“Ponyo is AMAZING. A couple things that make her my new favorite person in Seattle: 1. She’s incredibly responsive. I usually get a response within 10–15 minutes. I’ve now twice booked her within 24 hours of my travel, and she was able to accommodate me both times. 2. She’s super flexible with drop off/pick up times. She has worked around my schedule a bunch which I’m so grateful for. 3. She sends a ton of photos and always updates me on how my dog’s doing—how many times he’s pooped/peed, how khan he’s eaten, etc. I’m confident he’s in good hands with her. 4. She’s very kind to my dog and he feels safe with her. My dog is an ancient, blind chihuahua, and she keeps him in his own room with his heating pad on and his food/water close by. She’s careful letting him around stairs, and I know he’s safe with her. Having a reliable dog sitter makes the biggest difference in the world. I’m so grateful to Ponyo!”

“Debra is an incredibly caring and well organized care giver. Our Hazel is kind of delicate, has some tummy issues, delicate teeth, and also separation anxiety. She was with Debra for 5 days while we were out of town and Debra followed all our detailed notes and sent us regular updates throughout the day. We could see that Hazel was having a great time, getting lots of attention, playing with toys, watching the world from the huge window Debra has. She came back totally herself, with no signs of the stress which we have noticed with some other sitters. I would highly recommend Debra and we will definitely have Hazel stay with her especially for longer stays.”
