About: In the past 17 years I have cared for everything from farm animals to reptiles, but cats and dogs are my specialty. Growing up my parents were always rescuing animals, so animal care is second nature to me. For cats, I am a "cat whisperer" who specializes in shy felines, special needs, and reliable medication administration (yes, I can pill any cat!). For dogs, I love all sizes but specialize in rescue dogs, leash-aggression, and senior or special-needs pups who need a calm approach. Pet care is my main focus, everything else on my schedule comes secondary. So, I have pretty open availability to meet your pet care routine needs. I take safety and trust very seriously. Happy to go over any of your own safety protocols or your trust concerns at any time. For a safety example when it comes to in-home pet care, I always open the doors slightly and slowly and have never let an animal sneak out on me. For a trust example, I have nothing to hide, so I welcome your nanny/pet-cams to be on at all times. You might just have to listen to me sing a silly song to your pets or watch me roll around on the floor with them but otherwise nothing out of the ordinary.

About: I have never not had 2 to 3 dogs in my care at all times. My husband and I are incredibly active people who love to incorporate our animals as much as possible! We recently lost our oldest dog and are feeling the hole in our hearts, and our wishing to open our hearts to the animals in our community and to spread that extra love to your pets:) I currently work part time at Seattle Children’s Hospital. My husband works full-time from home a few days a week. I would like to cut back on my hours and make pet walking and sitting a more full-time position for myself. Since my husband works from home every day, he is available to take care of the dogs all day long, and when I’m home, it is playtime and long walk time. We base our free time off the needs of our pet and will do the same for yours.

About: Hello! My name is Stephanie. I am a resident physician in Seattle WA and looking forward to love and care for your pets! I wasn’t allowed to have any pets growing up, so ever since I became an adult Ive been making up for lost time! My experience in pet care is from having my own pets after college and caring for dogs, cats, and even guinea pigs of family and friends over the years. I can almost never stop myself wanting to say hi to dogs being walked on the street! I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals and their personalities! I have 2 cats named Zuko and Oliver, who I adore, who provides me countless hours of entertainment. Some hobbies that I have are; DIY projects, running, watching anime, and cooking :) I have a very flexible schedule. As of right now I am available everyday including evenings! For House sitting / overnight stays: I only offer house sitting to repeat clients as I would like to do a few drop-ins before to get a good idea your pets temperament. I like to ask clients what their expectations are with house sitting (ie 8-8 with mid-day drop-in vs day sitting vs multiple drop-ins throughout the day). If interested, please let me know! I currently live in a very safe and pet-friendly community with walking paths nearby. At your residence I will abide by all boundaries and routines you have set in place for your dog/cat and will not have any difficulty doing so.

About: My entire life has been spent in the presence of all kinds of different animals! I have a very open schedule and would love to take care of any pet responsibilities. About: I’ve taken care of all types of dogs over my years as a pet sitter. Some puppies, some elderly dogs. I have experience in emergency situations, if the need arises. This is my first time trying Rover out -I’ve usually only advertised through word of mouth. Excited to get to know you & your pet. Pet care will be my main priority. Schedule can be fit around your pet. If emergency situations arise - I have experience in that. I need to exercise so taking dogs out for walks will be welcomed. During visits, I follow your instructions closely, keep doors and gates secure, use a leash or harness outside, and clean up after your pet. I also treat your home with respect and leave it the way I found it. I'll send you updates so you always know how your pet is doing, and if anything seems off, I'll let you know right away and follow your plan for contacting your vet.

About: I have been surrounded by dogs for as long as I can remember and can’t imagine life without them! I dog sat throughout high school and am looking to continue during my college career. I love all kinds of dogs and really miss mine from home—I’m hoping to get some dog time in while I’m going to school away from home. I’m currently going to school at the University of Washington studying environmental science, so I’ll have plenty of time to hang out with your dogs! I am in a sorority and don’t currently have a job. I am willing and able to follow any instructions for how you want your pet to be cared for. I would love to go for frequent walks and spend lots of time with them so they are happy and have someone to keep them company!

About: I've been a dog owner for over 16 years so taking care of doggies is second nature. My children are all grown so even more time to shower doggies with TLC. I just returned to Seattle after living abroad, so am just reactivating my Rover account. I look forward to taking care of your beloved furries so that you can enjoy some human time. My family loves doggies, and they are around often to play with them. My schedule is very flexible, and last-minute scheduling is welcome. I have a big home, with a large fenced back yard for doggies to romp around. My neighborhood is very dog-friendly, and walkable, with lots of different paths to explore. I will make sure your doggie is safe and supervised, and get lots of stimulation such as walks. ***** NOTE: Drop-in visits longer than 8 hours is charged at the boarding rate. ***** I am home most all of the day so your doggie will get lots of supervision, interaction, cuddling, and lots of fun! I love walking doggies around our wonderfully walkable neighborhood. I can walk one, two, or mutliple doggies. It is one of the highlights of my day to get some exercise, with adorable doggies and their wiggly steps :) I value safety first, then make certain to keep their schedule--food, bathroom breaks etc. After that, the fun stuff: walk, play, cuddles, enjoy watching them play together.
