“So, true confession: My two dogs are likely the least well behaved among Robin’s clients. They love her so much they practically knock her over every week when she arrives. I feel bad about our lack of manners — especially since I used to teach/compete in dog obedience and agility. That was years ago, sadly and these days I’m a single dog-mom working two jobs. My critters get lots if love and they eat better than I do, but home schooling in obedience is minimal at best. All of that said, I count my lucky stars that the universe brought Robin into our lives. She’s always so patient, kind and understanding of my situation. Can I give her more than 5 stars, Rover? About: I’ve been on Rover for the past 6 years and I have also had personal experience with taking care of dogs for about ten years. I have made house visits to my neighbors to care for their dogs while they were away and my family also has a dog of that I have taken care of for the past 12 years. I have always been an animal lover and I love to help in whatever ways that I can. Being able to combine my love for animals with my love for helping people by caring for their pets seems like the perfect part-time job to me. I’ve lived in Oak Park for a few years now so I’ve gotten to know the area well and I love getting to meet all the different animals around! (P.S. I’ll also take great pictures of your pets to send while you’re away) I am available full-time during the week and weekends and I have a pup of my own who would love to make some new friends in the area! I live in an apartment with a lot of parks nearby that I would plan on taking your pet. I have a very friendly pup of my own that loves to play as well.

About: Hi! I'm Eloise, I've grown up around animals since I was a baby. My grandmas always had cats and dogs (poodles especially lol) and I spent lots of time with their pets and cared for them when they were away. I have had my own cat since I was 7 and at 15 my family got our first dog who has since passed. We now have one dog, Twiggy and the same cat who is still kicking! So, I have lifelong experience in loving, responsible, and attentive pet care. I also frequently care for friends, neighbors, and other clients dogs and cats. I am comfortable with all breeds and sizes and personalities! I also have experience with caring for animals with specific health needs, giving them medicine, etc. My cousin is a vet and I have learned a lot from her! I would love to be a sitter or walker or just a buddy for your pet and I will always treat every pet I care for like my own, with so much love!!! I am currently home for the summer from college so I have a very open schedule! I can be there for your pet whenever needed and am happy to work with you in terms of scheduling to meet your needs! When sitting in someone else's home I always respect the space I am in and keep it the way I found it - I am a very clean and organized person! About: I've lived with dogs ever since I was born. I currently share responsibility of caring for the family dog (who is shown on my profile). I have experience with their care, such as daily walks, feeds, play time, giving necessary medications, and whatever else they need. I also have done cat sitting over the past few years through Rover and outside of Rover, as well as petsitting for birds, rabbits, turtles, and lizards. I even now have a turtle of my own! I currently have little to no limitations that would get in the way of me from doing my duties in caring for your wonderful pet(s). I am typically always home so I would be able to keep your fur baby company and give them whatever attention they would need. I have a backyard fence and a single small dog who can be a bit skittish, but ultimately sleeps most of the day.

About: I grew up with dogs my entire life, including a German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, and Pitbull mix, so I’m very comfortable with both large and high-energy breeds. I also have experiences with extended stay puppy sitting where I managed feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and creating a calm, structured environment. I understand how important consistency, patience, and attentiveness are, especially with puppies. I’m currently preparing to welcome a Golden Retriever puppy of my own, so I’m very intentional about creating safe, positive experiences for dogs. I work Monday through Friday but my partner is currently home all day, so someone will always be there to care for your dog! We are open to boarding any night. Walks I am primarily available after work or sometimes the morning before. My partner is currently available most anytime! We are both reliable and detail oriented. We are prepping to bring in our very own golden retriever puppy, so will treat your dog as if they are our own! As mentioned above I work Mon-Friday roughy 8-4. My partner is currently home throughout the day so someone will always be there to care for your dog. We are open to boarding almost any day especially weekends where we are both home. Walks and drop ins work best for me before work hours or after but my partner has open availability so between us we can accommodate to you!
