About: I grew up with dogs my entire life, including a German Shepherd, Golden Retriever, and Pitbull mix, so I’m very comfortable with both large and high-energy breeds. I also have experiences with extended stay puppy sitting where I managed feeding schedules, potty breaks, walks, playtime, and creating a calm, structured environment. I understand how important consistency, patience, and attentiveness are, especially with puppies. I’m currently preparing to welcome a Golden Retriever puppy of my own, so I’m very intentional about creating safe, positive experiences for dogs. I work Monday through Friday but my partner is currently home all day, so someone will always be there to care for your dog! We are open to boarding any night. Walks I am primarily available after work or sometimes the morning before. My partner is currently available most anytime! We are both reliable and detail oriented. We are prepping to bring in our very own golden retriever puppy, so will treat your dog as if they are our own! As mentioned above I work Mon-Friday roughy 8-4. My partner is currently home throughout the day so someone will always be there to care for your dog. We are open to boarding almost any day especially weekends where we are both home. Walks and drop ins work best for me before work hours or after but my partner has open availability so between us we can accommodate to you! Feel free to ask if you have any specific availability questions! :) Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. I live in a clean, calm, and pet-friendly environment and am very attentive to routines, feeding schedules, and safety during walks and care. I always keep dogs securely leashed on walks, avoid unsafe situations, and closely monitor their behavior and well-being. I understand how important trust is when someone is caring for your dog, and I take that responsibility seriously. I’m reliable, respectful of your home, and committed to providing a safe and positive experience. I’m also happy to send regular photo and video updates so you always feel confident and connected while your dog is in my care.

“We love Hillary! Especially Charlie! He is an energetic mid-size dog who can be an "excitable boy" as in happy. Still, he's pretty strong. Hillary walked in and within 10 minutes had him sitting calmly and dropping a piece of junk mail he grabbed. Amazing! Hillary is calm and flexible with her time if I need to deviate from our set schedule. She just loves Charlie and he loves her right back. He knows when she's here before I do, boops my hand with his nose as in hurry up (!) and tears over to the front door. Last time she left, he sat at the gate watching her go, crying. I swear, she's just the best. Hire her. She really is a dog whisperer!”

About: I've been surrounded by the pets of friends and family for my whole life, as a college student, I love petsitting over summer break! I've worked with a diverse range of animals, providing care such as baths, walks, feeding, and most importantly, cuddling! I have experience with dogs with anxiety who need medication as well. I have tons of free time over summer break, and I'd love to help out with your furry friends. Currently on summer break, so pet care would fit seamlessly into my schedule. I'm used to dedicating my summers to animal care, so driving to multiple locations for feedings/walks multiple times a day, or overnight stays, is no problem. I live in an apartment with no front or back yard but am located right across the street from a large park. It may be a little small, but there is more than enough room for animals to roam around. As for pet care outside of the home, I take these duties very seriously and am more than happy to visit multiple times a day, or as necessary. I also frequently take pictures/videos to send updates, and am happy to do so at your immediate request.

About: I am a huge animal person. I have had 2 cats and 2 dogs my whole life. They are all at different stages of life, one of my dogs and both of my cats being either senior citizens or leg- amputees. I have a very large, young, and energetic dog as well. I can take of pets at any age or with disabilities, and I love them all! I love to help animals. I’m currently home for the Summer without a full time job so my schedule is very open! I am pretty much open any day or any time needed! I love to play with dogs or cats and I want them to feel safe at all times! I can do whatever they may need on potty breaks or visits, and walks as well. I am very attentive on walks and such because I have a big dog who is quiet the puller on walks, so I am used to it!

About: I have had a dog my whole life and feel very connected to them. Generally, I prefer big dogs but would love any type of dog. I have experience with dogs with seizures and dogs who need medication, as well as some experience with reactive dogs. Since I love to walk, and dogs love to be walked, I think this is a perfect fit! I'm currently not working (through the end of the summer) so I am available weekdays and evenings for walks or doggy day care, as well as on the weekends for walking or boarding. I have a large fenced yard and a friendly, patient Lab Mix to keep your dog company. I can crate your dog if needed and also have lots of indoor space for lounging or playing.

About: Ready to work hard and safe to take good care of your four-legged best friend! At your service for walks, sitting, driving to appointments, and any other basic pet care! I've been hired my neighbors, relatives, and family friends before to house sit/ pet sit. About: I have been watching my friends’, family’s, and neighbors’ pets for 5+ years now. I offer a “Wow” factor of service that goes beyond the traditional water, food, bathroom routine. When I care for any pet, I take the extra care and time to play and cuddle so your fuzzy friend is never lonely. I make sure to bring my Polaroid camera to take pictures of your pet while you’re away so you never miss a moment and can display your cutie anywhere in the home - completely complimentary! I also have extensive experience with administering medicines like liquids, pills and subcutaneous fluids to differently abled pets. My own cat has needed each of those in the past so I have grown comfortable doing so and take extra care in the practice. My service is exemplary; neighbors who no longer live close to me still call me up to take care of their pets. I can’t wait to take care of yours! I am a primary grades teacher on summer break. This means I have lots of unused patience I typically spend on my little ones to use on taking care of your beloved pets and household, as well as lots of time on my hands to attend to your needs! I care for any pet like they are my pet. As a pet owner myself, it is so hard being away and worrying how they’re doing. When I leave them in others’ care, I would hope they care for my pet like they are their own. I take this philosophy into the homes and lives of others. With extensive practice in child care, pet care and medicine management, and house sitting, I will come to your aid with a lens of empathy and compassion.

About: I’ve been on Rover for the past 6 years and I have also had personal experience with taking care of dogs for about ten years. I have made house visits to my neighbors to care for their dogs while they were away and my family also has a dog of that I have taken care of for the past 12 years. I have always been an animal lover and I love to help in whatever ways that I can. Being able to combine my love for animals with my love for helping people by caring for their pets seems like the perfect part-time job to me. I’ve lived in Oak Park for a few years now so I’ve gotten to know the area well and I love getting to meet all the different animals around! (P.S. I’ll also take great pictures of your pets to send while you’re away) I am available full-time during the week and weekends and I have a pup of my own who would love to make some new friends in the area! I live in an apartment with a lot of parks nearby that I would plan on taking your pet. I have a very friendly pup of my own that loves to play as well.
