About: We have a dog and a cat of our own. We both have grown up with medium to large sized dogs since a young age, most of whom were adopted mixed breed terriers and a few pure-breds as well; Labradors and an English Springer Spaniel specifically. We have had experience with pet-sitting for dogs who have ranged from very small on up to the size of 85+lbs. We are familiar with dogs who have separation anxiety, food aggression, and aggression toward other dogs. In the past we have facilitated the following: walks, play time, meal prep if there is a special diet, giving medication, crating if crate-trained, help with vet visits, baths (if necessary), and are comfortable caring for your furry loved one in your home. Sara currently has full availability! This allows for a lot of time to spend with your pet, ensuring they get all the love they need. At our home, we have a decently sized, fenced in backyard. It is imperative to both of us that the pets are kept safe. We always have a leash on during walks, only allowing off-leash in our backyard or at dog parks. We're vigilant in making sure any pet doesn't get into anything they shouldn't. We also have a light up collar for walks at night.

About: I've had both dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. I love animals big and small and there's no pet-related problem that I can't handle! Dogs love my fun energy and positive reinforcement and they feel confident with me. Cats trust my calm demeanor and know they are in charge of all our interactions. As a dog & cat mom, I'm a pro with all aspects of pet care, even the gross parts. It's important to me to stick to your routine as much as possible to give your pet the best walking or sitting experience! All dogs who stay with me at doggy daycare or overnight boarding will get a goodie bag to take home. Let me know ahead of their stay if they have dietary restrictions, allergies, or if we're staying away from treats :) I'm 100% focused on pet care right now and can adapt to your schedule or routine depending on your pet's needs. I spend a few hours with my own pets each day which can flex around your schedule or be combined with time I spend with your pet, if agreed upon ahead of time. My house is a dog wonderland! All furniture is dog friendly and there is a fully fenced, private yard for dogs to access whenever they want. Meals are served in separate rooms to keep everyone safe and happy. Cats are welcome here too - the entire upstairs can be closed off so they can have private space away from my dog with no risk of accidental escapes outside.

About: I’ve had my family dog, Teddy, for over 11 years, ever since she was a tiny puppy with significantly more teeth than she has now. She doesn’t currently live with me, but growing up with her has given me a lot of experience with a full spectrum of pet life, from puppy chaos to senior naps, slower walks, and very strong opinions. I’ve also been a trusted godparent of several friends’ fur babies over the years, from sleepy senior shih-tzu mixes to velcro pitties to a cat who definitely secretly thinks he's Spider-Man. I genuinely love getting to know each little guy’s quirks, routines, boundaries, and preferred amount of attention, whether that means lots of playtime, a very specific dinner ritual, or simply being nearby while they take a cat nap. I recently finished grad school and am currently applying for jobs from home, which means I spend a lot of my day at my computer and would be extremely delighted to have a coworker keeping me company. Your pet will never be out of sight, and I have plenty of flexibility for walks, playtime, meals, medication, potty breaks, or lots and lots of belly rubs. And if I’m being honest, your fur baby will be doing me just as much of a favor by reminding me to step away from my laptop every once in a while and touch some grass (literally or metaphorically). I’m also happy to bring that same routine to your home for house sitting, so your pet can stay comfortable in their own space. Whether I’m a guest in your home or your fur baby is visiting mine, my goal is to make their routine feel as familiar and stress-free as possible. I’m very tidy, attentive, respectful of your space, and mindful of the little things that help them feel more comfortable. I’ll follow your care instructions diligently, respond to your pet’s needs quickly and gently, and do my best to keep their environment calm, safe, and fun. I’m also big on communication, so I’m more than happy to send regular updates, photos, and little check-ins, if you’d like. And I’ll always reach out if I notice anything unusual or have a question about their care. I do live in an apartment, so I don’t have a private yard, but my building has a lovely open courtyard where your pet can get some fresh air and explore. For dogs who need more outdoor time, I’m also flexible with building regular walks and potty breaks into their routine. And indoors, I have plenty of open space for them to roam, play, stretch out, and make themselves at home. More than anything, I want you to feel at ease leaving your fur baby in my care. I know how much that trust means, and I’ll always do my best to make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away.
