Penelope was new to Chicago and having a tough time settling in - we wanted Penelope to have someone with her while we were out to ensure she was comfortable. Diane was absolutely phenomenal from the start - an excellent communicator and made us feel comfortable right away. You can tell she is extremely expert when it comes to the care of animals. Penelope can be very shy/anxious and tends to run away/hide when she is stressed. Diane got down on the floor with Penelope and patiently waited for her to come out when she was ready. Diane sent us photos throughout the day along with updates/messages which made me feel so much better and allowed me to relax while we were out. I was amazed at how quickly Penelope warmed to Diane and felt totally confident in Diane taking care of my baby. Diane is absolutely such a wonderful person, I would recommend her to anyone and will absolutely hope to have her back!”

We had to find pet care for our week long trip on short notice. From the beginning Maribel was very flexible and responsive. We met for a meet and greet and our dog Ivy, who is not usually friendly with strangers in her home, brought Maribel her favorite toy after a brief sniff. We got daily updates and pictures. Ivy always looked happy and well cared for. We will definitely trust Maribel to care for our pup in the future.

Samuel is amazing!! He jumped in to help last minute when our original care plans for our pup fell through for a holiday weekend - and we could not be more grateful to have found him! When we got home, everything was cleaner than how we left it and JoJo (who can be anxious) seemed calm and happy. We hope to work with Sam again and can’t recommend him more highly! Ariana was an incredible sitter. She was so sweet and loving to my dog, Roo. It helped me not worry as much knowing my dog was in such good hands. While she was sitting, the AC for my second floor went out during the extreme heat in Chicago. Ariana was very understanding which allowed me to schedule someone to fix the AC while she was there. She communicated everything to me from the repairman and I was able to get it resolved. Couldn’t have asked for a better sitter!
