About: I have done pet sitting in the past for family/friends but haven't been available to do so until recently because I was the sole owner/caregiver for my senior dachshund that passed in March. I'm starting grad school this year so I'm waiting to get another pet but I'd love to play with your animals and save money for school at the same time! About: I love dogs. I regularly foster dogs from the humane society and I have experience taking care of old and sick dogs as well as puppies. I live in Hawaii 9 months of the year, so I am not always on Rover, but I do keep my calendar updated and love to watch dogs while I'm here and my boyfriend is working full time I always wake up early to feed my dogs, I am not working full time, and I love to play and interact with dogs all day, and also to take them on walks. Some days that's my only exercise honestly! Lol We love to go on walks. My neighborhood is great for dog walking. My home is very dog friendly with lots of different sleeping possibilities for pets. About: I have lived with and taken care of pets my whole life. Since I was a little kid, my grandparents have always had 3 St. Bernards that I would frequently baby sit and take care of. I am also known in the office as the pet sitter. When any of my colleagues go out of town, they ask that I either stay at their place or check in daily on their fur babies. We are a repeat customer with Maria, who did twice a day walks for a week while we were out of town and our dog was being cared for by a family member who was unable to do walks. Our dog loved Maria and always excitedly waited for her arrival. She was very communicative and flexible when plans needed to change to work around inclement weather. James did a great job with my dog, Daisy! He walked her once on Thursday and twice on Saturday, and everything went really smoothly. He was always on time, friendly, and clearly comfortable with her. Daisy currently has an injured knee, so she needs limited activity, and James was very attentive to that. He listened to my instructions and took great care of her. I also appreciated the updates and photos through the Rover app after each visit—it gave me peace of mind. I felt very comfortable with James and will definitely be booking him again!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
