“The boys were very happy and well-loved! Ana was great with some semi-complicated directions while our landlord is doing some construction on our place. She took great care of them and helped them get through the evening of Fourth of July!”

“Emily did an awesome job looking after our 2 cats for the better part of a week! She was super responsible and listened carefully when we explained the different diets the cats needed as well as the procedure for pilling one of one of them. During our time away one of our cats hid out of shyness and Emily tracked him down and lured him out to make sure he got his food each day. I'd recommend her for any cat-sitting need you might have!”

“Sara took amazing care of our cats! She kept me updated with messages and photos every visit, and our cats looked happy and relaxed the whole time. Communication was super easy and friendly. I’d happily book with her again. Highly recommend!”

About: Hi! I'm a dependable and caring pet lover based in North Seattle. I know every dog and cat has their own personality, and I love getting to know what makes each one feel happy, comfortable, and safe. You can count on me to be punctual, reliable, and attentive to the little details and any special instructions. I’ll always keep you updated with photos and messages, so you can relax knowing your furry family member is in good hands. I'm very available from 10am to 10pm 7 days a week. I WFH and have no kids, so I will have plenty of time to get to know your pets, and I can easily adapt to your schedule and needs. Whether we’re going for a fun walk, taking a potty break, or just spending quality time together, I’ll treat your pet with the same patience, kindness, and care that I’d want for my own.
“Zephyr is amazing with my cat Lulu. He took a last minute booking for me and I could tell from the pictures that my cat enjoyed his company. Highly recommend his services (:”

About: Ive taken care of a variety of pets throughout my life. Often I have watched pets for friends and family, mostly dogs and a few cats. Ive owned exotic pets myself so I'm comfortable watching those too if need be. I'm currently on the hunt for a job and I need to earn some money in the meantime, so why not do that with one of things I love most- animals! I have lots of freetime, but I'd rather not start too early or go too late if possible. I have a pretty roomy apartment with two roommates who are all for having pets visit as we don't have any of our own. The neighborhoods near me are perfect for walks! If I'm at your place just tell me what I need to do and I'll do it. Feel free to leave me a list of anything you can think of!
“In addition taking care of my wild little cat for two full weeks, Jenica fed fish in an outdoor pond, and kept the birds and squirrels supplied with birdseed and peanuts. Jenica is reliable, attentive to details, and caring. I returned to a happy well fed cat. Highly recommend.”

About: I have been around dogs a majority of my life. I've helped taken care of dogs, small and large, by feeding, walking, and giving medication when needed. I'm an owner of a happy 4 year old Shih Tzu/Maltese that I've had since they were a puppy. I would like to provide your pup the best experience possible while ensuring their safety. I currently work Monday - Thursdays so I am available for boarding on Friday and the weekends. I am able to provide the care and attention your dog may need during these times and help provide updates on their wellbeing. My apartment building has a dog run that is only accessible to residents which helps ensure who can access it. I usually take the dogs out every 4-6 hours for a potty break. There is enough space in the living room for the dogs to play a little or laze around.
“We had an unexpected emergency come up with our primary sitter and had to cancel their visits. This was quite a scary situation for us since our pet is diabetic and needs routine injections. Adriana made herself available with very short notice and we were able to avoid any missed insulin injections. We are truly grateful that she was quick to respond to our emergency, and was willing to spend multiple prior visits learning how to take care of Zorro's insulin injections and blood glucose readings. We truly feel she saved Zorro from a serious health emergency. We also love Adriana's warmth when meeting with Zorro and we think this went a long way with helping him feel relaxed while we were away. Thank you Adriana!”

“Michelle is wonderful! She does weekly drop-in visits for my puppy and always takes great care of him! She is always on time and gives me updates and pictures after each visit. I couldn’t recommend her enough!”

“We feel so fortunate to have found Tanja! She took care of our pug while we were away for multiple days - we were able to enjoy our vacation knowing that she was in such good hands. Thank you, Tanja!”

“Natalia was amazing. She was wonderful at handling my dog (a very strong Doberman) and worked to accommodate a last-minute several-day request due to an emergency. She provided lots of pictures during walks and feedings, checked in frequently, and was very communicative about the schedule. She’s also just a kind-hearted person. Thank you, Natalia!”

About: I've owned cats for many years and I grew up with dogs. I've cared for friends' cats, dogs, chickens, fish, lizards, and plants before. I studied animal behavior in college and I am a plant scientist and have worked in greenhouses. Animals seem to trust me naturally and I can usually communicate with them non-verbally to help meet their needs and make them happy. Cared for senior pets with medication needs. I always try to leave the home better than I found it :) will show respect for your home and take care of your pets and plants as if they were my own. Ask me about house cleaning that I can also do while I'm sitting for a discount rate :) I am currently working at UW as a biologist. I love animals and have done a lot of house sitting in the past. I can no longer do overnight stays since I have adopted a cat, but I would love to do drop in visits for your animals and/or dog walking while you are gone. Can also water plants! I will care for your pets per your instructions. I love playing and cuddling with pets, going on walks with them, practicing their tricks etc
“Audie was such a lovely and trusting sitter to our two girls! We had a pretty tall order of tasks and she completed everything with ease—and then some! We would absolutely have Audie back to watch our kitties again :)”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Pinehurst
Desiree & Lucas are amazing! They came to meet Nebula first and they are just the coolest humans. It's clear they love pets and it matters to them that your baby is happy and comfortable. Even though Nebula can be tough to win over, they managed to do it in just a few visits. We're definitely going to be repeat customers!

Jovian did drop-in visits for our two cats while we were away and it was completely stress-free. Great photo updates every visit, and both cats were relaxed and well fed when we got home. Easy to communicate with and accommodating when our plans had to change. We'll book her again.

Jeanne always does an outstanding job taking care of my two cats. I appreciate how well she communicates and love reviewing the pics she sends in the Rover cards. She's my go-to pet sitter whenever I schedule a trip. I actually book my trips around her schedule because I don't want to use another pet sitter!

Kendra was amazing with our dogs and took great care to communicate and go above and beyond. We didn’t have to worry once during our vacation, as she regularly sent updates and pictures when she’d come by. She even walked them one day, which we greatly appreciated since they love going out! Highly recommend her for anyone needing a dog sitter who wants total peace of mind.

Virginia helped take care of my kitty when I was out of town and it was such a joy. I had previously had a pretty unreliable cat sitter so finding Virginia was such a relief. Virginia communicated wonderfully, followed instructions to a T and even brought in my packages that had been delivered early. Not only can I recommend Virginia endlessly, I will be rebooking without a doubt!
