8. Diane B.
“Diane is amazing! Our dog Juni is really tough. She's petrified of strangers and sometimes nips. She's very slow to warm up and sometimes won't even let sitters let her outside. There have been times when she boycotted eating for days, and even when we have family watch her, she's often sick for days after we get back because of stress. Diane worked with Juni and treated her with kindness, patience, and understanding. She gave her space and even did some emotion/body coding work with her which I thought was really cool. She treated our house with respect and we returned to it spotless. I felt very safe and comfortable having her stay in our home, and I think Juni did too. She was in great spirits when we got back and she even had a great few days of eating, no stress sickness. We so appreciate Diane's willingness to work with her! In addition, she was very communicative and thorough when it came to the details/logistics of the stay, and came by in advance to meet us and Juni. I would recommend Diane to anyone.”
9. Ariel R.
“We booked Ariel on short notice (family thing) She was amazing. What a blessing and relief to have such a nice, thoughtful sitter. THANK YOU ARIEL!”
10. April S.
“April came and stayed with our new rescue, Willow. We were apprehensive because we have never left her before and she is still crate training. April is responsive, prompt, caring, and has a strong attention to detail. Our house was left in immaculate condition and Willow is happy to see us. I would highly recommend April and we’re so glad we found her.”
11. Julie H.
About: Hi there! My name is Julie and I’m a third year medical student and a mom to a 3-year-old cat named Theo. Ever since I had my first pet hamster at the age of 7, I’ve loved hanging out with and taking care of our furry friends. I spent my childhood volunteering in animal shelters and taking care of my aunt’s dog. During my time in medical school, I adopted my cat Theo, who has been the best companion to sit alongside while studying. I have experience in dog walking and dog/cat/house sitting for various friends and clients in the Forest Park/Oak Park area and would love to branch out and meet new furry friends! As a pet parent myself, I understand how anxious it can be to be away from your pets, so I always make sure to send ample and detailed updates with photos while I am with them. I look forward to meeting you and your furry friends 💕 I’m currently taking the year off for research and my schedule allows for broad availability. I’m super flexible and happy to work around your schedule! I have a passion for taking care of others, whether they be people or animals! Safety and comfort of your pet will always come first.
