I've been a dog owner for over 16 years so taking care of doggies is second nature. My children are all grown so even more time to shower doggies with TLC. I just returned to Seattle after living abroad, so am just reactivating my Rover account. I look forward to taking care of your beloved furries so that you can enjoy some human time. You can be reassured that your furry babies will be in the best care. I am retired and am home full time, with occasional errands or appointments. My family loves doggies, and they are around often to play with them. My schedule is very flexible, and last-minute scheduling is welcome. I have a big home, with a large fenced back yard for doggies to romp around. My neighborhood is very dog-friendly, and walkable, with lots of different paths to explore. I will make sure your doggie is safe and supervised, and get lots of stimulation such as walks. ***** NOTE: Drop-in visits longer than 8 hours is charged at the boarding rate. *****

Rudy had a very active and fun day with Katherine & her sweet dog Hana. He played outside in her backyard and went on 2 long walks. Katherine was very communicative and kept me updated with lots of pictures. Rudy was happy and relaxed when he got home. I highly recommend Katherine & I will definitely book with her again!
Wilbur had a wonderful time with Katherine and Hana. It usually takes him some time to settle into a new space but he really seemed to feel at home. We are looking forward to next time!
Katherine was great! Our dog was sad to leave. She was taken on multiple walks every day, was in a loving home set up to provide anything a dog might need. We received regular videos and updates. Katherine’s sweet dog, Hana, was kind and gentle with Libby, our younger dog. We would highly recommend Katherine!
Katherine did an amazing job caring for Ginny! I was nervous to leave her overnight for the first time but her frequent photos and videos kept me at ease.
Katen is the best ever! My dog was so well cared for and so happy I didn't think he would come home with me. I received many pictures and cute videos daily.

Schedule
I am home most all of the day so your doggie will get lots of supervision, interaction, cuddling, and lots of fun! I love walking doggies around our wonderfully walkable neighborhood. I can walk one, two, or mutliple doggies. It is one of the highlights of my day to get some exercise, with adorable doggies and their wiggly steps :)

I value safety first, then make certain to keep their schedule--food, bathroom breaks etc. After that, the fun stuff: walk, play, cuddles, enjoy watching them play together.

A typical day
I have a very gentle and fun six-year old doggie, Hana, who is about 30 lbs. So your doggie will have lots of opportunity to play with Hana, also go on walks together. We can play toss the ball and fetch. We've even taken Hana on sailboats and kayaks. I also have classical music playing most of the day, and since I am home, I interact regularly with cuddles, petting, hugs. I treat my doggies like one of my children, a family member, so it is more natural interaction.
