Our dog’s stay at Lorena’s was more than we could have ever asked for! We were away for over a week and Lorena’s comforting presence, consistency, consideration for our senior girl’s individual needs, and daily updates brought us the comfort we needed to be able to enjoy a much needed vacation. I would highly recommend her to anyone who was like us and needed some time easing into a longer stay. Lorena is patient, communicative, and reliable—all traits we were looking for someone to take care of our dear Tina.
Xinhui is great! Our dog takes time to warm up to new people. Over the course of a few days our dog allowed Xinhui and her partner to pet her, which was a big milestone! Xinhui shared daily updates including photos and videos. We could enjoy our vacation in peace knowing that our dog was well.
Third time booking with Isabella and our golden retreiver was so well taken care of! Daily pics and updates apart, we knew when she was with other dogs, and could tell the many enjoyable walks and naps she had everyday. And a spa day thrown into the mix no less!! She got so comfortable that she even took toys that weren't hers in the pics we got :). Highly appreciate the dedication and open communication Isabella provides. Thank you and we'll be booking again for sure!
Marina, Bret and Georgia took wonderful care of Bronny again. They kept up with his routine without missing a beat and sent photo updates that always made our day. Mackenzie is the best! Mackenzie offers a beautiful serene home and outstanding experience engaging and training dogs. Conveniently located near Sandpoint Magnuson off leash dog park, Mackenzie takes your dog on wonderful adventures making new friends. We loved Mackenzie’s thoughtful updates, great pictures and videos, and excellent engagement with our doberman puppy. It made our vacation wonderful and peaceful to know our dog is in the best hands and to see all the exciting adventures the pup gets to experience with Mackenzie. Mackenzie is an excellent communicator and dog lover. Highly recommended!
I have boarded with them several times. She is always very positive and helpful with my dogs. Today we had a problem and had to delay our pick up. She was very understanding and flexible. My dogs love being there and with the other dogs they board! Totally recommended.
Ellie and John were fantastic! We were immediately at ease when we met them, and knew that our dogs were in good hands. They were very easy to coordinate and communicate with, and provided regular updates while we were away.
