Hi! :) I am a friendly and engaging host that will happily play with and love on your pet to make sure they are safe and well cared for! I work from home full time and have a pretty flexible schedule. I am very active and would enjoy getting in more steps in my day taking your best friend on a walk - rain, sunshine or snow. I have had dogs, cats, bunnies and reptiles for more than 20 years. I especially love dogs and foster dogs & cats with PAWS Chicago. I meet all new fur friends first before confirming a booking and send daily picture updates during the booking (or every 48 hours for extended bookings after 14 days). Tell me all their habits and favorite things. Even better if you fully complete their Rover pet profile. I do my best to mimic the same habits for them while you are gone. I do charge extra for puppies as they usually need more care/time/attention and also for traveling more than 5 miles to get to your home. **Boarding - care at my home is limited to a max of 2 fur friends that can play well with others (dogs & cats) and follow basic commands. Please message me if you need other accommodations or have specific needs. *** House Sitting - this is best for our fur friends that don’t like being away from their own home or don’t get along with others. I clean after myself while in your home and will leave your home just as I found it while caring for your pets while you’re away. I work solo and can also bring up mail/packages and water plants. RATES are for a 24 hour period. There is a grace period of a couple hours, but if the booking starts one day in the morning and ends on another day in the evening, then a half day charge is incurred. HOLIDAYS incur higher rates as well. If a holiday falls during your booking, holiday rates are implemented up to 5 nights before AND after the holiday due to higher demand and holiday coverage of Rover support in case of an emergency. Depends on the holiday on specifically how many nights are impacted. I will update the booking when I receive your booking request. CALENDAR is updated periodically. I do take breaks from accepting new clients regularly. If you see no availability on the horizon then I am likely only taking my scheduled regular clients for the time being. I only accept booking requests on the Rover platform. Tips are not required, but appreciated and are available at the end of your booking on this app. I'd love to hear more about your pet(s) and how I can help you!
