“Amazing! I booked a last minute stay over Fourth of July weekend and Mana was so accommodating. She squeezed in a pre stay introduction for the dogs, then took amazing care of Obi over the three days. I got so many photos (and a video) and she even refilled my poop bag dispenser from her own stash when ours ran out and sent obi home with a little extra treat. Outstanding sitter, would book again without hesitation.”

“Debra is SUCH a sweetheart, Poppy loves her, her husband and all her toys/treats! She is a wonderful person to be around, and yes I would love to board with her again!❤️”

“Arlo always enjoys staying with Kellye even if it’s just 1 night. He loves being the center of attention and gets all the cuddles. Kellye communicates and sends updates during her time with Arlo. Boarding with her has been super easy and straightforward. Arlo hasn’t had a single complaint either :)”

“Randsell was an amazing sitter. My dog was so well taken care of, monitored, and loved. I would absolutely recommend her to watch your dog. She clearly has a passion for dogs, and she is always keeping them entertained and sending photos and videos along the way. Thank you for taking such good care of her! I hope to book with Randsell again soon :-)”

About: Hi! I’m Samira (Sam), and I provide a safe, loving, and active home for dogs while their owners are away. I work from home with a flexible schedule, so your pup gets plenty of attention, supervision, and companionship throughout the day. They’ll go on 2–3 walks a day, and I’ll send you plenty of photos and updates! I will never have more than three dogs ever at one time. I’m doing rover because I like dogs, have a slow job and the money I make goes toward my student loan 🙂. We have a large fenced outdoor area, and daily walks, playtime, and exercise are part of our routine. I have a sweet 3-year-old Australian Shepherd named Sailor, who I’ve had since he was a puppy. He loves other dogs and people and is always excited to have a new friend around! I also have experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and energy levels. Whether your dog loves long walks and playing fetch or prefers lounging on the couch, I’ll make sure they feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home while you’re away. I have a very flexible work schedule during the week, which allows me to provide frequent dog walks and potty breaks. I also currently have an active dog, so caring for another animal is easy for me since I already follow a consistent routine with him. I follow the instructions you leave me and take that seriously. Reactive dogs are not a good match for me, I’m so sorry, and they must get along with my dog. Let’s link up and have the pups meet and go over your dog needs!
“Colton did a great job caring for my dog. He was very communicative and proactive with updates. His dog, Tito, was so sweet to my dog, who is typically shy with new dogs, and helped her feel right at home! I’m always nervous leaving her around 4th of July with the fireworks, but I felt comfortable knowing she was in good hands. Will definitely reach out to Colton again for his help in the future!”

“Pixel absolutely loves his time with Catherine. She is a great communicator, pays close attention to Pixel's instructions sheet, and he is always in great spirits when we get him back. Thank you!”

“We are so thankful to Egor for taking such good care of our dogs! He kept us updated with messages and photos, so we didn’t have to worry about how the dogs were doing while we were gone. The dogs came back happy, healthy, and clearly well looked after. Egor made sure their stay at his home was as comfortable and stress free as possible. We truly appreciate his thoughtful approach and care.”

“I scheduled a trial run for my dog before we take a long international trip and feel at ease with Danielle and Joy. My senior dog can be a handful but they seem to have a lot of experience with various ages and temperaments.”

“My dogs were cared for in a very professional manager. Sena and her son take care of the dogs together. I left my two pit bulls with them and they had the comfort of their own room for the duration of the booking. I received frequent updates on the status of my dogs and pics and videos. I was glad to get back to them but had no problem leaving them in her care! Highly recommend.”

“My 2 year old Springer Spaniel Boxer mix, Edie, had a wonderful time with Jana and her family! When I normally leave Edie at her doggy daycare to travel, she barely eats and seems anxious when I come to pick her up. Not the case this time! Edie ate all the food I had packed for her along with all the treats! She loved running around and puppy style wrestling with Hazel! Jana gave me updates twice a day with pictures and videos of the ladies playing. I truly do believe that Edie had a dog vacay with Hazel and Jana!”

“Isabella was so great with CC! She was great to communicate with, pick up and drop off was super easy, and I got back a very tired dog! I would love to have CC stay with her again.”

“Yingqi took great care of Mabel while we were gone for a couple of days. She was prompt, reliable, and easy to coordinate with and sent us videos with updates. We would be happy to use Yingqi again!”

“Rebecca was great with Pepper! She was very responsive and provided daily pictures for us. We felt confident in leaving Pepper with her and she absolutely followed all of our directions. She also handled all of Pepper’s behaviors super well. I would definitely book with her again (if she would have Pepper again)!”

“What a kind and generous family! This was Winston's first stay with Amanda and Noah. I was glad he was staying with a family who owned and know Frenchies as they have their specific needs and energy level. Amanda had shared about her previous Frenchie who passed a couple of months ago and said it was wonderful to have Winston spend some time with them now, especially with their children and dog. Winston had some of his classic GI challenges in a new environment and I received detailed information each day. He received lots of cuddles and love. I was not at all worried leaving him with Amanda. She also shared some tips on food choices and nutrition from her previous experience as a Frenchie owner. Winston came home clean, relaxed, happy and well. I definitely will request Amanda and Noah to take care of Winston in the future. Great find!”

“She was lovely and flexible! My dog had never been boarded before and it went beautifully. Then, when my flight got canceled she was willing to extend his stay.”

“This is the second time we've send our dog to Carolyn, and we will continue coming back. She keeps our dog active, is communicative in game-planning any behavioral challenges that might arise, takes plenty of photos, and in general is just easy to work with. Thanks again Carolyn!”

“My dog did wonderfully with Eric!! He sent consistent pictures and was super communicative about how my dog was doing. He was great with my quirky goofball and we're planning on coming back!! ☺️”

“First of all Amy is beyond exceptional as a pet sitter, plant waterer and home care aficionado. Five stars does not adequately salute Amy’s skills and wisdom. We can now add to our list of raves about Amy that she caught a water main leak at our house early, alerting us quickly and helped save is from an expensive water bill. Seriously, Amy has magical powers!”

About: Knowing how tough it can be when away from your cat, I communicate with photos and updates after each visit. I understand it can be stressful, so let's talk about how to make everyone more comfortable. I have administered oral medications to my cat and others, have used multiple toys to get the playtime started, am no stranger to physical interactions. I genuinely enjoy felines and will give heartfelt care to your bewhiskered bestie while you are away.
“Sarah was an awesome catsitter for my cat Salem! She was very helpful with providing detailed updates during check ins, and tons of pictures! I will definitely rebook her again next time!”

“Laura was able to cat and tortoise sit for us with just a few days notice. Both animals were very content when we arrived back home and she sent lots of photos to keep us updated. We will definitely have Laura back in the future.”

“Rachael was incredible! Very responsive and easy to work with, and she gave great updates and sent photos every day. Our extremely shy cat warmed up to her quickly, which doesn’t happen often!”

“Carter was incredible, and deserves more than 5 starts! With a high sense of ownership and initiative, Carter proactively moved the air purifier for the cats' well-being, washed the kitties' water fountain and food bowl, and replaced the litter robot's waste bag - all without me asking! The cats loved Carter and I loved knowing they were in capable hands. Would definitely book again for a worry-free experience!”

“Angela took such good care of our cat, Luna! She provided detailed updates on each visit and took time to play and nurture Luna - even leaving a gift of her favorite treats and setting up a chair so she could get a better view of the backyard. Angela is also very quick to reach out and respond to any messages. Highly recommend Angela!”

“It was great to connect with Braxton to watch our cat. He arranged a meet and greet right away. His photo updates were great. He took care of house details, too, with clean cat food can recycling and easy key return. Our cat was relaxed, happy and well cared for. Thanks, Braxton!”

“She is professional and kind! If I get another chance, I’ll definitely ask her to take care of my cat again. Even though I asked on short notice, she was very thoughtful and attentive. Thank you so much!”

“Chris was great with the cats and the routine. Even got an almost pet with my super shy kitty. Social kitty had a blast hanging out with Chris. Appreciate the care and agility when I had to extend my trip by a day. We will definitely look to book with Chris again. :)”

“Molly is such a great person to have for pet sitting. There was no issue communicating with her. She was able to adjust the visiting time after request, and spent a lot of attention, and play time to my pet. I love she left a small description what she did per visit. I would love to keep having her for my pet in the future!”

“Olena took a very good care of our two cats for the duration of three weeks! Everything went smoothly, it was fully stress-free for us and our cats! She helped to ensure cats have a good feeding routine and had always clean environment around them. Thank you so much Olena for being so amazing ❤️”

“Having never used Rover for cat sitting before, we reached out to Susy based on her quality reviews - and we were not disappointed by her care over a holiday weekend! She took great care of our kitty, and sent thorough reports and nice accompanying photos. We would book with Susy again, as well as recommend her to other cat owners!”

“Hands down the best sitter I’ve found in this city. Erica is super communicative and friendly. She has a lot of experience with dogs and she understands their behaviors well. My dog picked up on her warm energy and I could tell she had a great time. Can’t recommend Erica enough!”

About: I consider myself to be a loving and caring person, saving the most room in my heart for dogs and other furry friends. Dogs have always been part of the family - from my grandparents’ tradition of always having a little white dog to caring for large rescue dogs with difficult pasts. I’m always sensitive to a dog’s feelings, trying to anticipate their needs and making sure they always feel safe and comfortable. This was most apparent in my relationship with my own dog, Fille, who passed in June 2025. She was a scared and traumatized rescue that was found lost wandering the desert in Arizona, but after adopting her in 2018 and spending 7 wonderful years together, she blossomed into a confident (albeit stubborn) pup who received lots of love and support so she could explore the world with me. During our last year together, I got first-hand experience with not only senior care but disabled dog care; Fille was living with partial paralysis in her hind legs, and so I learned how to best support her mobility on walks and take care of pain management, physical therapy, and other special needs as they arose. I would love to treat your dog with the same compassion and love and look forward to many future walks and visits! I work from home with a flexible schedule, so I can care for pets on any schedule. I do sometimes travel for work, but my availability will surely be updated with plenty of advance notice to accommodate any pet parent’s needs! Pets would be allowed full range of my home, and I ensure that any potential hazards (cords, garbage, etc.) are properly stowed away and cannot be accessed by any four-legged friends. If desired, I have space to accommodate a kennel. Living very close to a big park, I’m an avid explorer of the grounds and loved to take breaks out there with my furry friend, Fille. My apartment building has a shared entrance, but I have a good rapport with my neighbors and can take any precautions if requested. There are stairs and a functioning elevator for any dogs with mobility issues.
“We are so glad to have found Jessie. She really cared for Yuki and followed her routine well. Yuki has seemed to warm up to her quickly. Pepper her doggie was the perfect bestie for my girl Yuki and they looked like they had so much fun too. I will definitely return and recommend her everytime.”

About: I have extensive experience with shy and anxious dogs, as well as very active dogs. I really enjoy running with my own dog, as well as training. I have personally owned dogs from 10-100 pounds so any size is fine! Currently I am studying for licensing exams, so I am at home full time. I update availability regularly so you can be confident I can be available whenever your pup needs me! Safety is a top priority. I always follow your pet’s routine and instructions closely, from leash preferences to feeding needs. I keep a close eye on body language and behavior to make sure your dog is comfortable and safe at all times. I never let dogs off-leash in unsecured areas, and I’m happy to work with reactive or anxious pets using your established strategies.
About: I’ve been caring for pets for over 10 years and currently have three cats of my own, each with their own unique personality and needs. Caring for them has given me experience with feeding, cleaning litter boxes, monitoring behavior, administering oral medications when needed, and making sure they feel safe and comfortable. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs, including feeding, walking, playtime, and providing plenty of attention and companionship. I understand that every pet is different, and I always take the time to follow each owner’s care instructions carefully. I’ll treat your pets with the same love, patience, and attention that I give my own, and I’m happy to send regular photo and video updates so you can have peace of mind while you’re away! I currently have a flexible schedule and can provide reliable, attentive care for your pets. I’m available for drop-in visits, dog walking, and house sitting on most weekdays and weekends. I always make time to give each pet plenty of attention, playtime, exercise, and affection. I’ll keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind while you’re away. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. I carefully follow your pet’s routine, including feeding schedules, medications, exercise, and any special instructions. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and make sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. I also keep your home clean and secure, and I’ll send regular updates with photos so you always know how your furry family member is doing.

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life and have always loved being around them. Whenever my parents were away, I was responsible for walking, feeding, and playing with our dogs, so taking care of them has always been a normal part of my life. I also have a cat of my own, so I understand the responsibilities that come with caring for cats and making sure they are fed, comfortable, and getting the attention they need. I also understand that some pets experience separation anxiety when their owners are away. I’m thoughtful and attentive to animal body language and pay close attention to changes in their behavior, energy, and comfort level. I try to meet animals where they are rather than forcing interaction, especially when they are nervous or anxious. I’m patient and willing to give pets the time and space they need to feel comfortable with me. My goal is to make sure every pet feels safe, cared for, and as comfortable as possible while their parents are away. Since I have a cat of my own, pet care is always on my mind. I am used to constantly thing of how to make life better for my own animal, and keeping her healthy and fed. I work 8 hours 3 days a week, which makes it easy to fit in pet care either before or after work, or during my days off. Additionally, I have a safe and reliable car to take me anywhere in the city which makes caring for your pet more accessible. I have a large house in a very safe neighborhood. My home is already safe for pets due to having a cat living with me. My cat is extremely kind and gentle. I live in a quiet, residential neighborhood on a safe and not busy street. However, I would not let any pet off leash due to the unknown risk.
About: I have walked dogs, watched over cats, fed a turtle, and took care of my two lovely bunnies since I was 14. My main experience comes from the latter. I have bonded a pair, navigated various health conditions, administered medicine, and groomed them for the past four years. I believe the variety of pets that I have cared for makes me a qualified, versatile provider. I am a design student at the UW. Because I have morning classes, I try to get up earlier and need a little motivation to do so :) I commute by bus, so my exact timing does depend on the schedule, but I do my best to be punctual and provide care within the expected timeframe! I am excited to take care of your pet within your home and on walks, keeping them safe and entertained. I mostly focus on playing with pets on my own, keeping a safe distance from other animals to maintain their comfort. While I do not own a cat or dog, previous experiences and transferable experience from my own pet, in addition to consultation with other experienced owners, will help me meet all of your pet’s needs!
“Roman is the definition of reliable. We had him walk our terrier two times a week for a few months and he was on time every single booking. He was communicative and flexible with our schedules, working around days off and other unexpected shifts in need and availability. Would definitely use him again when we need walks in the future.”

About: I've had rabbits for the last decade, so I am thoroughly experienced in small animal care. I have supported friends and family by dog-sitting for about the same amount of time. It the 4 years, I've been able to provide housemates and friends with dedicated care for their feline friends. My overall experience includes, walks, feeding, changing litter, overnight sitting, and playtime. I also feel comfortable caring for more than one animal at a time. I care for my own rabbit daily giving food, water, exercise, and enrichment time. I want to provide the same care to your pet. I have my weekends reserved for pet care of others' animals and find time for the weekly tasks that support my own rabbit during the week. I always review instructions that are left regarding the needs of pets. I appreciate clear communication and I will go above an beyond to make sure your pet has whatever they need. I would hope to be able to spend more of the day and/or drop in multiple times throughout the day to check on them. I hope that I can put you at ease as you are away from your pet.

“Isabella is awesome! We’ve used her several times for walks now and Frankie always comes back super happy. Will definitely continue using Isabella for more walks in the future”

About: I took care of my family dog for 14 years up until last year when he passed away. I am looking to spend more time with dogs and love being around animals, so would love to help in any way I can - whether that's going on walks or pet / house sitting. My job is very flexible so I am available most times during the week and any times on the weekends. I can work around most schedules. I am respectful to any rules the owners set out ahead of time, and will only be in the pet's space as much as the owners would prefer.
About: Both my husband and I have hands-on experience as pet owners and frequent Rover clients! I’m from Utah and my husband, Ikumi, is from Japan, where I lived for 9 years. We actually brought our Golden Retriever, Arc, overseas with us from Japan, so we are incredibly attuned to keeping dogs safe and comfortable during big life transitions. Between the two of us, we’ve grown up with French Bulldogs, Labs, Poodles, and Australian Shepherds, giving us a great foundation for handling all different sizes and energy levels. Because we use Rover for Arc, we know exactly what pet parents want: excellent communication, lots of photos, and total peace of mind. We decided to become sitters because we simply love dogs and want Arc to have regular playmates. Whether your dog is young and playful or an older dog who just wants to lounge, we will treat your pup exactly like our own! Between my hybrid work schedule (three days in the office, two at home) and my husband’s evening part-time schedule working at MLB games, we have pet care completely covered! There is almost always someone at home, meaning your dog will rarely be without human company. For exercise, we stick to a great routine: we usually take Arc out for a dedicated hour-long walk together during the day, supplemented by reliable morning and nightly potty breaks. When your dog stays with us, their comfort and safety are our top priorities. We maintain a secure, clean, and entirely dog-friendly environment, and we always closely supervise playtime, especially as your pup gets to know our dog, Arc! Our philosophy is to let your dog set the pace and we will match their energy. If they are feeling active, we love bringing out the toys for a fun play session in the home. If they are older, anxious, or just want to relax, we are more than happy to just cuddle and chill. We strictly follow your specific rules and routines regarding feeding, treats, and furniture privileges to ensure a trustworthy, stress-free stay that feels just like their own home.

“Sebastian is very professional and kind. He is easy to communicate with. Our dog is difficult to control on a leash but he handled her well over an hour long walk. Would highly recommend his services, and plan to book again! Thanks Sebastian!”

“I booked Elizabeth to walk my dog while I was away on a work trip, and she was fantastic! She suggested a meet-and-greet beforehand, which I really appreciated. Throughout the process, she was attentive, communicative, and very friendly. I felt completely at ease leaving my dog in her care. I’d definitely book her again and recommend her!”

I work from home full-time on my computer and love a furry companion to keep company with! I am available for bookings anytime, and prefer long-term bookings to take the time to get to know your fur baby and make them feel comfortable with me. I am available throughout the day to go on walks, and I love being outdoors. Unfortunately, I am not able to board as there are other pets in my home. I prioritize maintaining the pets routine and appreciate being left with detailed care instructions that I can follow closely. Whether I'm house sitting or taking your dog for a walk, I'll make sure they get plenty of attention, exercise, affection, and a safe, comfortable environment. Since I work from home, I can also provide extra companionship and consistency during house-sitting stays.
About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, starting with my family’s cat Bella and our goldendoodle Triscuit (who, yes, was just as lovable as her snack-sized name suggests). Growing up with both a cat and a dog taught me how to adapt to different pet personalities, whether that means entertaining an energetic pup or respecting a cat’s need for their royal personal space. Since then, I’ve cared for all kinds of cats and dogs. Making them feel comfortable, safe, and happy while their humans are away. Whether it's playing around the house, going for nature walks, or simply existing in each other's company, I make sure every pet gets the attention they deserve. Animals tend to warm up to me quickly, and I make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away For me, pet sitting isn’t just about responsibility, it’s something I genuinely enjoy. Taking care of pets while traveling makes the experience even better, and I love getting to know each pet’s unique personality. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your home and furry friends with care, respect, and maybe a little extra belly-rubbing, I’d love to help! My routine is usually quite flexible so I adapt to the needs of the pets I am with. Usually that means a walk and or play time in the morning, afternoon, and evening. At home, I keep things clean, organized, and well cared for. I bring that same level of care when staying in someone else’s home, making sure everything stays tidy, plants stay happy, and your space looks just as good, if not better, than when you left. Basically, you’ll come home to a well-kept house and a happy pet.

“Lyric was available on very short notice, and was so helpful and thoughtful with our pups. She offered to fill water when she wasn’t asked, and complimented how cute our dogs are! Highly recommend her :)”

About: I’m someone that’s great with dogs. One of my favorite dogs I’ve looked out for is a pit bull and my experience with such dog makes me unique. I’m looking to make my runs more interesting and tagging along a dog on my runs will make it more of a fun experience for me. I enjoy being around dogs and soon I’m looking to have my own. With this experience I’ll gain more knowledge about different types of dogs which would make my process easier when it comes time for me to decide what dog id want to own in the long run. In conclusion I’m easy going and easy to be around with. In the end my experience speaks for its self when it comes to dog care.
“Lisa treats my dog like her own! My pup LOVES to halt in the middle of grass and roll around, and Lisa engages with that and frequently stops and smells the roses together. I love how many pictures I get and how attentive and caring Lisa is.”

About: I love dogs, big and small! I'm happy to take them on walks, to dog parks and/or chill at home! I can confidently and gently administer medication. My personal policy is to house-sit one home at a time, so caring for your animal(s) has my full attention. Detailed instructions are appreciated; however, with my plethora of experience, keen intuition, and solution-oriented methods I can create a routine that honors your family's home. I naturally rise early which has been very suitable to a lot of fur-friends schedules and needs. My availability for Spring/Summer will be a little less flexible so please reach out as early as you can to meet! :) Any and all specific directions provided will be honored. I always leave every space I'm in cleaner than I found it. It is important to me that your babies are/feel safe and that you return to your home feeling refreshed by the comfort that is a well taken care of aboad.
“Aleks has walked our dog Woody for the past 2 years and he’s the absolute best!! We feel so comfortable and confident that Woody is well cared for when he’s with him. He goes above and beyond to make Woody’s day extra special, and has even helped him feel more comfortable around other dogs. Overall, we could not recommend Aleks more strongly!”

Thank you!”

“Our girl Rebel was so happy to and well taken care of. We got lots of photos and updates daily, it gave it peace of mind trust our baby was well taken care of and being loved.”

“Another wonderful stay! It’s always a mini vacation for Zella when she stays with Janet. We’re so appreciative of the adorable daily updates of Zella’s adventures around Seattle! :)”

“Allison was so great with my dog. I could tell my dog had a good time with her. I received a lot of photos so I felt good about leaving Zeta with her and will definitely book again :)”

“This was my first time boarding Nico with Ana. Our meet and greet went very well. Ana is kind, friendly, and asked plenty of questions about Nico’s needs and preferences. I left feeling very comfortable moving forward with the booking. Nico was so well cared for while staying with Ana. Not only does she care deeply for animals, she understands how it must feel to leave your pet with someone else. She was very quick to reply to any messages and sent lots of updates and photos while we were away. Great communication and I would 100% recommend Ana as a fantastic pet sitter! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ll definitely have Nico stay with Ana again in the future.”

“Audra, Andrew, and Cooper always give Bongo so much love and affection! They are wonderful sitters that treat him like their own. Their love for Bongo really shows!”

“Kay was beyond communicative, flexible, and sweet with us and with our big dog. She took into consideration his health and temperament and still welcomed him in. I'd happily work with Kay again. Thanks!”
“Michael was an amazing sitter for my dog and communicator for me!! We had a last minute schedule change and were traveling to Seattle unexpectedly. Michael was so helpful and accommodating to make this work with less notice than usual! He was prompt and communicative sending me pictures of Sox updates along the way. His dog Ellie was very chill and seemed to get along with Sox great. I definitely would (and will!) work with Michael again!”

“Great sitter! Very accommodating and attentive to my dog, asking lots of questions and giving updates throughout his stay. He looked super relaxed and comfy with them in his update pics. Would definitely book again!”

“This was our first time using Rover, and Elan was absolutely amazing with Yoda while we were out of town for 6 days. She provided regular picture updates, and you could genuinely tell he was happy, comfortable, and well cared for. The last couple times we used traditional kennel boarding, Yoda came home very depressed and stressed. This experience was completely different. With Elan, it truly felt like he was staying with family. We came home to a happy dog, and that gave us so much peace of mind while traveling. We would absolutely trust her with Yoda again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone caring and dependable.”
