About: Hello! My name is Sydney and I am a social worker with a passion for helping others and loving animals! 🐾 My family has 2 beautiful dogs, Kaia (cane corso), and Ponyboy (pitbull) as well as a feisty cat, Penny. Since we have got them, I spend any time at home hanging and helping take care of them! When I take care of your pets, I put their needs first and will always give them my undivided and loving attention as if they are my own! *note: I am not offering services in my home at this time. I also have experience with administering medicine. I work around school hours during weekdays, which is good for after work walks/checkins. I am typically free on the weekends, but please check with me first before booking! I am always respectful of your ground rules and will follow them religiously. I will give your pets all the attention they need and care for them like one of my own! PSA: I do deny walks if it is dark out in an area I am not comfortable with, but will accept drop in visits!

About: Having lived with, and cared for dogs for much of my life, you can expect that your pet will receive my full attention and devotion during the time that we work together—not just their basic health, safety and food/outdoor needs, but also the affection that keeps them feeling loved. I currently work from home-where we have a large backyard with endless fascinating smells—and I rarely leave client dogs unattended. My own Boston Terrier, Hutson, currently 8 years old, is a well socialized, solid companion who is very good with canine communication, and will give space to dogs who need and request it, or play with those who share his play style (I monitor very closely). He’s especially good with puppies. I am also very comfortable maintaining obedience protocols when needed, but also flexible and realistic about dogs' behavior. I have some experience with dogs' health needs. I have helped care for my mother's cocker spaniel, whose serious autoimmune condition has required the administration of daily oral medication, including immune system blockers and steroids. I've also cared for a four month-old Boston Terrier puppy who when we first met needed medication administered twice daily. Outside my interest in animals, I've run a summer program for high school students, and have significant and transferable experience handling emergency situations and working under pressure. I currently work from home, and I rarely leave client dogs unattended. We have a large backyard full of interesting smells and occasional visits from other animal friends, from squirrels to rabbits and opossums. I also love longer walks through nearby forest preserved if dogs are well suited to this. About: I have had pets from dogs, cats, fish, birds, and small rodents and loved them all. I am open minded about other caged animals besides dogs but would prefer no cats as my husky dog has a high prey drive. I am a big animal lover and would love to provide a loving temporary home for your pets. I am a stay at home mom who is available for all day care. I already take care of my own pets and it fits perfectly into my life. I have a fenced yard and a husky dog who will make great company. I am also willing to travel to your home if it makes you feel more comfortable.

About: I love taking care of dogs! I have two of my own and have always grown up with dogs in the house. I’ve been taking care of pets for people regularly for at least 8 years or so now. I do a lot of dog walking, and long stay dog sitting. It brings me so much joy to be able to watch and take care of animals! I currently work as a barista at a cafe. My schedule is very flexible, usually working around 4-5 days a week. I either work early mornings to early afternoon, or early afternoon to early evening. Other than that I’m always available and around. If I agree to watching somebody’s pet, I will always prioritize that and tweak my work schedule so that it fits in with the pet sitting. As I won’t be offering any boarding at my home, I will always make sure I’m following all the safety protocols at the pets home etc.

“I had a previous bad experience with another sitter on Rover so I was a bit nervous leaving my cat with another sitter. Liliia, however, took such good care of my cat, Floyd. She would communicate any questions she had regarding him and was responsive with my messages. She arrived on time for his visits (I booked 2 visits a day for 7 days). She also communicated to me when my cat wasn’t being compliant with his asthma inhaler, which I appreciated. I would definitely rebook with her again if needed. I would recommend her if you’re looking for someone that’s going to take good care of your pets.”

I am a full time student at Illinois Tech. I started taking care of animals when I was 15 after school. Since then I’ve watched and walked many dogs. I watch pets because I genuinely love these little creatures. All animals I have cared for have never required medication or been over 20 pounds. In my experience. have watched 1 cat, a yorkie, a chihuahua mix, an elderly poo, and two dogs that were siblings who were adopted after coming from rough homes.
