I’m Pet First Aid & CPR-certified and Pet Wilderness First Aid-certified, so you can rest easy knowing your furiend is in capable, safety-conscious hands. For Housesits, I stay in your own home and stick closely to their regular routine which keeps them as stress-free and comfortable as possible while their best friend (you!) is away.
Information Alexa L. would like to know about your pet
Does your pup have any allergies? Injuries? Health history? Do they have any silly quirks? Any helpful commands or tricks while walking? And most importantly, where are their treats? ;)
A typical day
For Walks, we will go on jaunts and sniff adventures around your neighborhood. For Housesits, we can do anything from couch cuddles to trail walks. If comfortable with car rides, we can go to Alki, Lincoln Park, or run with other pups at Westcrest Off-leash Dog Park.

Pet care experience
Henlo hoomans, I’m Alexa! One of the few born and raised in Seattle (yup, a true local!), I've called White Center, Beacon Hill, Capitol Hill, Seward Park, and now West Seattle home so I know this town and its neighborhoods like the back of my paw! I’ve shared my life with all kinds of wonderful pups. I grew up with two adorable Dachshunds, Mia and Tyson (Tyson was actually born in my garage!). I’ve also lived with Stoney, a wise old German Shepherd, and often care for Gizmo, a feisty Schnauzer-Poodle mix. To top it off, I’m even a proud godparent to two corgis, Stewy and Rilo. With years of experience caring for pups of all sizes, ages, and personalities, I can confidently hang with even those needing an extra bit of love and care. Pet care is my full-time career. In addition to Rover, I run my own pet care business, fully licensed with the City of Seattle. As such, I have a fairly flexible schedule since I don't have the traditional 9-5. I’m also Pet First Aid & CPR-certified and Wilderness Pet First Aid-certified. Alongside Rover’s insurance, I’m additionally covered through the Pet Sitters Association, giving you extra peace of mind that both your pet and your home are protected. Whether it’s strolls around Lincoln Park, beach walks along Alki, playtime at Westcrest Off-Leash Park, or cozy neighborhood jaunts, your furiend will get personalized, loving, one-on-one care. When would you like to set up a meet and treat?

Reviews

Alexa is the only reason we can travel (haha). Our three cats love her, and we're always grateful for how well she handles our asthmatic and dramatic cats!

We can always count on Alexa to do an exceptional job. Shes the only one we trust with our pet. We appreciate her to the moon and back! Thank you, Alexa, for being so dependable and a sitter our pet adores.

Alexa provides fantastic care and I would recommend very highly! She’s very communicative and made sure to meet my dog and really get to know her before her first visit.

I dont know what we would do without Alexa. Shes sincerely the best sitter we could have asked for! Our pup loves her so much and we feel like we can truly enjoy our vacations because our dog is in such good hands. Thanks for everything you do, Alexa!
