I strive to incorporate animal time as much as possible in my daily schedule. This can range anywhere from snuggling with a crossword on the couch to running laps around a field (rain or shine)!

Safety, trust & environment
I'm proud to say that I've established long lasting relationships with many pets and their owners through the years. This would not be possible without my commitment to respectfulness and cleanliness in every pet owner's space. I understand the degree of trust needed to welcome a sitter into your home.
Information Abigail C. would like to know about your pet
With our city continually growing in both human and pet population, I prioritize public safety above all else. Typical things I'd like to know about your pup(s) would be the following: • Outside triggers: Both positive (squirrels, sticks, other dogs, etc) and negative (wheels, darkness, again other dogs/specific breeds, etc). • Social behavior: Is your dog more of an introvert (prefers their own space from humans and/or other dogs) or extrovert (meeting new humans and/or dog friends is their favorite thing ever)? • Physical activity threshold: Does your dog benefit more from a gentle sniff walk as they're on the older/more shy side? Or are they happiest after sprinting around a park? • General physical health: Any recent surgeries, dietary restrictions, sensitive areas on their body? • General emotional/mental health: Any sensitivities to outside noises after dark, particular sleeping arrangements, or quirks to be aware of that make your dog uniquely who they are? :)
A typical day
As an avid walker and public transit rider I love to explore! Sniff walks, off leash parks, beaches, hiking trails, playtime at home, even a trip to your local hardware store or Lowe's. I'm also very knowledgeable of pup friendly parks/businesses, especially in the Capitol Hill and First Hill areas.

Having someone you know that you can trust with your furbaby makes all the difference in the world! Abigail is the most reliable and caring pet sitter- thank you again Abigail for taking care of my baby!

Abigail has really gotten to know my cats and even brings her own toys/enrichment tools sometimes. So happy to have such a great sitter for when we are out of town.

Abby takes great care of my pup for drop in visits and sends lots of pics! Highly recommend.

Abigail is amazing! She responds promptly and sends so many photos. My cat also loves her. Would highly recommend.
