My day starts with letting my dog go to the backyard then give her breakfast around 7 am. After having a coffee I usually walk around with dogs before sun warms the ground up. I play with dogs with toys and fetch in the backyard a few times during the daytime and go for a walk again in the evening. Feed dinner around 7 pm and do the last short walk for the potty around 10:30 pm before going to bed. We take dogs to a dog park on weekends depending on the dog's personality.

We have a fenced yard so your dog can run around during the day safely. And living in a peaceful residential neighborhood allows us to walk around with pups without any concern for broken glasses on the ground or someone shouting across the road... I care for your dog as I care for my dog for sure. Your dog is a part of our family during their stay! A lot of plays and walks, and hugs. I will not leave your dog alone usually, but I will ask you first if it's inevitable. I also have a lot of toys in the house and different style of beds so your dog will find something fit for them! if they want :) I wash all the toys once a week, vacuum clean once a day to keep our house clean and comfortable for both humans and dogs. Refresh dogs water 3.4 times or more as needed.

I will provide specific care as your instructions like specific play time/feeding/or hiding trigger stuff etc... Just let me know what your pup needs. Your dog is a part of our family during their stay! These are questions I would like to ask before having your dog over at least. I might have more depending on your dog. -What time do you usually feed them? -What time do you let them do a potty break before and after sleep? -How often does your dog need a potty break? -Does your dog have allergies? ( for food, plants, etc...) -What is your dog's activity level? or activity needs? -If your dog likes a dog park, do you agree with us taking your dog to a dog park? I kindly ask all dog owners to bring those goods for your dog. -a dog bed ( if not, we have extra beds ) -food ( the amount for your dog's stay + at least 2 days ) -treat ( if your dog has a specific preference! Otherwise I will give a dehydrated chicken treat upon the owner's approval ) -favorite blanket/toys ( if they have ) -collar, harness and leash -feeding bowl and water bowl ( if your dog prefers to use your own ) -medications ( if they need ) -anything makes them happy!
A typical day
I usually play with toys a few times at home and walk around 2-3 times a day. Bringing Iris (my dog) to a dog park is one of our weekend routines so we will take your dog together upon your approval. We also enjoy hiking with her together :). I will do specific play styles your dog loves too!

I am the first to say “pick me!” when a friend is in need for a pet-sitter. I feel very comfortable around animals and love to be in their company. We, my husband and I have a 2.5 year old Miniature American Shepard, Iris. We have grown her up since she was about 2 months old. We live in a house with a fenced backyard so your dog will have a good space to run around during the day. I am a full-time Rover dog-sitter so I can stay close to your dog most of the time, so that they don't feel lonely during your absence, of course Iris is here for your dog too :). I will follow a specific schedule or your dog's needs like feeding time or walking time, or anything for making your dog feel as comfortable as possible. Just let me know if you have any concerns or questions about your dogs or their stay! I am happy to talk about it and make their stay happier with you :)

Amazing! I booked a last minute stay over Fourth of July weekend and Mana was so accommodating. She squeezed in a pre stay introduction for the dogs, then took amazing care of Obi over the three days. I got so many photos (and a video) and she even refilled my poop bag dispenser from her own stash when ours ran out and sent obi home with a little extra treat. Outstanding sitter, would book again without hesitation.
Fixing both points — the "comfortable with most anyone" nuance and the watching context. --- I've known Mana for a while through regular puppy playdates — her dog Iris has met up with my two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, Finnick and Hina, more times than I can count. Finnick is friendly with just about everyone, but Mana's one of the few people he gets visibly excited to see — perks right up the moment he spots her. What stands out is how attentive she is — she actually watches the dogs instead of just being in the room with them, reads their body language well, and manages multi-dog play so nobody gets overwhelmed. Iris herself is a well-adjusted, well-behaved dog, which says a lot about the person who raised her. Both of my dogs genuinely like being around Mana, and dogs don't fake that. I'd trust her with my dogs without hesitation and recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter who actually pays attention.
