“Xuemei is reliable, accommodating and friendly. Peppi loves spending time with her and her dog, Lily. This is Peppi’s second time coming to her place and it looks like he will keep coming back.”

“Amie watched my dog for daycare and was wonderful to work with! She made special accommodations for my dog, who is dog reactive. Amie sent frequent updates and was easy to communicate with. It was clear my dog was well taken care of!”

“Yan was fantastic! She sent me lots of photos and videos of my dog throughout the day and he had a great time at her house. She was flexible and communicative and I will definitely book again!”

“I am so thankful to have found this wonderful duo to watch Ellie for me while I was working! They sent me pictures and videos throughout the day, sending me updates on Ellie. I also appreciate how responsive they were to any messages I sent. Ellie got home and knocked out for hours so I know she had a blast ❤️ Will definitely turn to these two again in the future!! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Our pup came home so happy and tired after daycare with Darlayna. They went for lots of walks, swimming no, bike rides, all of the things! By just the second day of daycare our dog was running to her front door, ready to go play… a much better option than coming home to a bored dog. At the end of the day she was happy and safe which is the most important part, we will definitely be seeing Darlayna again. 😊”

“Michelle was fantastic! Our dogs felt completely comfortable with her, and she kept us updated throughout the day with messages and photos. We really appreciate the extra care - she even took them on a walk.”

“Carmen is wonderful! She took such great care of our puppy. The updates and photos she sent helped this first-time puppy mama feel at ease knowing my pup was having fun and in such great hands. Highly recommend!”

“Nicole was fantastic! We were able to set up a meet & greet before daycare so Rocco would be familiar with Nicole prior to the booking. During daycare, Nicole sent updates & pictures showing Rocco having a great time. Rocco was so excited to see Nicole on day 2 of daycare and that says everything as that's Rocco's stamp of approval. I highly recommend Nicole and will be booking again. Thank you!”

About: I have extensive experience caring for dogs, often helping friends by looking after their pups. I’m very patient and love spending time playing, cuddling, and making sure pets feel happy and safe. Since I’m active and have a high energy level, I truly enjoy taking dogs on long walks and giving them the exercise they need. At home, I can also work with dogs that struggle with separation anxiety, helping them feel more comfortable and relaxed when their owners are away. My goal is to provide not only reliable care but also a fun, loving environment where every dog feels like part of the family As a full time homemaker, I have the flexibility to provide all-day care. I’m especially suited for doggy day care, giving pets plenty of playtime, walks, and companionship. I have experience with small dogs and can also support pups with separation anxiety. I already have a small dog at home, so my space is set up to be pet-friendly with treats, toys, and supplies ready. Dogs in my care can enjoy a safe and comfortable environment, regular playtime, and plenty of love. I usually take the dogs out three times a day, making sure they get enough exercise and fresh air. If your pup enjoys socializing, they’ll also have the chance to play and keep company with my friendly small dog.
“Hannah was great! She was flexible with my schedule, responded quickly and took great care of my pup. Scout left happy and I would definitely book them again!”

About: Hi! I’ve been around dogs my whole life, starting with a Golden Retriever, a Maltese, and a Bichon growing up. Each one taught me something different about care, patience, and unconditional love. Today, my partner and I share our lives with Mana, our loyal and energetic Blue Heeler. We are a dog loving team who treats every pup like family, whether that means long walks, playtime, or just relaxing together. We know how important it is to feel confident your pet is in caring hands, and we’re here to offer just that. Between the both of us, we have mostly full availability. Plenty of time for play and fun, from morning walks to afternoon check ins or even overnight stays! We live directly across the street from Magnuson dog park which we frequent and have a large 1100+ sq ft condo to play and rest in. Plus our Mana boy is sweet, social and loves having other pups around.
About: I have been taking care of pets since my childhood, as my family always had dogs, cats, and reptiles. I even had a bunny and a hedgehog at one point, which you don’t see very often. I have seen a large variety of personality and needs from all of the pets I have owned, as well as pets of family and friends who have needed assistance with care when they are away. I have experience with anxious animals, reactive animals, etc. so I am very aware of different stressors for pets, and want to make sure I give them the best experience in my care. I am currently working full-time from home, so I am fully available for pet care after work around 5pm. Because I work from home I am more flexible if I need to step out at times throughout the day to provide drop in pet care services. I can even bring my work with me if of course more time permits to a certain caregiving job. I prioritize your pet’s safety by keeping your dog on leash at all times during walks and being aware of my surroundings while on walks. It is important for me to be notified of any behavior issues before working with your animal to keep your animal, other people/animals, and myself safe. Whether I am caring for your pet in home or out for a walk, I will always make sure your animal feels safe and comfortable to the best of my ability.
About: About Me I’ve cared for just about every kind of animal you can imagine, including years of fostering dogs and cats. I recently lost my own dog, so I’m genuinely happy to open my home (and heart) to yours. I work from home full-time, which means your pet gets constant attention, outdoor time, and a calm, reliable routine throughout the day. Why Clients Love Me I treat every pet like family — tuned in to their routines, quirks, and comfort. Whether it’s a jog around the block, quiet downtime, or play breaks between meetings, I make sure each animal feels safe and cared for. Clear communication, photo updates, and dependable follow-through are just part of how I work. I work from home as a financial manager for the WA Ferry System, so your pet is never left unattended. My flexible schedule means plenty of outdoor breaks, playtime, and attention throughout the day. I don’t currently have any pets at home, so there’s no need to worry about compatibility with other animals. I’m right next to a park, and my condo complex has a fenced dog area for play and potty breaks. Working remotely means your pet always gets quick attention and care.
Hawthorne Hills dog parents share their Rover experiences
Clarie took good care of Aggie. We were in Seattle and needed someone who could take care of our dog for 1 day. Claire responds pretty fast and is very responsible girl. She kept us sending updates and pictures of Aggie while in her care. Would definitely use her services again when in Seattle. Highly recommend her.

Ollie loved being around Valerie and her husband. He usually a very shy dog, but he warmed up to them immediately. We booked Valerie for two days and he was excited to see her again the second day. I can tell he had a great time! Valerie gave him lots of attention and walks. Ollie will definitely love to come back ◡̈ ♡

Michael (and Miranda!) were great with my pup Pip. They were very understanding when my schedule went sideways and they took really wonderful care if my very active and playful and attention-hungry doggo. 💙 I absolutely would recommend them and I'll soon be a return client of them as of next week!
