About: I have been watching my friends’, family’s, and neighbors’ pets for 5+ years now. I offer a “Wow” factor of service that goes beyond the traditional water, food, bathroom routine. When I care for any pet, I take the extra care and time to play and cuddle so your fuzzy friend is never lonely. I make sure to bring my Polaroid camera to take pictures of your pet while you’re away so you never miss a moment and can display your cutie anywhere in the home - completely complimentary! I also have extensive experience with administering medicines like liquids, pills and subcutaneous fluids to differently abled pets. My own cat has needed each of those in the past so I have grown comfortable doing so and take extra care in the practice. My service is exemplary; neighbors who no longer live close to me still call me up to take care of their pets. I can’t wait to take care of yours! I am a primary grades teacher on summer break. About: Hi, I’m Sam! My passion for animals started early—I began volunteering at local animal shelters at 14, walking dogs and helping with cat enrichment. Wanting to learn more about animal behavior, I completed a six-month Canine Psychology course at AnimalSense, focusing on positive reinforcement training. From there, I began working professionally as a dog walker and gained nearly 30 years of experience in various animal care facilities. Now, I work from home, offering boarding services in a cozy home setting. I keep my groups small to provide each pet with a calm, personalized experience, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for throughout their stay. I’d love to connect and help make your pet’s time away from home as relaxing and enjoyable as possible! I mostly work from home, so I’m with the pups for the majority of the day. Occasionally, I step out for a few hours to do dog walks, but otherwise, you’ll find me hanging out at home with the crew, keeping things calm and cozy I have an open home where pets can roam and enjoy plenty of playtime. My 8-foot fenced yard with secure locking gates gives them a safe space to run around. Inside, I keep multiple water bowls around the house and have slow feeders available for my more "hungry" guests. When boarding multiple dogs, I make sure to separate everyone during meals and when they’re alone to keep things calm and comfortable. I also have a variety of crates in different sizes and lots of comfy bedding to ensure each pet feels right at home

About: I have raised 2 dogs since puppies until older age. I have experience with older dogs and puppies. Love them all. I have no pets at the moment so any pet I care for will receive lots of love. About: I love dogs. I regularly foster dogs from the humane society and I have experience taking care of old and sick dogs as well as puppies. I live in Hawaii 9 months of the year, so I am not always on Rover, but I do keep my calendar updated and love to watch dogs while I'm here and my boyfriend is working full time I always wake up early to feed my dogs, I am not working full time, and I love to play and interact with dogs all day, and also to take them on walks. Some days that's my only exercise honestly! Lol We love to go on walks. My neighborhood is great for dog walking. My home is very dog friendly with lots of different sleeping possibilities for pets. I have separate areas for feeding dogs so no one is competing for food.

About: I’ve been on Rover for the past 6 years and I have also had personal experience with taking care of dogs for about ten years. I have made house visits to my neighbors to care for their dogs while they were away and my family also has a dog of that I have taken care of for the past 12 years. I have always been an animal lover and I love to help in whatever ways that I can. Being able to combine my love for animals with my love for helping people by caring for their pets seems like the perfect part-time job to me. I’ve lived in Oak Park for a few years now so I’ve gotten to know the area well and I love getting to meet all the different animals around! (P.S. I’ll also take great pictures of your pets to send while you’re away) I am available full-time during the week and weekends and I have a pup of my own who would love to make some new friends in the area! About: I've had pets since I was a kid. Every year that I grew up, I cared more and more them all. Currently when I am home for the summer, I care for 2 dachshunds during the week. I have years experience with small dogs but am also a huge sucker for big dogs. I'm a full time student at Umiami, and my schedule is pretty flexible on the weekends, Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. My roommate also has a dog that I help care for and other than that I am available. In my apartment, I have a fenced backyard. Should I be staying at your place, I can assure you that I will do everything in my power to keep your home and pets safe. When I am not caring for your pet, I will most likely be doing school work or watching my current netflix show.

About: I rescued a straight haired golden doodle four years ago. The transition from shelter to home was very tough to navigate, but with persistence, training, and kindness, our pup has grown to be an incredible, well rounded dog. I’ve also grown up with 3 chocolate labs. I have a passion for helping others and that includes animals! I have been walking a corgi and labradoodle in the area as well as some of their neighbours dogs. I’ve been known as the dog walker in that complex! These dogs have stayed with me on a few occasions as well. I feel comfortable with anxious dogs, dogs that pull, bark, and whatever else may be needed. ** please note that I am available all day starting end of May when I am on summer break - until then, I can do early mornings or anytime after 4 PM or the weekends ** I am a teacher so I am away during the day. I do wake up early and spend my afternoons outdoors due to being stuck inside all day in my classroom. I would love to help you and your animal out! I have summers and weekends completely open as well. I have a fenced in shared courtyard. I also go on multiple walks a day and if you’re comfortable, I can go to dog parks.
