“Bre was fantastic watching our Cat! He has some medical that require extra effort/ needs and Bre followed directions and was very communicative in times of doubt. She also took great care of our house. We will hire her again and highly recommend her to watch your pets!”

“Nicole was superb: friendly, prompt, communicative, and most of all, really great with our two puppies. They got more walks with her than they have in a very long time! She sent videos, photos, and updates each day, which we really appreciated. Will absolutely book her again.”

“Jade was great while we were gone for a long weekend! She took wonderful care of our dogs, and it was clear how happy and relaxed the pups were when we returned home. We especially appreciated the regular updates and photos—she gave us total peace of mind while we were away. Highly recommend Jade!”

“Emily was amazing! She took care of my senior dog and cat while I was away for the weekend and sent me pictures and updates on how each was doing throughout. My senior dog is a rescue and can get anxious when I leave but he seemed to be so comfortable with Emily and was super calm during the weekend. I’ll be using Emily again next time I go out of town!”

“Jessica was so communicative, clean and kind!! She has a calm energy that our golden retriever was drawn to immediately. We received lots of updates and pictures while we were away and came home to a very clean apartment. Our dog seemed very satisfied with all the walks and playtime which he needed. Definitely recommend! 😊”

“Had such a great experience with Gianni! My dog is nervous around new people and she did a great job navigating his feelings. He ended up feeling comfortable around her. She had great communication throughout the visit and I definitely recommend people to reach out to her!”

“Alysia was amazing! She was extremely accommodating and caring for my pups. We were able to do a trial night to make sure we all meshed well and that she felt comfortable taking care of the dogs. My senior dog has quite a few extra needs and she was so good and patient with him especially. She communicated so well and sent plenty of pictures! Our apartment was spotless when we returned too, which is always an appreciated touch! We seriously couldn’t be more happy with the care and service Alysia provided! I’ll looking forward to my next out of town trip with her taking care of my babies 🥰😊”

“Andrea took great care of my special needs cat (he requires medicine twice a day and is a scaredy cat which makes it very challenging)! Andrea took her time gaining his trust and I could see from pictures that he really warmed up to her, which was such a relief!”

“Mairead is an amazing sitter. She took such great care of my dog who had just gotten diagnosed with cancer. Another sitter cancelled on me with 18 hours’ notice. I reached out to Mairead and she swooped in like Superman. I couldn’t be more grateful. She was diligent and communicative. Look no further than Mairead for all your sitting needs.”

“Sam showed up early and was wonderful with my Tibetan Terrier, Shaku, who has separation anxiety. She understood how to calm him and did a great job. I would enthusiastically welcome her back anytime. And while not required for being a great dog-sitter, Sam is a principled, intelligent, compassionate, and fascinating person who gives me hope for the future. It's just the cherry-on-top that she loves dogs and took such good care of mine.”

“Vy did a great job taking care of Kai. She asked plenty of question to confirm she understood Kai’s need and routine. I received daily updates and came home to a happy pup. I will definitely rebook with Vy!”

“Allison - amazing as always - Emma is a challenge, but always seems so chill with Allison - so wonderful knowing we can trust with our little pandemic diva - Thanks, Allison!”

“Allison is a fantastic sitter! She stayed overnight with our lab-shepherd mix, Luna, while we were out of town for a wedding. She was communicative throughout the process, sending regular text and photo updates, and she did a great job taking care of our rather grumpy old dog.”

“Hope helped us out with day sitting Harlow!! Our pup loved her and Hope was super quick to respond to my booking request, provided updates for our pup and took a great care of Harlow. Will definitely use her services in the future!”

“I appreciate that Omar took the time to meet with me beforehand so my dog could get comfortable with him, that actually makes a big difference. He followed all the instructions I provided. My place was left exactly how I left it which shows he respects my space, and that’s always a plus. I’m booking him again soon!”

“Kexin was great with my pup! She was very communicative and asked many questions to make sure that my puppy was properly taken care of and happy. She is super sweet and I would absolutely recommend her!”

“Pablo was amazing. He helped us out when our other sitter had to cancel last minute. He was flexible and did not at all seem bothered by our last minute request. Pablo also sent plenty of pictures that showed how much our pets loved him! We will definitely be using Pablo again, thank you!!!”

About: I have lived with my best friend’s 3-year-old dog for the past couple of years and love to take care of him anytime she’s away - I have always wanted a dog of my own so I take my dog aunt duties very seriously. I also helped my parents raise their puppy, who is now 1 years old and by far the favorite child. I’m currently a student on summer break, so I will have plenty of flexibility to work with your schedule and time needs. Since I am not otherwise employed I am able to give your dog my full undivided attention. I live on the second story of a spacious Chicago three-flat with two dog-loving roommates and a small 14lb playful dog who loves to cuddle.

Jorie was great with my anxious dog Bear! She was patient, calm, and gently assertive where needed and he felt very comfortable with her. He can be reactive with strangers and she handled him well. Bear fell into his normal routine quickly, and relaxed at home during the house sit.

Dominick deserves SO many more stars than 5 - please read my review if you have a puppy that needs a sitter. Here are 5 reasons why my wife and I think Dominick was the most amazing dog sitter we’ve ever worked with: 1) She provides the BEST updates! Morning, afternoon and night we were provided with detailed and thoughtful text updates (and plenty of pictures) of our sweet pup eating, going potty, going out for walks, being played with, and just overall being taken wonderful care of. 2) She is a quick responder to texts! Knowing Dominick was going to text us back quickly helped us feel at ease while we were away from our baby and really helped us enjoy our vacation to the fullest. 3) We could really see our pup loved her! We could clearly tell our pup was happy with Dominick. She always looked happy, was eating and drinking regularly, going potty normally and playing with all her toys - doing things she does when she is happy! 4) Dominick was very respectful of our space and she was so neat and clean! Dominick stayed at our apartment while watching our pup. When we got home the apartment was clean, the trash was taken out, the blankets on the bed were folded and everything was just overall tidy and looked great. This was such a good feeling to come home to. 5) MOST importantly… Dominick went absolutely above and beyond when it came to a couple curveballs we threw at her. Curveball #1) The day before we left, our vet gave us some new medications to administer to our pup. Dominick made sure our pup got all the medications she needed at the right times even though this wasn’t part of the original plan. When we came home, our pups red paws looked so much better! We could clearly tell the meds worked! Curveball #2) Our flight home was delayed and then rerouted and we weren’t sure we could even get home the day we were supposed to. Dominick was willing to stay another night and make sure our pup had someone to be with without question. All I can say is WOW…you are amazing Dominick and deserve to be in the Rover Hall Of Fame. We appreciate you SO MUCH and are so grateful for everything you did for us and our pup!

I can’t recommend Jessica highly enough! My dog has a lot of behavioral challenges and can be very anxious, so finding someone he’s comfortable with isn’t easy. Jessica handled him with so much patience and understanding, and it means a lot to me that he’s been able to build trust and feel confident around someone else. He was even snuggling with her in bed under the covers which he rarely does!! She sent multiple updates daily with photos, which gave me peace of mind. I feel incredibly lucky to have found someone who cares for him so thoughtfully and that he loves as well!

We were very fortunate to have Bella watch our senior dog Luna for a week. She did an amazing job keeping us updated with pictures and was very responsive whenever we checked in. She took great care of our home and also our dog that requires a lot of love and attention. Would 100% rebook in the future!

Samantha was amazing sitting for my cat, Flint. She was extremely professional, communicative, and I could actually relax on vacation knowing Flint was in such great hands. She read and followed all of my instructions diligently and was sure to ask questions throughout. I know Flint is looking forward to seeing her again!

We were so lucky to have Brianna watch our dog Bear! She’s watched him many times and each time she gives us so much confidence while we’re away. She is always on time, sticks to Bear’s routines, is respectful towards our home, and goes above and beyond to make Bear comfortable. We are so lucky to work with her!

Kexin did a great job looking after Xena over the weekend. I was a fan of the daily updates and pictures. Kexin took the time to meet Xena and make sure she had all the notes needed for a smooth weekend with Xena. I’m always a little nervous leaving Xena with new sitters because of her reactivity but Kexin handled her well and even helped her practice on walks. Will be booking again.

Dana did a wonderful job watching our two cats while we were out of town. He was available on short notice, which we really appreciated, and even took the time to meet with us beforehand so everyone felt comfortable. While we were away, he communicated regularly and sent pictures, which gave us great peace of mind. When we returned, everything was clean and well taken care of and our cats were clearly happy and comfortable. Dana was reliable, thoughtful, and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter! Thanks Dana

I travel regularly for work and Scott is a God-send. He is reliable and professional. He is a a good communicator, always ensuring we are on the same page on when he should arrive or depart. He does a great job of handling my dog Eli, who can sometimes need a bit of space from other dogs when on walks. And he sends a photo or two per day which always helps! Scott is the best.

Callie was very professional, punctual and kind. She was a great sitter for our anxious dog. They had a blast together and Callie sent multiple update text messages and pictures during the stay. She even made a portrait of our sweet girl! Would defiantly book again with her.

Had such a great experience with Gianni! My dog is nervous around new people and she did a great job navigating his feelings. He ended up feeling comfortable around her. She had great communication throughout the visit and I definitely recommend people to reach out to her!
