Lindsey was responsible for a 4 feeding schedule with special kibble and a pill feeding regime for a 12yo tripod with moderate elbow arthritis. I am happy to leave a positive review and offer recommendations for Lindsey as a sitter to others.”

About: I started working with animals in high school, accruing hundreds of volunteer hours at my local animal shelter, where I honed in on my passion for pet care. As I transitioned to university life, I started walking dogs on the weekends, and really enjoy getting to hang out and provide for other people's pets. I have open availability through most of the week, and for late-evening drop ins over the weekends. This allows me a lot of time and flexibility to devote to caring for your pets. Communication is key, and I strive to ensure all preferences are met during my visit/walk with your pet! I will frequently send updates, such as photos from during my visit/walk, and a little blurb about what your pet and I got up!

He spent tons of quality time with the animals (lots of walks and time playing outside for the puppy, and pets for the bunny) the house was spotless when we returned home. Beau was a great sitter. They housesat for our two medium-sized dogs and our cat. Our pets loved them from the moment they met during the meet and greet. They were communicative with frequent updates and photos. They also went above and beyond to take care of the house, including watering the garden, washing bedding, and even remaking the bed. I would highly recommend Beau and will be using them as a sitter in the future.
Kim was absolutely fantastic! We felt so comfortable with her staying over night with our 2 frenchies. She took amazing care of them and treated our home as if it was her own. Leaving our dogs in dabs, Debs and Paul's care gave us such peace of mind while we were away. The daily update and pictures let us know that the dogs were being well cared for. Especially for our dog with epilepsy, updates about his medication schedule allowed us to have a stress-free vacation.
What a treat to know our pets were well loved and taken care of while away, then happy to have us home and right back into our normal routine with ease. Charlotte was wonderful watching our dog and cat while we were on vacation, sharing cute pictures and making sure they were comfortable and cuddled, plus other household things as needed like packages.
Alma is a remarkably trustworthy, conscientious, and warm-hearted catsitter, and I can’t sing her praises enough. Over the years, I have been fortunate to have had some pretty good catsitters, as well as a couple not so good ones. But Alma is truly outstanding. After interviewing a number of people on Rover, Alma stood out as very professional and detail-oriented during her meet-and-greet with us. Crucially, she also made an immediate connection with our furbaby, who normally hides away from strangers. We immediately appreciated that Alma exhibited the soul of a cat-lover AND the skillset of an executive assistant. Throughout our trip, she sent us daily updates, photos, and videos, all of which helped put us at ease. Furthermore, when a nearby neighbor in our complex started a kitchen fire, prompting the fire department to order all tenants to exit the building, Alma handled the situation with expert aplomb. She alerted us as soon as she was able to track down our hiding cat, get her into her carrier, and get her outside. Our baby also loathes being put into her carrier. Yet, because she already had such a strong connection with Alma, she willingly accepted being placed in her carrier and taken outside. Alma also handled the situation of leftover fire smoke in our unit very well, taking our kitty in her carrier to the park while our air filters worked to clean the indoor air. We received text updates and plenty of info throughout this process. We came back from our trip to an apartment that was cleaner than how we’d left it, and a cat who was the opposite of stressed out! Our kitty normally takes much longer to warm back up to us once we return from a trip, but thanks to Alma’s attention and care in our absence, our kitty was in great emotional shape upon our arrival back. We know she misses Alma, and we hope to be able to rebook this exceptional catsitter the next time we go out of town. Thank you, Alma!
Jasmine is the best! We always leave for our trip knowing our two kitties will be in good hands, and well cared for and loved. It is such a relief knowing we don't have to even worry about them because Jasmine does such a great job caring for them and taking care of the apartment, too. We always do stay-in apartment sitting because the kitties are happier that way and it gives us piece of mind knowing the place is being watched and lived in.
