Hi, I’m Katie! I’ve had pets—both dogs and cats—my whole life, and I treat every animal like family. I’ve cared for senior and special-needs pets, including administering medication, preparing special meals, and even helping with wound care. Friends and family often call on me to house sit, do day visits, or handle walks, feeding, and clean-up. You can count on me to show up on time, follow instructions closely, and give your pet the love and attention they deserve.

I’ve supported my parents’ medically fragile older dogs and cats by charting and dispensing medication (including insulin injections), preparing special diets, and doing wound care, so I understand the patience and gentleness they need. I also have plenty of experience with energetic pups and cats who need playtime, walks, and companionship. No matter the age or personality, I’ll adapt to your pet’s needs, and you will have peace of mind while you’re away.

Katie's commitment to any job or project she undertakes is exceptional. We had elderly pets, dogs and cats, that required special care. One cat was diabetic, and she learned how to administer insulin injections and understood the importance of administering them at the correct time. All of the feeding and medicine charts were completed as requested. We always had a meeting before a trip to discuss the instructions and special needs, and Katie arrived on time. The pets loved her and always exhibited excitement when she came. Katie also house-sat for us many times, in addition to caring for the pets, and everything was clean and organized when we returned. After our original pet sitter was no longer available, Katie became our preferred choice, and we made sure to check her schedule before planning any getaways. Your home and pets are in excellent care if you call Katie!
Katie was a fantastic dog sitter and walker. Our dog has complex needs and multiple allergies, and she carefully followed every instruction we gave her. It gave us such peace of mind to travel internationally for an extended period, knowing our pup was not only well cared for physically, but also truly loved and nurtured in our absence. We felt completely comfortable and secure having her in our home, and we highly recommend her services.

Schedule
I work from home Mondays and Fridays and am in the office Tuesday- Thursday. The-Thu - I’m available to do quick lunch time potty breaks. Fri-Mon - I have more flexibility for before or after work and lunchtime walks.
