About: Hello! My name is Sydney and I am a social worker with a passion for helping others and loving animals! 🐾 My family has 2 beautiful dogs, Kaia (cane corso), and Ponyboy (pitbull) as well as a feisty cat, Penny. Since we have got them, I spend any time at home hanging and helping take care of them! When I take care of your pets, I put their needs first and will always give them my undivided and loving attention as if they are my own! *note: I am not offering services in my home at this time. I also have experience with administering medicine. I work around school hours during weekdays, which is good for after work walks/checkins. I am typically free on the weekends, but please check with me first before booking! I am always respectful of your ground rules and will follow them religiously. I will give your pets all the attention they need and care for them like one of my own! PSA: I do deny walks if it is dark out in an area I am not comfortable with, but will accept drop in visits!

About: Having grown up on a farm with 38 horses, minimum of 5 dogs at a time and too many cats to count, caring for and loving animals of all sizes has been a major part of my life. I’ve trained both dogs and horses and cared for all kinds of critters. When friends or family need a trusted person to care for or train their pet, I am the first person they call. My main job schedule can vary, but I am available most days of the week. Because I work in mental health and create my own schedule, I will like have random times available to drop in and take care of your pets. Outside of having to care for my own Rottweiler, Maya, I can care for your pet in between. I am able to take your dog on a walk, reinforce training, feed them, administer medication and play with them. If you have any other pets, just let me know how I can help and what they may want/need! Whatever your pet needs, I am happy to provide! Of course it is animal specific, but if I am caring for a pup, we can go on walks, play in a yard or inside, cuddle or just hangout peacefully. With any other pets, just let me know how I can show up for them and what else they prefer/need.

About: Ever since I was introduced toy grandparents dog at a young age, I have been fascinated and comforted by the furry friends we call our pets. Over the years I have pet-sat for friends, family, and neighbors as well. I always take care to follow their specific needs and make sure that as long as I'm there, they receive the amount of care and love necessary to maintain their happy little lifestyle. I am very comfortable going on long walks if necessary to keep your pet fit and healthy, proper meal times are a must, and, of course, pets and belly rubs are free of charge. I am currently waiting on a job to begin by the end of the year, meaning that nothing stands in the way of me taking the utmost care in making sure that your pet is loved and cherished as if they were my own. I have a fenced backyard where your pet can play, completely supervised of course. Additionally I will ensure that while your pet is in my care, I will keep a constant watch over them to ensure their safety.

About: I am at home full time so I am available to always keep a close watch of your dog, take your dog outside a numerous of times. I have been sitting dogs for about 4 years now. I have experience breeding and raising chows (which is a very hard breed to raise especially for first time dog owners). There is a dog park right across the street from my home your dog would love. And around the perimeter of the dog park is a dog path. I normally walk the dogs around the dog path and then play fetch and some other games in the park. I have a gated backyard so they are allow to play back there as well. I am close to a Walgreens and across the street from a pet store so if they need anything I have easy access to that.

About: I’ve always loved animals and have experience caring for both dogs and cats, including overnight and extended stays in clients’ homes. I’m comfortable with feeding, walks, playtime, basic medications, and following each pet’s normal routine as closely as possible. I’m also a nursing student, so I’m dependable, organized, attentive to details, and comfortable following specific care instructions. I know how important it is to trust the person caring for your pet and home, so I make communication a priority and am happy to send regular photo and video updates while you’re away. I have pets of my own and understand that every animal has a different personality, comfort level, and routine. My goal is to keep your pet feeling safe, comfortable, and cared for while you’re gone. Pet care fits well into my schedule because I have flexibility outside of my nursing classes and clinicals. I’m able to plan walks, drop-ins, feeding times, and overnight stays around each pet’s normal routine, and I’m especially available in the evenings and on weekends. When I commit to a booking, I make sure I have enough time to give your pet consistent attention rather than trying to squeeze visits in. I’m also happy to work around specific feeding, medication, or exercise schedules when needed. I currently have online classes Monday and Tuesday mornings, which can be done from home. I have in-person classes Wednesday and Thursday from 10-4 and Friday 7am-1pm. Weekends for me are open! I provide care in my clients’ homes so pets can stay comfortable in their familiar environment and routine. I follow all feeding, walking, medication, and household instructions carefully, and I make sure doors, gates, leashes, and food are always handled securely. I’m very respectful of both the pet and the home, and I pay close attention to any changes in behavior, appetite, or energy while the owner is away. I also send regular updates and photos so owners can feel confident that their pet is safe, comfortable, and well cared for.

About: I’ve often been told I’m a bit of a “dog whisperer” because pups seem to gravitate toward me, and I think it’s because they can sense my genuine love for animals. I’ve been a dog lover since childhood, growing up with 4 family dogs, and that passion has only grown over the years. I recently cared for my own senior pomeranian, who lived to 18, so I understand the patience, gentleness, and extra attention that senior pups need. On the other end of the spectrum, I know the energy and consistency it takes to care for playful puppies. Right now, I share my home with two spoiled rescue dogs, Chico (chihuahua) and Squeaks (tripod Pomeranian) who remind me daily how much joy and comfort pets bring into our lives and family. I have taught my dogs how to sit, stay, down, shake, come, and spin. So maybe I can even teach your dog some new tricks :) I also know how stressful it can be to leave your furry family member at home. My goal is to be their bright spot while you’re away, whether that’s a walk, a potty break, or simply some kisses, belly rubs, and companionship. I’ll treat your dog like one of my own! I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule to fit in drop-ins, potty breaks, quick walks (10-15) min, kisses and belly rubs during the day while you are away! Right now I only offer drop-ins, potty breaks, and quick walks for your furry babies. I do not offer any home services at my personal residence. If any service is requested outside of the normal services offered, I would be happy to help and discuss prior to my drop-in visit.

My own Boston Terrier, Hutson, currently 8 years old, is a well socialized, solid companion who is very good with canine communication, and will give space to dogs who need and request it, or play with those who share his play style (I monitor very closely). He’s especially good with puppies. I am also very comfortable maintaining obedience protocols when needed, but also flexible and realistic about dogs' behavior. I have some experience with dogs' health needs. I have helped care for my mother's cocker spaniel, whose serious autoimmune condition has required the administration of daily oral medication, including immune system blockers and steroids. I've also cared for a four month-old Boston Terrier puppy who when we first met needed medication administered twice daily. Outside my interest in animals, I've run a summer program for high school students, and have significant and transferable experience handling emergency situations and working under pressure. I currently work from home, and I rarely leave client dogs unattended. We have a large backyard full of interesting smells and occasional visits from other animal friends, from squirrels to rabbits and opossums. I also love longer walks through nearby forest preserved if dogs are well suited to this. Having lived with, and cared for dogs for much of my life, you can expect that your pet will receive my full attention and devotion during the time that we work together—not just their basic health, safety and food/outdoor needs, but also the affection that keeps them feeling loved. I'm an advocate of positive training techniques, and try to provide mental stimulation. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 7 years old. I’ve raised many puppies and taken care of them into their senior days. I’ve provided pure love, safety, care, and tons of cuddles with many many many doggies. My own throughout my entire life, and for many friends, neighbors, family, and clients. My schedule is pretty open and flexible right now. So I’d have all the time to give your pups all my time and attention. Availability 7 days a week. I have a fenced yard. A safety gate blocking the stairs to the basement so no little doggies that might have trouble slipping on stairs can get to them or the basement. A dogs safety is always my utmost priority.
