own pup and pet sitting for friends and family, all out of a genuine love for animals. For me, this isn’t a side hustle; it’s something I truly enjoy. I have a Shih Tzu of my own named Cooper, who is my whole world. When it comes to walks, I’m a firm believer in dog-centered outings. Want to sprint? Let’s go. Need five minutes to thoroughly investigate that one bush? Take your time. We move at your dog’s pace, in your dog’s direction, because that’s what makes a walk genuinely enriching, not just exercise. Your pet will get plenty of love, attention, and cuddles. I’ll treat them exactly like I treat Cooper, like family. You can expect regular photo updates if I’m watching your pup, I know firsthand how hard it is to be away from your baby and how it can put a damper on your trip thinking about them missing you. I work from home full-time, which means your pet gets attention throughout the entire day, not just before and after a 9-to-5. No long stretches alone, no waiting until evening for a walk. I’m based in Lower Queen Anne and live in a cozy apartment with my boyfriend and our Shih Tzu Cooper. No children, no yard, but don’t let that last part worry you. Cooper and I do at least one 2.5-mile walk every day, and if I’m watching your dog, they can expect the same. Queen Anne has wonderful walkable streets and green spaces, so there’s plenty to explore.
“Mac had the best time with Luci! She was so great, provided lots of updates, let Mac take his time to warm up to her and feel at home in the new space. He’s excited to see her again for an extended stay in a couple weeks!”

“Ana was very understanding and flexible with my schedule, sent lots of happy updates and fun pictures of my very shy guy, Xavi, looking happy and comfortable. Ana and her family did a wonderful job with my dog who is very nervous with new people. It was a huge relief to see him doing so well. I definitely plan to have her watch Xavi again!”

“Mariia did a lovely job watching our dog. She is such a professional - asks all the right questions, communicates well, and provides a great experience for the pup. We were very happy to have her look after the big guy for an afternoon and were really pleased! We highly recommend her.”

“Such great pics and communication. We really appreciated being able to drop our pup off early and for the park meet up ahead of time. Thank you so much!!!”

“Nuria and her partner were SO wonderful, I can’t recommend them enough. They took such good care of milou over a long day, provided pictures and updates, and even agreed to a meet and greet so we could introduce them to milou the day before! We will definitely be booking again ?”

“Felix is very organized and thorough. He's very thoughtful, knowledgeable and observant, I trust his conclusions on regarding how the dogs behaved. He's also very good about communicating.”

“My dog developed separation anxiety after our recent move, and he’s not always comfortable being watched by people, but he is so comfortable with Jill and Jacob! He is well cared for and gets really excited to see them when I drop him off now.”

“Wonderful! Took great care of my dog and gave updates according to my requested schedule. Was also very understanding of some last minute scheduling changes that came up. Would absolutely book again!”

“Elliana was such a great dog sitter! She was really flexible on pick up and drop off and sent a lot of great pictures. Maple also got multiple walks throughout the day which is awesome, she had a great time!!”

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't thank Eric enough for his incredible help during a time crunch! I had a lot of shopping to get done, and Eric stepped in to watch my sweet boy, Luca. He spent plenty of quality time with Luca, taking him for walks and making sure he enjoyed every moment. Eric's dedication and care were evident, and it made a world of difference for me and my wife. Highly recommended!”

“Kianah was the best!! This was a last minute stay and I’m so glad she was available. She took amazing care of my dog and sent updates all along the stay. I’m so grateful she was in good hands!! Highly recommend!!!”

Dog parents share their Rover experiences - Westlake
We chose her as a last minute request while visiting from out of country. She was very understanding and provided updates on our pet. Very responsive and made us feel like we made a good choice with our pet. I highly recommend Erica and definitely will use her on our next visit!

Kathryn was great with my dog Zeppelin. Zeppelin can be a little dramatic and anxious when being dropped off but Kathryn took him out for a walk to keep him busy and helped him settle in for his stay. She shared photos and was easy to communicate with, I'll definitely be rebooking with her for future stays!

Jessica was fantastic with my two beebs Finn and Otis!! She responded to my last minute request thankfully and during their stay she provided a good amount of photos. They seemed to be relaxed, comfy and enjoying their time. She even dropped them off to me after their visit. I would definitely recommend her. ☺️

Darlayna was really terrific. Clearly knowledgeable about dogs and also clearly loves dogs. Sammie had a great time! He played with the other dogs, met a new favorite friend, and came home exhausted. Huge thank you to Darlayna and her partner for the care and attention for our sweet boy Sammie.

Andy was great! He met us beaucoup early in the AM on a weekend to come and pick our puppy up from a hotel where we were catching a tour bus. He then sent copious videos for our perusal throughout the day, so we could see our puppers having as much fun as we were having on tour. Andy was very accommodating and communicative about both pickup and drop-off times too — highly recommend!
