About: I had a husky/German shepherd mix as a child and always had cats growing up. In my 20s, I had a retired greyhound. I adopted my current pup, a lab mix named Murphy, during the pandemic and he is my best friend. I work from home 3 days a week. Murphy mostly naps all day and I take him out for 4-6 potty breaks a day and we walk at least 2 miles per day. I take care of my pup daily and take him out on regular walks and potty breaks. I have an apartment but there is plenty of space for us to roam about comfortably. I allow my pup the comfort of roaming about the apartment freely. I would allow your dog the same comfort. If your dog prefers a crate, I have space to set that up.

About: I'm a teacher who is on summer break and I will have a lot of time to care for your pet! I have had dogs my entire life. I have experience training puppies and caring for senior dogs. I adopted my first dog when I was 15 years old and she my my companion for 15 years. I eventually adopted a senior dog named Angus and he was my companion for 5 1/2 years. They were both amazing dogs who helped me learn a lot about animal care. I hope to spend my time this summer hanging out with and caring for your pet! I will be available after June 3 every day of the week. I do not work during the summer regularly, so I have a lot of time to spend with your pet! I will be unavailable from 9:00am-11:00am Monday-Thursday during the month of June while I teach virtually. I will also be unavailable from July 27-August 5. I currently have no pets, so my home could be your pet's home away from home! I have a fenced in yard that is very secure. I would love to take your dog on walks in my quiet neighborhood. Also, there is a nearby forest preserve that your dog would love to visit.

About: I love animals and am passionate about giving them good, healthy lives. I have experience and am trained to work with animals, temper aggressive breeds, and administer medication if needed. I am active and have no problem with long or frequent walks. I work from home, so no animal will ever be left unattended in my care. I don't mind pets on the furniture and I have a wide open living room space for play time. Everything is per your instruction, just let me know any accommodations I can make and Ill have them arranged for your pup! Pet care is a daily part of my routine. I am with an animal every day and I love exercising with them and just generally spending time! I can easily crate a dog if needed, and have a large open living room for play time. I also dont mind pets on the furniture while boarding, but it is all up to the parents instruction

About: I have about 2-3 years of professional experience pet-sitting, and I have cared for my own dog and neighbors’ dogs & cats for six years and take animal care very seriously! I’m reliable, observant, and always willing to research and follow instructions to provide loving, attentive care. With a huge passion for animals, I plan on providing the most safe and loving space for them. On Monday-Wednesday I’m free any time before 11am, and after 4pm! On Fridays + weekends I’m free all day. About: I’ve often been told I’m a bit of a “dog whisperer” because pups seem to gravitate toward me, and I think it’s because they can sense my genuine love for animals. I’ve been a dog lover since childhood, growing up with 4 family dogs, and that passion has only grown over the years. I recently cared for my own senior pomeranian, who lived to 18, so I understand the patience, gentleness, and extra attention that senior pups need. On the other end of the spectrum, I know the energy and consistency it takes to care for playful puppies. Right now, I share my home with two spoiled rescue dogs, Chico (chihuahua) and Squeaks (tripod Pomeranian) who remind me daily how much joy and comfort pets bring into our lives and family. I have taught my dogs how to sit, stay, down, shake, come, and spin. So maybe I can even teach your dog some new tricks :) I also know how stressful it can be to leave your furry family member at home. My goal is to be their bright spot while you’re away, whether that’s a walk, a potty break, or simply some kisses, belly rubs, and companionship. I’ll treat your dog like one of my own! I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule to fit in drop-ins, potty breaks, quick walks (10-15) min, kisses and belly rubs during the day while you are away! Right now I only offer drop-ins, potty breaks, and quick walks for your furry babies. I do not offer any home services at my personal residence. If any service is requested outside of the normal services offered, I would be happy to help and discuss prior to my drop-in visit.

About: I have been watching my friends’, family’s, and neighbors’ pets for 5+ years now. I offer a “Wow” factor of service that goes beyond the traditional water, food, bathroom routine. When I care for any pet, I take the extra care and time to play and cuddle so your fuzzy friend is never lonely. I make sure to bring my Polaroid camera to take pictures of your pet while you’re away so you never miss a moment and can display your cutie anywhere in the home - completely complimentary! I also have extensive experience with administering medicines like liquids, pills and subcutaneous fluids to differently abled pets. My own cat has needed each of those in the past so I have grown comfortable doing so and take extra care in the practice. My service is exemplary; neighbors who no longer live close to me still call me up to take care of their pets. I can’t wait to take care of yours! I am a primary grades teacher on summer break. This means I have lots of unused patience I typically spend on my little ones to use on taking care of your beloved pets and household, as well as lots of time on my hands to attend to your needs! I care for any pet like they are my pet. As a pet owner myself, it is so hard being away and worrying how they’re doing. When I leave them in others’ care, I would hope they care for my pet like they are their own. I take this philosophy into the homes and lives of others. With extensive practice in child care, pet care and medicine management, and house sitting, I will come to your aid with a lens of empathy and compassion.
