I got my first dog when I was 10 years old, and walking him every morning before school quickly became one of my favorite parts of the day—it taught me responsibility, patience, and the joy that comes from a happy, wagging tail. Since then, caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. I recently moved to Chicago and I’m excited to explore the city while getting to know the local pet-loving community. “Where do I even begin? Kat was fantastic from our very first phone call where we talked for 45 minutes so that I could get to know her and she could hear about my two senior pups and all their quirks. We haven’t left our dogs with anyone in years because they have so many needs that it’s hard to leave. Their many, many medicines and beginnings of incontinence were no issue for Kat. I knew they were going to be in great hands. Kat gave our dogs so much attention and care— they were spoiled while she was here with bones, walks, baths, and cuddles. They were also rarely, if ever, left alone while they were in her care. She’s very attentive. Not only that— but she CLEANS. I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I was to come home to a home that was not only clean, but even cleaner than how we left it. With two older dogs and a toddler, it’s hard for me to find time to clean everything to the level I want. Kat deep cleaned things in my bathroom that have been on my to-do list for months (all unprompted)! Despite my telling her not to worry about cleaning the poop in the backyard (because we had gotten behind and hadn’t cleaned any of it during the winter), she cleaned all of it and our yard looked pristine. She did laundry in addition to everything that got dirtied by my dogs’ accidents. She’s easy to work with and will take amazing care of your pets and home. I can’t recommend her enough!”

“Stephanie pup sat and house sat for us while we were out of town for over a week and she was FANTASTIC every step of the way. She came over to meet our two pups and they instantly connected, even our doggo who’s a bit of a scaredy cat loved her instantly. We explained the flow of a typical day before we left, and throughout the trip we never for a second worried that Stephanie needed extra reminders or pings. Stephanie sent us regular updates and pics of the pups as they explored the neighborhood on their leashed walks. Stephanie was also very clean and treated our place with a ton of respect - we’d had the place cleaned before we left and it looked even cleaner and tidier when we got back. Overall we were really happy with Stephanie, who helped us out immeasurably while also juggling her work. Our pups were well taken care of, our place was looked after, and I honestly can’t remember another trip we took where we didn’t have to worry at all about how our girls were doing, and we have Stephanie to thank for that!”

Ashley did a great job staring at our home at taking good care of our 11 year old Staffordshire Terrier. She stayed at our home for a full week and followed all instructions, kept us posted with updates, and provided pictures and videos throughout the stay. She even walked the dog in the freezing cold! Karolly pet sat for our dog and two cats while we were out of town for a week and we are very happy with the care our animals (and house) received. Our animals all loved her and we got many videos and photos throughout our time away which gave us comfort our animals were well taken care of. Our house was clean and nicely taken care of as well and Karolly helped us out by bringing in the packages that arrived while we were gone. I cannot say enough good things about Jesica, she is the absolute best!! She took such wonderful care of our senior dog, Milo. I received lots of pictures and videos so we can him daily as we were out of town for our daughters wedding. She even handed out candy to the trick or treaters.
