“Kathleen really is the best! I’d give her 6/5 stars if I could. She was not only timely with the girls’ schedule, she sent us updates everyday along with pictures of them. We could tell how much she cared for the girls and we can’t thank her enough. Our cat was dealing with some vomiting issues, but Kathleen was on top of keeping us updated and making sure she was doing ok. We can’t recommend her enough!”

“Ava did such an amazing job! We are high maintenance cat parents, and she was super attentive to directions. She left the home spotless as well. I really appreciated how Ava would communicate with us on everything - when she needed to leave, she let us know what she was doing and expected return time. This really helps relieve anxiety and allowed us to enjoy our trip. Thank you Ava!”

“Erin is the best! This is her second time watching our cats and they were well taken care of! We came home to happy kitties and a clean home. Thank you, Erin!!”

“Elena watched our sweet but slow-to-warm-up-to-new-people dog over the Fourth of July. She did a great job being patient with him and meeting him at his comfort levels. She was also great at communication when it came to looking out for our dog's stress levels with the fireworks and successfully administered some medication to aid. We will definitely hire Elena again!”

“Raquel was responsive and very affectionate and responsible with the pets! Maggie got lots of walks and the house was extra clean. We were glad we chose her to house sit for us.”

“The Rovers I depended on pre Covid moved away and I got used to just being at home with Madison. Aileen is amazing with Madison. Madison knows her as “her people” now and Madison’s mom was able to get away for a day of being around people without any worries. The fact that Madison didn’t scream. Or care really that I left made me have a better day. Thank you!”

“Meagan was fantastic! She shared daily updates about our senior cat, Pinot, along with pictures and videos. She also took excellent care of our house while we were away.”

About: I’m a dog parent and PhD student with 4+ years of walking and caring for my own reactive dog, and 17 years of petsitting dogs, cats, small mammals, and lizards. My goal in pet care of any kind is making sure your pets feel as safe, loved, and happy as possible. I’m very comfortable working with reactivity in dogs and will ask all dog owners what their dog’s limits and preferences are with common triggers during walks. I also have experience with senior dog care and medication administration. I’m a PhD student with a flexible work schedule during the school year and full daytime availability during the summer. I am also a part-time musician. The safety and comfort of your pets is my most important priority. I commit to following the “leave no trace” rule when visiting in client’s homes.
About: I have 6 pets as of now, but have had a total of 8. I am very experienced in caring for both cats and dogs, having grown up with them, and am well-versed in walking, feeding, and loving these animals. I have experience in dealing with health issues and administering medication in the form of oral syrups/pills and injections (diabetic and acid reflux). I am currently a student at UW, but have an open schedule over the summer. I am available over the weekends and weekdays between 9 am and 11 pm. Sadly, I don't offer overnight stays to new clients, but I am willing to open that option at a later date. Nonetheless, with communication, we can sort out a plan that suits both parties, as I am flexible! My services will mostly be given at my client's house as I live with roommates who have allergies. I am incredibly open and encourage scheduling meetings and interviews beforehand to ensure that this arrangement works for both parties. Regarding caring for the animals, I would spend ample time getting to know your pets, not only to make sure that they are getting emotional care, but to build a trusting relationship that will allow me to walk, feed, and care for them. As mentioned, I have experience in handling medication should the situation need it, as long as I am told and shown the procedure beforehand.
“Mandy did such a great job with our dog and cat! We appreciated that we were sent daily pictures and we came home to a well-cared for home. 10/10 would book again!”

About: I have house-sat for people in my community for 5 years now. I took care of big dogs, little dogs cats, birds, and plants! Last year I volunteered at the Emerald City Pet Shelter, but now I’m looking for a way to combine my love of animals with making a little money to help with college. I have had dogs and cats all my life and missing them is what makes college hard! I would love to hang out and walk around with your dogs! I am a full time student at UW but typically only take 3 classes a quarter which leaves open spaces in my schedule for walks! I have experience walking my own dogs and dogs I’m not familiar with, with some treats in my pocket I feel pretty confident about walking anyone!
“Really appreciated Aaron going above and beyond to help with a last minute need to give Duncan eye drop meds several times a day. Aaron was reassuring that he could take this additional ask on and allowed us to go on our trip without issue.”

“What a great sitting experience! Andrea sent lots of great updates and photos throughout. It was fantastic to know our pup was getting great exercise and activity.”

“Karen communicates well, always leaves my place clean, and keeps my dog Reese happy while I'm away! She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure he is cared for.”

“Natalia is a fantastic housesitter and cat whisperer! She handled my brave troublemaker and shy old lady with ease, sending pictures and comments every day. We were vacationing several time zones away in a place with limited cell phone service, and when things came up and we couldn’t connect immediately she just figured it out and handled it beautifully. We returned to a clean home and happy kitties. A++++++”

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life, ranging from sizes as small as a chiweenie and as big as an irish wolfhound. My dad has a pet pig (ask me about it) that has a feeding schedule starting at 5 am, so following a strict routine with pet care comes naturally to me. While I do not currently have pets of my own, I occasionally dog sit for family and friends. I’m currently on leave from work to take a burnout break, so I am available at all times during the week. Would love to play or walk with your dog while you are at work. Hoping to spend some time outside this summer and a new doggy friend is the perfect companion! While I am not available for boarding, I am a quiet and calm person who pays attention to dog body language. I love when dogs are cuddly and playful, but I am adaptable and good at reading body language so I can match your dog’s personality. I find dogs naturally gravitate towards me because I respect their boundaries and give them space to warm up to me.
“Highly recommend Noah for housesitting. He took such great care of my pup and was very attentive to his needs. Sent lots of pictures and updates, which I love. And he left the apartment nice and clean when I came home!! Will definitely be booking with him again.”

Kaitlyn is a great sitter, she stayed in my home over the weekend and took great care of my older dog. He needs medicine on a regular schedule and she was able to handle that no problem. Apartment was in great shape when I returned. She is responsible, flexible, and communicative. Thanks, Kaitlyn!

It's been an extremely smooth and easy process working with Tessa over the holiday weekend! Tessa was very communicative, patient and took great care of Beanie and Alfie. She also went above and beyond to get me updates for some new behaviors during the last walk with Beanie along with some stubborn behaviors resulting in a sloght change of plans for end of evening activities. Really appreciate your flexibility, communication and help over the weekend! Will plan to book care for Alfie and Beanie with Tessa again, thank you!!

My kitty and I are lucky to have found Margaret during this hot weather. She made sure my kitty was cool and comfortable, running my window AC and looking after the house. She was patient with my shy kitty and was great with communication, answering my questions and sending photos. Margaret provided a lot of relief from stress, knowing someone responsible was there to care for my baby boy.

Leaving our dogs in dabs, Debs and Paul's care gave us such peace of mind while we were away. The daily update and pictures let us know that the dogs were being well cared for. Especially for our dog with epilepsy, updates about his medication schedule allowed us to have a stress-free vacation.
